Job description

At Peabody, we help vulnerable people live safely and independently. We're looking for a Specialist Housing Officer - Agency Managed to oversee housing services delivered by partner organisations and ensure residents receive an excellent service.

The Role

You'll:

  • Monitor the performance of managing agents and support providers
  • Build strong relationships with residents and partners
  • Carry out inspections, audits and compliance checks
  • Manage tenancy, property and repair issues
  • Help create safe, well-managed communities

About You

You'll have:

  • Experience in housing management, supported housing or a similar customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and good practice
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing partner or contractor performance
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
