About the role
We are seeking an ambitious, strategic and relationship-driven Head of Corporate and Employer Partnerships to lead and deliver a national, high-impact partnerships strategy. This role is central to our growth plans and will generate sustainable income, deepen corporate and employer engagement and create tangible employment outcomes for young people. You will combine commercial instinct with social purpose - building partnerships that deliver measurable impact for young people and clear strategic value for corporate and employer partners.
Key information
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience
- Contract: Full time, Monday-Friday, 9.30 – 5.30mpm with some out of hours work needed for events such as Spear Celebration

Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

About the role
As our Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Partnership Management team of six to deliver partnership excellence and work closely with teams including Communications, Global Policy and Campaigns and Country Programme Offices to drive sustainable change.
In this role, you will:
- Effectively lead, manage and motivate the Partnership Management team to deliver partnership excellence.
- Coach and support the team to maximise partnership opportunities as well as resolve complex issues.
- Work closely with teams across WaterAid (eg Communications, Policy) to identify opportunities and deliver collaborations which deliver shared value for WaterAid and corporate partners
- Work with the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Senior Partnership Development Manager and Senior Private Sector Advisor to implement the overall Corporate Partnerships Strategy
- Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- A proven track record managing a variety of strategic, high value (6 figure) Corporate Partnerships that deliver shared value
- Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change
- Endless enthusiasm, energy and the ability to work under own initiative and meet deadlines
- Ability to build relationships, network with, and influence, senior people both internally and externally
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Experience of working in an NGO corporate fundraising environment

We are looking for a Prevention and Intervention Programme Manager to line manage the Advisors (Sexual Violence Liaison Officers) and be responsible for an SVLO programme to support students who have experienced sexual violence, sexual harassment, gender-based violence and/or domestic abuse at any point in their lives. The Programme Manager will need to work closely with the Advice Service Manager to support the Specialist Advisors in working alongside the generalist advice provision. The Programme Manager will oversee the Active Bystander Programme as well as the expansion of new and existing programmes, including developing personalised packages for departments and an attractive offer for external partner organisations.
Have you got demonstrable experience of working with individuals who have experienced one or more of the following: sexual violence, harassment, gender-based violence or domestic abuse? Have you got an understanding of the impact of sexual violence and sexual harassment on survivors, and how to support them with a trauma informed approach? Our ideal candidate will continue to develop and embed the trauma-informed Consent and Tackling Sexual Misconduct strand to enhance and grow the Active Bystander Programme. LGBTQ+ Adult Project Worker

Context
Q:alliance provides support, information and representation for LGBTQ+ people who live, work and socialise in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Our goal is to create safe, welcoming spaces and accessible resources to ensure that the LGBTQ+ community is visible, represented and supported.
Scope
The Adult Project Worker will facilitate up to three weekly provisions for LGBTQ+ adults, working collaboratively within the team to develop activities that reduce isolation, create opportunities for belonging, and strengthen participation within the LGBTQ+ community in Milton Keynes.
Sessions may take place at our centre in Fenny Stratford or at community locations across Milton Keynes, including Central Milton Keynes. Due to the nature of community-based group provision, most sessions take place during evenings, with some weekend working required to support community events and activities.

Support, information and empowerment – Develop and deliver resources, activities and events within group programmes. Create welcoming, safe and enjoyable environments where community members feel respected and included. Provide light-touch support and appropriate signposting to relevant services, and liaise with stakeholder organisations that support our community.

About the Role

About Us
CleanupUK is a national charity that supports communities in tackling the problem of litter and strengthening community connections. We work directly with people in areas of need to help them clean up and care for their local environment through the creation and support of litter-picking hubs.

There are part-time roles available with community litter picking charity CleanupUK, who need help in their mission to engage people in looking after their local environment.

CleanupUK is recruiting three Community Cleanup Champions to work closely with our partner organisations in one of the following areas, encouraging local litter picking via our Cleanup Hub network:

Three roles covering: Birmingham, Thanet and Rochdale.
Cleanup hubs are spaces to store equipment for individuals and groups in the community to use. By hosting this equipment and loaning it out, Cleanup Hubs are championing volunteering in the community and promoting litter picking.
CleanupUK provides equipment and promotional support to help Cleanup Hubs get started with litter picking and engaging local people.
Cleanup Champions work closely with Cleanup Hubs and other partner organisations to encourage more people to get involved in litter picking locally.
We are keen to find cheerful people, with a sense of fun, who care about the environment and enjoy chatting to people of all backgrounds.
Main Purpose of the Role:

To increase the number of people borrowing litter picking equipment from the Cleanup Hubs in your local area.
