Job description

Julian Support has been supporting the people of Norfolk and Suffolk for over 36 years with their mental health and wellbeing. We are pleased to be working in partnerhip with Norwich City Council, supporting people to create safer homes and better places to live.

Safe & Habitable Homes supports people in Norwich who have been identified as being at risk from self-neglect & hoarding.

The aim of the Safe & Habitable Coordinator role is to practically and emotionally support people to reduce risks, build trust and support people to create safer, more habitable homes.

Referrals are made through Norwich City Council and their Support NOW project. 

Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

This role will be based at the Julian Support Head Office in Norwich, and will be expected to work across the Norwich locality.

The ability to drive is essential as we are supporting people in the community.
