Knights Youth Centre (KYC) was established in 1936 as an independent Christian Charity. The centre provides a range of universal and targeted youth work programmes in partnership with a number of statutory and voluntary organisations and is located on the boundary of the Clapham Park Estate (the largest estate in the Borough of Lambeth). In 2025 KYC is joining the Oasis family of charities and will be known as Oasis@Knights. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Lead to run our Inters Group Session (ages11-14) at Oasis@Knights. This is an opportunity to run engaging and informative activities for 20-40 young people aged 11-14 in the Lambeth area, inspiring them to reach their potential and to make a real difference to their community. The successful candidate will be responsible for running these sessions weekly, managing session staff, delivering engaging activities, attending occasional day trips, as well as responding to and reporting any safeguarding concerns. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

1. To lead the delivery of youth sessions at Knights Youth Centre (KYC) and facilitate youth provision in line with the ethos, values and vision of Oasis. 

1. To work and engage with young people (aged 11-14), by delivering planned sessions, activities and occasional trips for 20-40 individuals.   

1. Deliver informal education opportunities and small group mentoring within the identified sessions and the wider community. 
2. To manage and coordinate KYC staff members whilst leading sessions.

1. Record all activity on our data management system. 

1. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people you come into contact with. 

1. Actively engage in the learning and professional development courses provided as part of this employment.

The successful post holder must have:

· Proven experience in leading youth work provision for young people aged 11-14.

· Experience of managing staff in a youth provision setting.

· An understanding of the challenges impacting young people in Lambeth – in particular education, employment, mental health and criminal exploitation.

· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

· Knowledge of safeguarding practices and experience working with young people in challenging environments.

· A commitment to the Oasis ethos and values, including inclusion, equality, and perseverance.

SHUK is a leading peer support organisation with over 40 years of experience in developing and delivering peer-led services. Role description:

The Senior Philanthropy Officer will play a key role in delivering ambitious income growth by securing philanthropic support from individuals, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners.

Managing a mixed portfolio of high-value prospects capable of making five-figure and above gifts and above, the postholder will cultivate, develop and steward long-term relationships as well as identify and secure new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage, grow and steward a mixed portfolio of individual major donors, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners capable of making five-figure gifts and above
• Identify and cultivate new high-value prospects, developing tailored engagement and solicitation strategies aligned to charity priorities
• Build strong, trusted relationships with donors, clinicians and senior hospital stakeholders to develop compelling philanthropic asks and stewardship reports
• Grow philanthropy pipeline, focusing on increasing multi-year support and improving the quality, volume and success rate of applications
• Support the Director of Income Generation and Marketing with the delivery of donor stewardship and cultivation events
• Work closely with colleagues across hospital engagement, community fundraising, legacy and in-memory giving and grants to ensure joined-up planning and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of donor engagement, pipeline activity and income forecasting using the CRM system
• Monitor trends in philanthropy, trusts and major giving, adapting approaches in response to changes in the external funding environment
• Act as a professional ambassador for Southampton Hospitals Charity, representing the organisation with credibility

Person Specification:

Knowledge and Experience

• Proven experience of securing philanthropic income at the five-figure level or above
• Experience working within a charity, NHS charity or not-for-profit organisation
• Demonstrable success in managing and developing relationships with major donors and/or trusts and foundations and/or corporate partners
• Experience of producing high-quality funding proposals, cases for support and impact reports
• Track record of managing fundraising portfolios and delivering income against targets

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly and compellingly
• Strong relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging clinicians, senior stakeholders and donors
• Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and strong project management capability
• Confident use of CRM systems and fundraising databases

Job Title: Supporter Relations Executive

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 FTE per annum depending on experience (includes London weighting)

About the role

Coram has been growing its investment in Individual Giving (IG) for several years, has a loyal and very generous supporter base and an ambition to see this grow and develop further by embracing new ideas.

We are now seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team to support the day-to-day operations managed by the Supporter Relations Manager to support them in engaging and inspiring existing supporters and recruiting new supporters to grow income - specifically in the areas of mid-value and legacies. At the same time, we are developing a major donor programme to engage those generous individuals capable of giving at higher levels, and the Supporter Relations executive’s role will also provide support both these elements of our fundraising.

This role would be an ideal opportunity for someone to develop their fundraising skills in high value individual giving and effective stewardship of donors. Areas of work will include supporting on appeals, bespoke proposals, e-newsletters, events and ensuring accurate records on supporters (using Raiser’s Edge database).

This is a hybrid working role with three days a week office based.

Associated Country Women of the World (ACWW) is an international non-governmental organisation which works to amplify the voices of rural women globally.  We are looking for an Executive Director for our small Central Office team which works with member organisations and individuals in the UK and around the world to ensure that rural women are represented, recognised for their critical importance in society, and have a platform to influence policy makers.  We combine advocacy and small-scale, women-led development projects designed by the local women who will implement them for the benefit of their communities.
