You will support and educate budget holders, acting as their first point of contact for financial planning queries and contributing to training where needed. The postholder will help develop clear, insightful financial reports using Unit 4 FP&A software, incorporating user feedback and improving reporting on restricted funding. Responsibilities also include posting journals, managing financial reporting for the key funder's projects, supporting budget and forecast cycles, reviewing business cases from fundraising teams, and providing financial input on bids and project proposals. Regular engagement with budget holders is essential to drive effective management of restricted funds and support evidence-based fundraising decisions.

The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Officer to support the Secretary of the Conference.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the Methodist Church's governance, leadership and decision-making structures.
Working closely with the Secretary of the Conference and colleagues across the Conference Office, you will provide executive, governance and project support, helping to ensure the effective delivery of key priorities and the smooth operation of major governance processes.
The role combines executive support, committee and governance administration, research and briefing, stakeholder engagement and project coordination. It offers the opportunity to work with senior leaders, office holders and colleagues from around the Methodist Connexion and beyond.
The post holder will provide advice and support to the Secretary of the Conference across the entire range of their responsibilities. They will prepare briefing papers, reports, presentations, worship material and other documentation supporting the Secretary.
In this crucial role, the Executive Officer will read committee and meeting papers and flag items requiring the Secretary's attention/awareness, ensuring appropriate briefings are received and that the Secretary is alerted to key issues.

About You
You will be highly organised, self-motivated and passionate about ending VAWG and safeguarding. Ideally, you will have experience of working with survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence in a multi-agency setting, along with a good working knowledge of the criminal and civil justice systems. You will be able to provide emotional and practical support to victims of VAWG.
A relevant qualification in VAWG or significant experience is desirable but not essential.

The postholder will be based at our Bexley service, working full-time from Monday to Friday and providing on-site support to survivors. Given the nature of this role, we are unable to offer hybrid working for this position.

The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Grants Administrator to provide responsive administrative support to our Grants teams. Reporting to the England Development Manager and working closely with the Head of Grants and England Grants team as well as supporting our Grants teams for Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, you will help ensure our grants administration, application checks, records, spreadsheets, meetings and reporting processes run smoothly and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, numerical and communication skills who wants to contribute to grant-making work that supports communities and helps bring historic buildings back into sustainable use.
