JOB PURPOSE

Start Network is delivering an ambitious digital transformation strategy that will fundamentally change the way the network anticipates crises, makes decisions, manages risk, and supports locally led action. Working under the strategic direction of the Head of Digital and Operations, the Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for translating Start Network's digital strategy into successful delivery. The role owns the planning, coordination, implementation and adoption of digital products, platforms and transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. The postholder acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, turning organisational objectives into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

DELIVERY LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE

• Lead delivery of the digital, product and innovation roadmap agreed by the Head of Digital and Operations, translating strategic priorities into delivery plans, milestones, resource requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Support digital governance and portfolio prioritisation processes, providing delivery insights, performance data and recommendations to inform investment and prioritisation decisions.

We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Data Analyst to join our Translational Research team.

This role will support the generation, interpretation, and communication of research insights derived from a range of healthcare, clinical, patient-reported, and real-world datasets. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to help transform data into meaningful evidence that informs research, healthcare decision-making, policy development, and patient outcomes.

· Analyse healthcare, clinical, patient-reported, registry, and other research datasets to identify statistically significant trends, patterns, and meaningful insights.

Child Bereavement UK is a digital first organisation leading the way in Digital Transformation across the Bereavement sector. This role will play a vital part in helping Child Bereavement UK turn up the dial across our Regional Fundraising team.

The Head of Regional Fundraising is responsible for overseeing our team of Regional Fundraising Managers and Challenge Events team to maximise income from community groups and associations, businesses and individuals as well as leading the growth and diversity of the challenge events portfolio.

• Effective personnel management of staff, to facilitate the delivery of a high-performing debt help service in collaboration with the church through:

  • Ensuring adequate staffing by managing holidays, sickness and other absence within your team and across the Hubs

  • Regular catch-ups which include feedback on quality and output indicators, client outcomes and customer service. Bringing encouragement, challenge and coaching on how to improve these and seeking to empower team members.

• Workload management to facilitate an effective debt service by:

  • Participation in the wider Church and Client Support management team. • Overseeing Specialised Client Support

You'll build trusted relationships with residents, community organisations and faith groups, helping people overcome barriers and become active participants in their community.

You will have a strong understanding of the challenges affecting refugees, asylum seekers and people experiencing homelessness, together with the ability to coordinate day-to-day activities, work collaboratively with volunteers and partners, and contribute positively to the charity's ongoing development.

That afternoon you could be welcoming someone who has recently arrived in the UK, introducing them to activities at the Hub and connecting them with the support they need. No two days are the same—but every day is about helping people feel they belong.

Based at our RenewALL Hub in East Ham, you'll coordinate activities, lead community outreach, support volunteers and work alongside statutory, voluntary and community organisations to create opportunities that improve people's wellbeing and strengthen local communities.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Transformation team. You will help deliver integrated campaigns across events, exams and membership to support income generation and improve engagement with our 19,000+ members.

You will be joining a collaborative and innovative team looking to optimise the delivery of the College’s ambitious strategic objectives. You will be working with a range of supportive stakeholders on a variety of international campaigns, with the opportunity to make impact across key business areas. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support the delivery of integrated (paid advertising, email and social media) annual marketing campaigns to grow and retain our membership

• Deliver integrated campaigns for our gold standard MRCOG exam globally

• Coordinate the delivery of marketing for our events, courses and conferences programme

• Support ongoing membership engagement initiatives

• Develop creative content and copy across our digital channels

About you

You will have a track record of delivering digital marketing activity and producing content for online audiences. You will be comfortable managing several campaigns or priorities, coordinating input from stakeholders and working to agreed deadlines. You will work collaboratively and contribute to the shared success of the team and the wider organisation.

Requirements: 

• Ability to contribute to campaigns designed to generate income

• Experience of working with marketing email software

• Experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns
