Purpose of the Role
The Finance Manager leads the day‑to‑day financial operations of The Shewsy, ensuring our resources are managed effectively, transparently, and in line with our charitable objectives.
You will maintain reliable financial systems, develop clear reporting and analysis, and provide insight to senior leadership. This hands‑on role is essential to safeguarding the charity’s financial health, supporting funding bids, and enabling the continued delivery of our youth and community programmes.
Key Responsibilities (Shortened)
- Manage day‑to‑day finance operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payroll journals, and supplier payments.

About the Role
As Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering the Impact Investing Organisation’s innovative programmes, helping to create practical solutions that enable private capital to address major societal challenges. About you

About the role
After extensive scoping work throughout 2025, we are launching an exciting project to create a step change in the way we deliver our organisational knowledge, clinical expertise and information to add commercial value to potential customers across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies. About You
We are looking for a Management Accountant with good communication skills and a high level of attention to detail to join us and add to our expanding team. The post holder will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of management accounting information including month-end journals, and providing financial support to individuals across the organisation. You will also be responsible for project accounting and reports to funders.
The successful candidate will be a team player, with excellent attention to detail and Excel skills. You will be able to adopt a consistent and systematic approach to run through the processes involved to achieve accurate results.

The Policy and Public Affairs Lead for Devolved Nations will drive CoSRH’s engagement and policy work in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This key strategic liaison role will support the Director of External Affairs in enabling delivery of the CoSRH’s Hatfield Vision across all UK nations, and in supporting CoSRH members and interests in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
For this new role, we are seeking an experienced and forward-looking individual interested in developing the strategic and influencing work of CoSRH in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and in ensuring that CoSRH represents members and their interests across the UK.
Who we are:
The College of Sexual and Reproductive (CoSRH) is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the life course for all.
Key tasks:
a. Stakeholder engagement:
- Lead CoSRH’s stakeholder engagement programme in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales - influencing policy debate, contributing to building internal capacity on devolved and regional issues, and in building key relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across CoSRH to develop and deliver a strategic programme of engagement across Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, ensuring that the work of member committees in devolved nations feeds into wider CoSRH activity, inclusive of the Hatfield Vision, and that the CoSRH President maintains appropriate oversight at Taskforce level.
- Manage internal and external relationships with key individuals and organisations including parliamentarians, civil servants and policymakers in the devolved governments of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales; staff and member representatives of sister organisations like British Association for Sexual Health and HIV and Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, and nation-specific networks and collaborative groups such as Cross-Party Group for Women’s Health in Scotland, and Women’s Health Wales.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate plans for specific areas of policy and stakeholder engagement work, including influencing decision-makers, building, and strengthening support among key regional and national stakeholders in the devolved nations.
- Working in collaboration with the Director of External Affairs and Chairs of the CoSRH Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland Committees, to represent CoSRH at a variety of conferences, meetings, and events across the three devolved nations.
b. Policy, Public Affairs & Partnership Building
- Monitor the external environment for issues that may impact on SRH, and help identify, analyse and grasp opportunities to influence policy and public opinion relevant to CoSRH’s work within the three devolved nations, outlining CoSRH’s position/response to policy and public opinion developments.
- Develop and oversee the effective monitoring of parliamentary activity in the devolved nations in relation to sexual and reproductive healthcare and related interests.

Context and Background
The NSPCC's mission is to end cruelty to children. In order to carry out its charitable work, we rely on the fundraising support of people across the UK for 90% of its annual income. Within Fundraising, our aim is to provide maximum resources for the NSPCC and children by working together to create the best possible supporter experience by building long-term relationships to create a supporter experience which is different, better and more rewarding than that of supporting any other charity.
The Mass Participation Team (MPT) is an important part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships department within the Engagement and Fundraising directorate. MPT is responsible for attracting new supporters through our mass participation events to maximise fundraised income, and to optimise onward journeys to retain supporters within the NSPCC family.
The Mass Participation Team focuses on three areas of fundraising;
- Third party events – sporting events organised by third party suppliers, where we recruit participants and support them in raising money in aid of the NSPCC. For example, the London Marathon, Cardiff Half Marathon, Ultra Challenge series, skydives, bespoke treks.
- Schools Fundraising – a suite of fundraising products tailored to schools across all educational settings, including Number Day, the Kindness Challenge and Classmaster.
- DIY fundraising – supporters who choose to organise their own fundraising event or activity. Whether they take part with family or friends, at work or at school, we support them through stewardship and fundraising materials to help them reach their fundraising goals.
Job purpose
The role of the Senior Fundraiser is to project manage a number of fundraising activities within DIY fundraising and Schools Fundraising areas. The role will be responsible for managing DIY fundraising activity – managing acquisition and stewardship for DIY fundraisers, and playing a leading role in reviewing and streamlining user experience across mass, workplace and school audiences. The role will also take on project management of a Schools Fundraising product, managing all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle. The Senior Fundraiser will be responsible for working as a proactive team member to ensure that the participation levels and net income from activities are maximised.

- To play a key role in maximising income for the NSPCC from new and existing supporters through DIY/Schools fundraising activity.

·Liaises with supporters raising funds for NSPCC
·Works with a range of suppliers who support fundraising relationships and activity, such as JustGiving, Enthuse or our fulfilment house Hallmark.
Main duties and responsibilities
- To project manage and develop fundraising activities for mass audiences that meet agreed financial and participation targets.
- To maximise income by engaging, stewarding and inspiring DIY fundraisers and educational settings using mass communication channels.
- To apply data-led insight to understand audience behaviour and campaign performance, translating analysis into practical steps to improve participant experience and maximise income.
- To use creative and engaging methods of communication including written and verbal communications in pre-event, event and post event activities, that fit with wider audience journeys as part of our Supporter Centricity programme.
- To be responsible for delivering an exceptional supporter experience that surpasses supporters’ expectations.
- To ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of mass participation activities through application of best practice campaign management
- To research and develop fundraising opportunities in mass participation both by reviewing NSPCC activities and the activities of other charities.
8.To work with staff across the organisation to collaborate on agreed department objectives, including participating in cross-functional projects where required as a representative of the mass participation team

- Excellent project management skills, with an understanding of dependencies and how to prioritise tasks effectively to meet agreed objectives
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to deliver presentations, ideas and activity updates to a range of audiences in a clear and confident way.
- Well-developed ability to build, manage and develop relationships with stakeholders within an organisation and externally, and where necessary, successfully negotiating to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience of success in a customer-led environment such as fundraising, sales or marketing, thus ensuring that all supporters engaging with our products receive the highest levels of customer service
