Role Purpose
To grow and strengthen the Phab network by:
Launching new Phab Clubs in underserved areas in the Midlands
Supporting and energising existing clubs

What success looks like (2-year targets)
Year 1: Establish & Build Momentum
Launch 3–5 new Phab Clubs in priority areas

Your role
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. With achievable targets focused on securing sponsorship for key publications, materials and initiatives, the postholder will play an important part in supporting the hospice’s long-term ambition to grow voluntary and commercial income beyond traditional fundraising streams.

What You’ll Do
· Identify, develop and sell sponsorship and advertising opportunities across hospice publications, campaigns, events and on-site environments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional businesses and partners.
· Create tailored sponsorship packages and advertising solutions that align with organisational values and brand.
· Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to delivery and reporting.
· Work collaboratively with the Corporate and Community Fundraising, Events and Marketing teams to ensure opportunities are maximised, coordinated and aligned with the wider fundraising and marketing strategy.
· Monitor income performance and contribute to future growth plans for commercial partnerships.
About You:
· Proven experience in sponsorship sales, advertising sales, business development, or commercial partnerships.
· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
· Confident communicator with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively.
· Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Collaborative approach and commitment to supporting a cause-driven organisation.
· Understanding of the charity or healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.

The Financial Wellbeing Coach is a new post that will play a key role in strengthening the financial resilience of nursing and midwifery professionals. Working directly with individuals, the post holder will help Nurses, Midwives, Nursing Associates, Healthcare Assistants and Maternity Support Workers to build financial literacy, develop budgeting skills, set realistic financial goals, and improve money management. The role combines one-to-one coaching with group workshops and digital support, helping people to gain confidence in managing day-to-day finances and planning for their future. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Head of Services and Impact and the wider Cavell team to ensure our financial wellbeing support is impactful, accessible and evidence based.
This is a 2-year fixed term post, 15 – 18 hours per week. It can be home based or hybrid, although we would expect visits to our Redditch office at least once a month.
