Want to work with multiple award-winning charity, FoodCycle? As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run community meals using surplus food.
You will manage local relationships with venues, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable this to happen. As an excellent communicator, you will manage the volunteers at each Project ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy, ensuring that volunteers are confident enough to self-organise and make a success of their Projects.
You will have experience of programme planning, delivery and development including community led/owned programmes. You will have experience of building relationships with a range of stakeholders and be passionate about food and cooking.
There will be frequent travel to our projects in Yorkshire and The Humber, with some evening and weekend work needed to cover our projects. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this rewarding role.

Role
We now seek a full-time team member to build on this base. Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to join RSPB Cymru and lead delivery of the Caletwr Catchment Integrated Natural Resources Scheme (INRS), funded by the Welsh Government, in Conwy, North Wales.

As Service Manager, you will lead Visiting Housing Support services in South West Edinburgh.
You’ll lead a team of eight staff and support people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or in unsuitable accommodation. The support will focus on empowering people to sustain their tenancies and live well in stable housing.
You’ll be managed by the Head of Services and work within a peer group of 7 other managers across the organisation. Overview
This service is commissioned by City of Edinburgh Council and is in year 2 of a 10 year contract. The Adult Bereavement Counsellor provides therapeutic support to adults- particularly parents and carers- who are experiencing acute or complex grief following the death of a child.

Second Stage Interviews
If you are progressed to a second stage interview, you will be invited to attend a 1-hour formal interview on MS Teams with the Hiring Managers for the role. It is our policy to share the role-specific interview questions with applicants ahead of the interview, to aid their preparation. You may also be asked to complete an interview task, which will also be shared with you in advance.
Youth Team Forum Discussion
For roles in our Bereavement Services Team, we will invite those applicants selected for interview along to a discussion forum with members of our Youth Team. This session is held remotely and lasts approximately 20 minutes. The discussion topic will be shared with you in advance of the session.

The Life Coaching service empowers and encourages individuals to bring about lifestyle changes that will help to restore confidence, hope, purpose and facilitate positive progress. The Life Coaching Co-ordinator will be first point of contact for all referrals into the Life Coaching service and will arrange appointments and complete the initial telephone triage, as well providing and co-ordinating a comprehensive administration service, updating CRM and liaising with our associate coaches. Alongside the co-ordination of administrative services, the Life Coaching Co-ordinator will work with a small caseload of coaching clients, supporting individuals with a time limited, outcome focused coaching approach, including development of personal skills and coping strategies to enable individuals to make lasting positive change. The Life Coaching Co-ordinator will be committed to working towards a qualification in Life Coaching (minimum level 3).
Key responsibilities
· Co-ordinate and complete all administrative tasks for referrals into the Life Coaching Service.
· Co-ordinate and complete triage appointments, explaining the purpose of Life Coaching and assessing suitability for the service, while remaining objective and professional.
· Signpost or refer individuals to alternative services within Ben if Life Coaching assessed as not being suitable, ensuring that all individuals feel well informed and encouraged to access appropriate support.
· Co-ordinate and maintain the waiting list for Life Coaching.
· Manage a small caseload of individuals for 6- 8 sessions of Life Coaching in a time limited, outcome focused approach whilst working towards a Life Coaching qualification.
· Attend monthly professional coaching supervision with the life coaching team and caseload reviews with the Life Coaching Manager.
· Attend and actively engage with the Life Coaches weekly team meeting.
· Encourage and empower individuals to identify their goals and aspirations, setting out actions and using coaching tools and techniques to support their individual’s needs.
· Inform Case Managers and other referral sources of waiting times, ensuring effective two-way communication about individuals referred to the Life Coaching service.
· Identify any SASH or Safeguarding concerns and escalate where appropriate any case/situation where any individual is deemed at risk.
· Have knowledge of Silvercloud and other services within Ben and externally to promote best outcomes for the individuals.
· Maintain appropriate electronic and written documentation including assessment notes, journey logs and communication records by using SharePoint and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (as applicable).
· Provide reports on individuals engaged in Life Coaching, as and when required.
· Support the continual development of the Life Coaching Service.
· There may be times when the Life Coaching Co-ordinator will be required to support. additional duties and / or projects. This will be discussed with the Life Coaching Co-Ordinator and agreed with their Line Manager.

As Head of Programme Design and Organisational Development, you will lead the Foundation’s approach to programme design, organisational development and volunteering, ensuring everything we do is high quality, evidence-informed and grounded in lived experience.
