About the role:
At Camden Young Person’s High Support Accommodation Service, nights matter. They can be the point where worry, distress, conflict or risk comes to the surface - and where calm, skilled leadership can make all the difference. As Night Manager, you will lead the overnight service, making sure young people experience safety, consistency and support when they need it most.
You will be the senior operational decision-maker overnight, leading the night team to respond confidently to incidents, safeguarding concerns, missing young people procedures, building safety, visitor access and any actions handed over from the day team. You’ll work with a high level of independence, while knowing when to liaise with the on-call manager, emergency services or wider management team to keep young people, staff and the building safe.
This is also a role about connection. You’ll line manage, support and guide Night Workers, oversee locum or agency staff where needed, and make sure overnight learning, handovers and emerging themes are shared clearly with the Service Manager and wider team. Through trauma informed, strengths-based and psychologically informed practice, you’ll help build a service where night and day support feels joined up, purposeful and ambitious for young people’s futures.
About you:
- You are calm, confident and steady under pressure, with the judgement to manage risk overnight and know when to escalate.
- You have experience supporting, supervising or leading staff in supported accommodation, youth work, social care, housing or a similar setting.
- You understand the needs, strengths and risks of young people in high support accommodation, including safeguarding, trauma, distress and non-engagement.
- You can create clear structure without losing warmth, building a team culture where staff feel supported, accountable and able to do their best work.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, with strong records, handovers and partnership working that help keep support joined up across day and night.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business
· Support the development of a new business pipeline by researching, approaching and engaging prospective corporate partners across a range of sectors
· Contribute to securing income through corporate sponsorships and donations, supporting Back Up’s services and special events
· Work closely with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to develop and tailor partnership propositions and offers
· Support the identification and securing of corporate sponsorship for Back Up special events
· Assist in securing gift in kind and pro bono support to help deliver the charity’s work
· Support the onboarding of new partners, including completing due diligence in line with Back Up’s ethical fundraising policy and assisting with partnership agreements and stewardship plans
Account Management
· Deliver high-quality relationship and account management for Legal Panel members and sponsors, supporting agreed engagement and stewardship plans
· Promote opportunities for partners and sponsors to increase their involvement and impact, including volunteering, fundraising, events, donations and grants
· Support delivery of Legal Panel and Sponsorship agreements, including coordinating meetings, attending events and ensuring strong partner visibility
· Produce and share clear reports and updates on activity, outcomes and impact with partners and sponsors
· Ensure partners and sponsors feel valued, informed and engaged, recognising the contribution they make to Back Up’s work
Collaboration and Promotion
· Build strong, positive working relationships across the organisation to support effective delivery of corporate fundraising plans
· Work with the Trusts and Foundations team to support applications to relevant corporate foundations, where appropriate
· Collaborate with the Public Fundraising team to ensure partner and sponsor engagement opportunities are shared and promoted
· Support the Services team by sharing relevant information and plans to help deliver strong partner relationships and high-quality experiences
· Work closely with the Communications team to ensure agreed partner promotion and recognition is delivered on time and to a high standard
· Attend networking events, partner events and Back Up special events to help steward existing relationships and support new opportunities
Operational and Planning
· Support reporting against team income targets, KPIs and forecasts to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager
· Maintain and develop an accurate portfolio of prospects and partners using the corporate pipeline and CRM
· Contribute to annual plans and quarterly reviews, supporting ongoing improvement and shared learning

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Essential:
- Some experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, sales, customer relationship or supporter engagement (paid or voluntary) or transferrable skills
- Evidence of supporting or contributing to new business activity, such as prospect research, outreach, pitching, or onboarding new relationships
- Experience assisting with the delivery or administration of partnerships, sponsorships or fundraising relationships or transferrable skills
- Confidence building positive relationships with external contacts and internal colleagues
- An understanding of the importance of stewardship, communication and donor/partner care
- Ability to work towards agreed targets or objectives, and to track progress against plans

Job Title: Deputy Service Manager
Location: Based within a non-residential service in Wembley, working within communities, homes, and other residentials. This service does have step free access however we are unable to guarantee this at some of the other locations where the role is based such as homes and community based locations.
Salary: £31,700
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rota working 09:00 - 17:00, hours may be extended 08:00 - 18:00. You may also be required to work outside these hours as per service/participant requirements. You will also take part in our out of hours on call rota for managers.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team based in Wembley. You will support the Service Manager to ensure high quality service delivery, being a key contact for staff, helping them feel supported, skilled, and empowered within their roles. In this role you will be based within a service which is at the heart of delivering person-centred support to vulnerable adults who have been, or are at risk of homelessness. This is a floating support service based in the heart of Wembley, near the Civic Centre. With a team who are dedicated to supporting our participants within their homes, communities, and in outreach based support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
- Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service

