We’re looking for an IT Projects Manager to join a small, busy IT team at the UK’s leading specialist centre for complex neuro-disability. The work matters. The projects you deliver help our clinical, operational and corporate teams give better care to the people who depend on us.
You’ll own a varied portfolio of IT projects from start to finish: planning, budgets, suppliers, risk, governance and delivery. We want a project manager who can work both in the detail of a project plan one day, and shaping the bigger picture with senior leadership the next. This is a central role in a small technology team, so your judgement and the relationships you build will really count.
What you’ll bring
- A track record of delivering IT projects to time, cost and quality in a complex organisation
- Strong people skills, so you can talk to clinicians, senior leaders and suppliers and be understood by all of them
- A practical, problem-solving approach to risk, change and competing priorities

You will join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP).The service supports residents who have recently been released from prison who move into our residential accommodation. You will play a vital role in supporting our residents to rebuild their lives, communities, and provide opportunities for them to do this.
Responsibilities Include:
- Clean buildings and rooms including end of tenancy deep cleans
- Keeping garden soil and refuse clear of damp courses and air bricks
- Prepare accommodation for new occupants
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance which could include furniture upkeep, gardening, replacing bulbs, painting and decorating
- Work closely with teams to carry out risk assessments
- Work with external partners for further repair tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who has a keen interest in Caretaking and has an understanding of health, safety, and environment, with the ability to apply this practically to a residential service. You will be able to take ownership of your role and projects, and can work independently as well as part of a team. You will understand the needs of our residents and able to work flexibly to meet tailored needs for our residents and staff.

Off The Record Twickenham is a unique charity in Richmond borough which provides free and confidential counselling, walk-in information and sexual health support to young people aged 11-24 who live, work or study in Richmond borough. Our vision is that “Every young person has a welcoming space where they feel valued, supported and listened to”. We support over 1,000 young people every year.
In the coming year we have secured grant and other income covering two thirds of our planned expenditure of £340,000 and we need to fundraise for the remainder. We want to grow our income in future years in order to expand our much-needed services, particularly by nurturing and growing the support of local businesses, schools and community groups. We also see great potential to increase support from individuals and major donors across the borough of Richmond, given we support so many young people and families in the area every year.
As this role involves engaging local community groups, businesses and volunteers in our mission to support local young people, it is particularly suited to someone who lives and/or has worked in the London borough of Richmond. As a Senior Support Coach, you will play a pivotal role within the service, as a point of contact, providing advice and guidance to the wider team in support of the management team, and to residents. You will be based within our Offender Personality Disorder Housing Accommodation and Support Service (OPD HASS). The service provides specialist, structured support to high risk and high need men who have recently left the criminal justice system.
The service provides specialist support to help overcome personal barriers to resettlement, reducing the risk of re-offending and supports residents towards independent living. You will deliver flexible, responsive, and person centred support to residents. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to lead by example and positively influence the recovery journeys of individuals with complex needs, including personality disorders and offending backgrounds.
