Key purpose:

As part of a growing and dynamic Fundraising team, your main duties will be to research trust and foundations, create and send applications, and steward relationships with current and prospective partners. As part of the team, you will also be involved in generating funds across various other income streams.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and identify charitable trusts that may provide future financial support to RABI whilst maximising the potential for giving from trusts with which the charity already has a relationship.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key trust representatives.
• Prepare, submit and monitor applications to charitable trusts including the maintenance of records of applications, grant receipts and successful/failed submissions. Ensure trusts are thanked for donations in timely fashion.

The Welfare Benefits Specialist role is part of SEL Mind's exciting new expansion of one-to-one support delivered through the Southwark Wellbeing Hub. This full-time role will provide in-person support to help clients understand their entitlements and challenge negative benefit decisions.

As Welfare Benefits Specialist, you will maintain a caseload of clients with mental health issues, supporting across the full range of welfare benefits. You will work closely alongside an Advice Specialist for non-benefits needs, and with colleagues across the Southwark Wellbeing Hub to ensure joined-up support where needed. 

The main working site is a community centre in SE17, with regularly-scheduled work in community centres in SE16 and SE5. As a key part of expanding equitable access to specialist advice, the role will work across the Borough of Southwark, meeting people across a variety of voluntary and statutory sites. Organisation and communication are vital to good case management, so you should have strong planning and prioritisation skills and be able to work independently and flexibly. 

The role will involve:

• Ensuring excellent case management across the full range of welfare benefits to a caseload of people with mental health problems, with regular case reviews
• Supporting clients including income-maximisation, calculating benefit entitlement, drafting or writing letters, negotiating with third parties, and preparing/presenting cases to tribunals and courts as appropriate

We are looking for a Mentor Services Coordinator to support our volunteer mentors in the South East of England consisting of Hertfordshire, Surrey, North London and West London.

Our Mentor Services Coordinators are the main point of contact for volunteer mentors throughout their journey with MCR - from their initial enquiry and onboarding, to ongoing support once they are matched with a young person. Key Responsibilities

Supporter Experience & Journeys:

• Map and continually improve journeys: welcome → second gift; regular giving nurture/upgrade; mid-value; legacy prospecting; lapsed reactivation; complaint recovery.
• Set cadence and channel mix (email, mail, phone, SMS, social, events, digital) for consistent, donor‑first communications in appropriate channels and accessible formats.

What is the main purpose of their role?

The Operations Manager sits within a team of six managers who are responsible for providing the strategic lead for all the activities of Suffolk Refugee Support. This is a senior operational role with responsibility for overseeing key programme areas including HR and facilities, volunteering, our ESOL provision and our International Women’s Group. The role will also oversee the development of SRS’s Client Partnership work, ensuring this is shaped through co-production with the clients we work with, supports strong external relationships, and is delivered through an effective, outcome-focused work plan. The role line manages a team of Officers and Coordinators responsible for specific programme areas, ensuring that the activities within their remit are effective, compliant and responsive, meeting both the charitable aims of SRS and the needs of the asylum seekers and refugees we support.

What will the job entail?