Empowering independence through trauma-informed solutions and dynamic partnerships that keep people out of prison, out of hospital and off the streets
As part of our shift to embed our advocacy services in the communities we serve, Lamp are recruiting an Advice and Outreach Officer to play a key role in the provision of our Community Mental Health Advocacy service.
A brand new role for the organisation the successful postholder will be responsible for providing our drop-in sessions and advocacy skills workshops across a variety of community spaces around Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
The successful post holder will be a confident public speaker and dynamic self-starter who is able to cultivate and develop relationships with both professionals and service users. You will work autonomously and must have excellent time-keeping skills and be comfortable managing a varied workload.
As an Advice and Outreach Officer you will work in tandem with our Advocates and Information and Advice Officer to raise awareness of our work, provide ad hoc advice and signposting, manage incoming referrals and deliver confidence and skills building workshops. Experience of delivering advocacy services is not essential but an understanding of the remit and impact of advocacy intervention is highly desirable.

Main Purpose of the Job
The Trusts and Appeals Relationships Manager’s job is to be the ‘go to’ person for trusts and grant making bodies who may support Treetops. They will generate income for Treetops by building strong and lasting relationships with existing and potential trust and grant giving organisation through submitting strong applications to them and reporting back to them in an effective way.
You will also run an appeal programme across channels including online, offline and post and liaise with suppliers and contractors. You’ll understand and define audiences, think creatively about how we can reach them, write compellingly about our services and those we support, and you’ll make our supporters feel really appreciated so they want to give again.
Primary Responsibilities

Lightbox Gallery & Museum is entering an ambitious new phase as we prepare for our 20th anniversary in 2027. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and initiative-taking fundraiser to help shape the organisation’s future by developing new income streams and leading our anniversary campaign, Lightbox20.

About You and The Role
The Artist/Producer is responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of Modern Art Oxford’s early years projects including our co-learning, sensory play project Make Play, holiday workshops and welcome tours and activities for primary schools, charities, and community groups.
Modern Art Oxford’s early years programme recognises and celebrates children, as active participants in our shared society. Established in 2017, Make Play is one of the core strands of our programmes for children aged 6 months to 5 years. It provides a child-led creative space for babies and children to explore, play and learn in a safe and stimulating environment.
The Artist/Producer takes a lead role in developing activities in response to the temporary exhibitions programme, working closely with the Curator Communities, Practice & Participation to ensure a holistic and well-curated offer throughout the year.
Modern Art Oxford’s early years programme engages more than 1,000 children, parents, and carers each year through our regular sessions at the gallery and offsite with local partners.
Key responsibilities
- Workshop and Programme Delivery
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience of working in Early Years education, strong understanding of Early Years pedagogy, child-centred and inclusive practice, experience working with artists, facilitators, or creative practitioners and experience of delivering projects and workshops in art galleries and museums with demonstrable experience of working with diverse materials and media.
They will have confidence managing multiple projects, partnerships, and delivery locations, be self-motivated and collaborative with excellent communication and relationship building skills, good IT, administrative and organisational skills.
The ability to work weekends, knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices and procedures and a DBS check and training in safeguarding are also required. First Aid training is desirable.

Role Purpose
To ensure the organisation runs professionally and smoothly through maintaining its financial and accounting control functions in line with policies and requirements, and that financial information for internal and external use is available and accurate.
Role Overview
This role will be located at Salford Students’ Union. Working arrangements are hybrid. The majority of the day will be spent working on systems, and will also be a key point of contact for non-finance colleagues. The team are supported by a shared finance leadership structure operating across three Students’ Unions in Manchester. The key systems are Soldo (expenses), Approval Max (purchase orders), Square (EPOS) and Xero (accounting). The team are also working on a review of systems and may be making system changes in the coming months. There will be an opportunity in the coming months to gain experience of system and process development.
Main Responsibilities and Activities
- Accounts Payable/Receivable:
- Processing invoices, matching purchase orders, reconciling central billing statements and following up on payments.
- Ensuring credit notes have been authorised and properly coded (including VAT), following the process from purchase right through to payment.
- Sales ledger and commercial services support, including raising sales invoices, debt chasing and reconciliation of the daily sales postings between the EPOS system and accounting software.
- Expenses: Managing and processing student group & employee expense claims.
- Payroll: Preparing monthly payroll information for submission to the external payroll provider, including collating casual staff time sheets and all starter and leaver information.
- Month end processes: ensuring all ledgers are closed in line with the month end timetable, contributing to month processes such as expenditure accruals.

