About the Service
The Power2 Team is a multi-agency, multidisciplinary service that brings together specialist professionals to support children and young people who are at risk of exploitation, serious youth violence, criminal involvement and other harmful outcomes.

Using trauma-informed, strengths-based and relational approaches, the team works closely with young people, families, communities and partner agencies to improve wellbeing, increase resilience and create safer futures.

About this key role
You will provide intensive one-to-one mentoring and group-based interventions to vulnerable and at-risk young people, helping them to identify and achieve positive goals while reducing the risks they face.

Working as part of a collaborative multi-agency team, you will build trusting relationships with young people and their families, coordinate support, and ensure that the voice of the child remains central to all interventions.

You will:

• Deliver trauma-informed mentoring, group work and targeted interventions that support young people to build resilience, confidence and positive aspirations
• Develop and deliver individual support plans using strengths-based and restorative approaches
• Work closely with families and partner agencies to coordinate effective support
• Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns and risks relating to exploitation, serious youth violence and criminal activity
• Support young people to engage with education, training, employment and community opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities
• Promote the voice, choice and participation of young people in decisions affecting their lives

What we are looking for

• Personal lived experiences similar to those of the target client group

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker for a fixed term period of up to 12 months, on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week) to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Kentown Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.

The Woodland Trust is looking for an experienced Conservation and Wildlife Officer to join the Snaizeholme Project team, supporting the conservation and long-term management of the Snaizeholme Estate. The role will focus on conservation-led wildlife management, including protecting and enhancing local Red Squirrel populations, habitat and species monitoring, and delivering practical land management across a diverse landscape. The Role:

• Lead ecological surveys and monitoring to inform habitat management, including grazing impacts, vegetation change, bird activity, ground-nesting productivity and invasive species.

• Maintain accurate survey and management records using IT/GIS systems, support health and safety compliance, and provide training and guidance where needed.
• This is a homebased role, requiring regular travel to locations within the Snaizeholme landscape and wider area, sometimes to remote locations. You would be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of your area of responsibility. Occasional travel to regional offices and overnight stays will be required.

The Candidate:

• Experience assessing, monitoring, and managing wildlife and habitats to deliver conservation objectives, particularly in upland environments.
• Skilled in wildlife and habitat surveying, species identification, and practical conservation management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building experience with farmers, land managers, ENGOs, local authorities, volunteers, and community groups.
• Confident in public engagement, including presentations, guided walks, and volunteer coordination.
• Knowledge of conservation-led wildlife management, habitat survey methodologies, and upland land-use practices.
• Competent in Health & Safety management, including lone working, risk assessments, and working in challenging terrain/weather conditions.
• Proficient in IT, data management, record keeping, and GIS software.
• Qualified with a relevant environmental/ecology/land management degree (or equivalent experience), full UK driving licence, and willingness to complete specialist training/certifications including Grey Squirrel Management and DSC Level 1 if not already held.

As an Adult Carers Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support. As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. • To complete individual grant applications with carers for respite or if they are experiencing financial hardship due to the cost-of-living crisis
• To work where appropriate with other service providers/agencies to promote the carer agenda or jointly deliver carer support issues
• To be proactive in the registration of carers living or caring for someone within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
• To keep accurate records of group and individual carer engagement for monitoring and evaluation purposes
• To participate in key events organised by Richmond Carers Centre and other relevant partners to promote services to a wider public

You'll be a core member of a small, proactive and talented team and will have primarily responsibility for overseeing all social media output for the organisation, as well as for website content creation and management. You'll work to increase Allkind's reach, impact, followers and visibility through the creation of influential marketing and communications that support the work of this amazing organisation.

Core responsibilities within the role will include:

• Create and publish regular, engaging social media content relating to all elements of Allkind's work, including across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube

• Work closely with the website developer to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and support the ongoing development of the website
• Monitor and analyse website and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights, identifying trends and engagement patterns
• Build strong relationships with staff and volunteers to identify stories, updates and achievements that can be developed into engaging website content
• Support the promotion of fundraising campaigns, challenge events and new organisational initiatives. This will include occasional weekend work to capture content at events such as marathons.
• Capture images and video during events and activities for promotional purposes and maintain an organised and accessible organisational photo library
