The Trans Legal Clinic turns frontline legal work into change people can feel. We need a senior creative lead to set the look, sound and pace of our public work, run audience-led campaigns and make complex issues clear and actionable.

What you will lead

· Creative direction: Own visual identity, tone of voice and message architecture across print, digital and events.

· Campaigns that move people: Plan and deliver campaigns across our pillars: client rights, systems change, fundraising and recruitment. Turn data and casework insights into creative that lands.

· Social media and content: Own the calendar. Ship platform-specific posts, threads, carousels, short video and email. Moderate comments with care for community safety.

· Rapid response: Prepare toolkits and holding lines for breaking stories. Coordinate with legal and policy colleagues.

· Production: Brief, storyboard, shoot or commission. Edit to deadline. Manage freelancers and suppliers. Keep files, rights and releases in order.

· Accessibility and inclusion: Bake accessibility into everything: captions, alt text, readable layouts and plain language.

· Measurement and learning: Set goals, define KPIs, track performance and share honest learnings. Improve what works, stop what does not.

Head of Youth Work

In this exciting role, the successful candidate will provide the organisation with a timely, accurate and relevant financial management service by assuming day-to-day responsibility for the organisation’s accounting function, to enable the senior management team and the Board of Trustees to assess results and performance and make informed, strategic decisions, and ensure the organisation complies with statutory and corporate regulation and requirements.

About the role

Your work will span all areas including bookkeeping, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting volunteers, and offering flexible admin support wherever it’s needed, and ensuring that our projects and governance processes run efficiently.

You’ll also play a part in strengthening internal communication and contributing to a positive, supportive team culture.

Key responsibilities

Financial administration

• Process invoices, receipts and other payments, accurately recording them in Xero.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations in Xero and maintain accurate financial records. 

• Creditor and debtor control.

• Keep accurate electronic filing of financial and legal documents.

• Track organisational subscriptions, memberships, and renewals (e.g. Zoom, Google Workspace, domain hosting).

• Assist with payroll processing, liaising with third-party payroll provider.

• Assist with gathering financial data or documents needed for audits, board reporting, or funding applications.

• Support the Finance Manager with general bookkeeping and financial reporting requirements.

Meetings and coordination

• Schedule and manage remote and hybrid meetings across several time zones, ensuring appropriate technical setup.

• Maintain contact lists and distribution lists for volunteers, staff, and partners.

Travel and logistics

• Arrange travel for the CEO, programme staff, volunteers, and partners as needed using our third-party travel company.

• Support with preparing and submitting visa applications and gathering necessary documentation.

• Maintain records of travel insurance, and relevant permissions for project-related trips.

About you

We’re looking for someone who’s practical, detail-oriented, confident in managing multiple tasks and able to prioritise them effectively. You will be proactive, reliable and adaptable and you will be comfortable using a range of IT tools and working in a remote, global environment.

Essential skills and qualities

• Proven bookkeeping experience or qualification, being confident using on-line accounting software.

• Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint along with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), Zoom, and similar tools.

AmplifyChange has an exciting new job opportunity for a Grants Manager to join our dynamic team of dedicated sexual and reproductive health and rights specialists. The Grants Manager will be responsible for accompanying grantee partner organisations through the grant making process; from assessing funding applications to providing performance and risk oversight for a portfolio of SRHR advocacy grants. In addition, the Grants Manager provides technical expertise for grantees on organisational strengthening and advocacy and campaigning. The Grants Manager reports to the Head of Grant making. Fluency in French is essential for this role due to AmplifyChange operating as a bilingual fund. In addition to this, we are looking for experience in Francophone Africa and/or the Middle East. We are also looking to complement existing team skills with knowledge and experience working on SRHR Advocacy themes in particular youth programming/ activism or any of our crosscutting things eg climate justice, mental health and pleasure based sexual health.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage a portfolio of international grants, ensuring compliance with internal procedures

2. Provide high quality technical SRHR support and coaching to groups to support them throughout the grant including  preparing for contracting and regular performance reviews

3. Collaborate with the team to support the development and management of new grant calls

4. Screen and review grant applications and budgets against pre-defined criteria to recommend whether a grant application should, or should not, be reviewed by the independent Technical Review Panel