It is a vision where young people can walk into their futures with joy. We want to bring love to children and families’ services. We don’t think it’s enough to care a bit, you have to care a lot if you want to transform outcomes.
We want to change the national landscape of how children experience the mental health system, putting kindness at the forefront of every interaction. Building awareness, starting a movement, hearing the children’s voices and those of their loved ones: we want to transform the experience of those impacted by mental health.
We are on a mission to ensure that no child has to lose out on a world of potential because of mental health. We don’t have magic wands, but we do believe that every child and family has the right to get services designed and delivered for their individual needs, and with love and imagination. Everyone has a right to have their story remembered and treated with curiosity and sensitivity.
We directly deliver imaginative, and carefully case managed services for children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (working in the intersectional needs of mental health and SEND). We do this through our work as a specialist non-school part-time alternative provision for children with education, health and care plans (where this particular advertised role sits!) and through our Glow services where we provide a number of therapeutic projects such as our children’s listening helpline, Drop the Pressure, online mentoring projects such as Transitions, Game On and Remix, 1:1 counselling and mentoring in schools, and therapeutic mentoring workshops in schools as well as holiday groups in nature, and with cooking and a range of other activities. We believe that you can’t change outcomes without looking at issues holistically and thoughtfully. For us it’s about long-term change.
As our new services lead for (outreach ALP), you will help us continue seeking to make three key differences for our children and young people: Improved mental health, Reduced social isolation, Increased ability to thrive in education
The Role
Our Outreach (part time ALP) service will deliver services to around 45 children and young people at any one time over the next academic year. Our young people are often neurodivergent, have SEND and/ or mental needs such as anxiety, OCD and other diagnosed or undiagnosed needs. Many have very supportive and involved families and parents/ carers who also deserve our empathy and support, and many have had difficult childhood experiences and might be really struggling with loneliness and social isolation. The funding for outreach comes primarily from individual children’s EHCP’s and we design careful and thoughtful packages of education and wellbeing provision with an emphasis on therapeutic and trauma informed work. This is usually commissioned through local authorities (we work with a number across the South West and in London) and can also be commissioned by social care and NHS. The work with the children is delivered by a team of around 25 education and wellbeing practitioners. We usually deliver services in the home and the community and for many of our young people, who are usually not in school - we are key professionals, mentors and cheerleaders in their lives, delivering usually around 12 hours a week of services for each child as a part time ALP. Partnership work and safeguarding are day to day features of the services as is building supportive mentoring relationships with practitioners ensuring they have the right support, training and supervision to fulfil their roles and feel happy and supported, and building warm, nurturing relationships with families and wider stakeholders.
We have a clear idea of our objectives for this service for next academic year (we want to make it even more amazing for the children and young people) and we need someone who will be truly excited about running day to day and the year to year. This is a key operational leadership role within a busy and fast-paced service requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive and fast on their feet - its that ‘head, heart and hand’ approach driving positive action and strategically aligned change across the service whilst holding their own case load, and able to maintain oversight of multiple complex moving parts, while ensuring children, families, and practitioners feel nurtured, inspired, and well-held.

An application form is required as part of the recruitment process (we can’t accept just a CV!) and any appointment to joining our team will involve appropriate safeguarding checks for regulated activity with children and adults in line with our safer recruitment process such as appropriate DBS and other relevant safer recruitment checks, as well as being able to demonstrate right to work in the UK and you would be required to sign up to the DBS update service and have or obtain an appropriate DBS check for working with children and vulnerable adults.

What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll help shape how Anna Freud shows up online, creating and improving digital content across our websites and paid social channels so that children, young people, families and professionals can easily find what they need and take meaningful action.
- You’ll update pages in our CMS, build landing pages and make sure content is clear, engaging and easy to navigate, helping users move smoothly through the website
- You’ll review performance data through GA4 and other tools, spot opportunities to improve SEO, user journeys and conversions, and turn those insights into practical changes
- As the Website and Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll help make sure our websites are accessible, intuitiChampion a strong user experience ve and effective, supporting UX improvements, testing new ideas and helping troubleshoot technical issues
- You’ll work with teams and subject matter experts to bring content to life online, advising on digital best practice and helping shape the most effective way to present information
- You’ll manage paid activity across platforms like Meta and LinkedIn, advising on strategy, audience targeting and creative, then using results to keep improving future campaigns
What you’ll bring
As the ideal candidate, you will be an experienced and proactive digital professional with strong website and paid social media expertise, able to create engaging online content, use performance data to drive improvements and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an accessible and effective digital experience across Anna Freud’s platforms.
- You will have proven experience using content management systems (CMS) to update and maintain websites, with strong attention to detail and confidence troubleshooting website issues
- A strong understanding of SEO, user experience and accessibility best practice, with the ability to improve digital journeys and optimise website content
- Experience using GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, identify opportunities and support data-informed decision making
- Experience planning and delivering effective paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta and LinkedIn, with the ability to review performance and improve return on investment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams, write and proofread content for digital channels, and manage competing priorities to deadlines
Key details
Hours: Full-time 35 hour per week, usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is possible.
Holidays: 27 days plus Bank Holidays FTE
Term
Salary: £36,000 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme
Location: hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London office (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH)