5. Maintain oversight of financial and contractual compliance of a portfolio of grants

6. Work closely with the Grants Compliance Team and Grant Operations Team to ensure smooth processes

7. Identify and contribute to lessons learning and knowledge sharing among grantees and support external communications of AmplifyChange supported grants

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

This is a UK based, full time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, reporting to the Head of Grant Making. AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate on a hybrid working model which would include coming to the office at least once a week. Unfortunately, we are unable to support visa sponsorship for this role and can only accept applications from those with proof of the right to work in the UK. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our policy and campaigns strategy, shaping how we influence government, the NHS, regulators and professional bodies. You will identify leverage points for change, develop strong and persuasive policy positions, and deliver bold, creative campaigns that challenge harmful practice and shift power. Working closely with our legal, information & advice, training and communications teams, you will ensure our policy and campaigning work is grounded in evidence, lived experience and human rights law.

You will also contribute strategically to Communities Imagine — a core organisational initiative rooted in racial justice, community leadership and a radical re-imagining of maternity care — while working alongside and supporting dedicated roles focused on its delivery.

Dancers’ Career Development (DCD), the national charity that enables and empowers dancers to thrive professionally and personally leading up to and beyond their performance careers, seek a Fundraiser.

DCD’s Fundraiser will work closely with the Executive Director and be instrumental in increasing fundraised and revenue income.

For more than ten years, Cambridge Science Centre (CSC) has been sparking
curiosity and a love of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) in
young people across the East of England.

Job Description
This role is central to positioning CSC as the leading small-to-medium-sized science
centre and STEM engagement organisation in the UK. Working with the CEO and
Directors, you will help identify opportunities, shape CSC’s marketing strategy, and
translate that into an objective-led plan of action. You will be responsible for all CSC
marketing campaigns and activity, owning the brand and its development across all
key audiences, including the public, community groups, teachers and school leaders,
corporate CSR teams, and educational grant providers.
You will lead CSC’s marketing partnerships and publicity channels, including the
website, social media, YouTube, and press contacts. You will set the strategic
direction that informs our creative approach, energising staff to push creative
boundaries across video, social media, digital platforms, and live engagements.
In addition, you will ensure the organisation is supported with up-to-date collateral
across all major functions and initiatives, while fostering a customer-focused approach
through media and marketing skills training across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and manage all CSC marketing and advertising activity, strategically
prioritising initiatives to achieve annual targets within the marketing budget.
● Own all aspects of CSC’s brand and the development of CSC’s storytelling
framework, ensuring content consistently communicates impact, inclusivity,
scientific curiosity, and community value.
● Support the CEO in the development and revision of a multi-year marketing
strategy, identifying top-priority objectives for focused campaigns which you
will then own.
● Maintain a cross-organisation annual marketing plan and quarterly update
schedule with key staff members to help identify ongoing opportunities to
promote CSC activities, products, community engagements and programmes.
● Working with the broader CSC team, create and manage a marketing content
development plan, including case-studies, blogs and social-media threads, to
best seize publicity opportunities and achieve annual marketing objectives.
● Establish annual marketing targets, and own and track marketing metrics
across all key audiences, including the public, schools, community groups,
corporate partners, and the informal education sector, including quarterly
reports on progress.
● Identify and manage marketing risk for the organisation, including considered
fast-response on public platforms as appropriate.
● Develop and manage all CSC marketing relationships with partners and
press.
● Own all press and publicity channels, driving up quality engagement with CSC
through the CSC website, social media, YouTube, etc.
● Create and manage a CSC collateral database, ensuring responsiveness to
business development priorities.
● Empower and upskill CSC staff to actively support marketing campaigns and
storytelling efforts.

Essential Criteria
● Significant experience in a senior marketing role, including annual budget
planning, press engagement, and campaign management.
● Proven experience in brand development and stewardship of brand identity.
● Experience in managing publicity channels, including websites and social

● Experience in setting marketing targets and measuring progress to achieve
specific business development objectives.
● Experience in business-to-consumer advertising, ideally within a family, youth,
or event-oriented organisation.
