An exciting opportunity has arisen to join RSVP’s well‑established ISVA Team. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated professional to provide specialist support to adults impacted by sexual violence.

This 24‑hour‑per‑week role, worked across three set days (Monday and Friday 9am–5pm, and Thursday 11am–7pm), offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have reported, or are considering reporting, their experiences to the police.

As an Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA), you will provide practical guidance, emotional support and clear, empowering information to help adults understand their rights, options and choices. You will walk alongside survivors as they navigate their next steps — offering consistent support whether or not they choose to engage with the criminal justice process.

What you’ll do 

• Develop and deliver a high-quality, multichannel Gifts in Wills stewardship programme 

• Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with legacy supporters through personalised stewardship 

• Work in collaboration with colleagues in the Philanthropy team to realise opportunities for raising awareness of gifts in Wills with our major donors 

• Build close relationships with other fundraising teams to identify and reach new supporters, to engage and inspire with the impact of gifts in Wills, providing appropriate messaging.   

• Support the delivery of bespoke events and recognition opportunities for pledgers and legators 

About you 

You’ll be an experienced, confident relationship manager with a strong background in charity fundraising—ideally in legacies or supporter stewardship. You’ll bring: 

• Proven success delivering stewardship programmes and one‑to‑one supporter relationships 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for warm, compelling copy

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with care and attention 

• Sensitivity, empathy and confidence when communicating with supporters, including bereaved donors

As Fundraising Lead- Midlands & South Wales, you will lead Philanthropy and Corporate fundraising across your region, developing relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, senior business leaders and corporate partners.

You will manage Centre Fundraising Managers, and support them on planning and prioritisation, work with Fundraising Boards as appropriate, and share best practice across Maggie’s. You will also help develop new fundraising opportunities.

This role requires a confident and collaborative leader who can coach teams, manage multiple stakeholders, work independently across a large region, representing Maggie’s with clarity and credibility.

The Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Retention) at CBM UK is an important role in making our life-changing work possible. Advertised at Officer or Senior Officer level (subject to experience), the role delivers direct and digital fundraising appeals to existing individual supporters, high value donors, and churches to drive donations and grow awareness, through creative and impactful fundraising communications.

Key responsibilities:

The position holder is responsible for developing fundraising campaigns for individual supporter audiences; supporting the development of the annual public fundraising plan; building supporter journeys and testing new channels and messages.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and across the Fundraising & Communications team, the Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Retention) is responsible for planning and delivering a significant marketing programme, carrying out fundraising campaigns to existing supporters across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, and telephone.

Cultivation appeals (60%)

a. Deliver regular and inspiring off-line direct marketing campaigns to existing supporters on time and within budget. The role holder will plan, co-ordinate and prepare fundraising appeals. This involves creating briefs, working alongside freelance copywriters and designers, and managing print and fulfilment suppliers.

1. Lead on the delivery of online appeals and updates, including the planning and coordination of mass supporter emails.
2. Optimise the performance (traffic and income) of website fundraising pages, including appeal landing pages and donation platforms. Ensuring pages on the CBM website are engaging to existing and new audiences and utilising Search Engine Optimisation tools.
3. Lead on the planning and implementation of feeding back to existing supporters on our work as part of their donor journey, through leading on CBM UK’s supporter newsletters, e-news and prayer diaries.
4. Prepare internal marketing materials for CBM UK colleagues and provide briefings for supporter facing teams ahead of each campaign.
5. Develop excellent working relationships with existing and new agencies and suppliers, including marketing agencies, writers, designers, print suppliers and mailing houses. Source new agencies and suppliers as appropriate.

High donor fundraising (20%)

1. Lead on CBM’s high donor fundraising programme, through planning and managing regular communications and fundraising asks to this segment of supporters, working towards achieving annual income growth targets.
2. Work alongside the Supporter Relations team to develop and carry out a donor journey for high donors, including personalised communications through phone, email and post.

New product testing (10%)

1. Proactively test and develop new fundraising ideas, channels and messages to engage with and raise funds from new and existing audiences.
2. Maintain awareness and anticipation of charity sector trends relating to direct marketing and keep abreast of competitor activities to enable CBM to respond and adapt quickly where appropriate.

Planning and reporting (10%)

1. Analysis and reporting of appeals and projects, providing learnings that will enable informed decision making around future activities.
2. Develop a good knowledge of the CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure appropriate recording and reporting of direct marketing activity.

Other

1. Ensure the consistent implementation of CBMs brand, key messages and style guide in fundraising activities.
2. Awareness of, and compliance across direct marketing, of Fundraising Regulator and Data Protection legal requirements (GDPR and PECR).
3. Work with other teams, including the CBM Global Federation, to maximise collaboration opportunities and integrated working.
4.  Help develop a culture of enthusiasm, continual improvement and success which reflects the ambitions of CBM UK.

The Audience Insight Specialist will be an internal leader, building our capability to understand our core audiences and the people we need to reach to achieve our strategic goals. You will support a cultural shift in how the charity takes an audience-led approach to planning, decision-making, and communications, as our CRM, data infrastructure, and Strategy & Insight functions continue to develop. Making best use of internal and external sources, you will distil data into meaningful insight, tailored to different audiences. Role Details

Job Title: Head of Programmes and Membership

Reporting to: Executive Director

Location: Hybrid/ Flexible/ IIC Office based. We are currently looking to relocate offices within central London. We are flexible on approach within a hybrid model. This can be discussed at interview.

Starting Salary: £47,500

Hours of Work: 40 hours a week with 1 hour lunch break (paid).

Contract: Full-time and Permanent. Requests for flexible working hours will be considered, including requests to work 80% FTE.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Leadership, Membership and Regional Engagement

• Develop and deliver a cohesive programme and membership strategy aligned with IIC’s Strategy 2030, purpose and strategic objectives
• Contribute to organisational leadership, planning, and decision-making as part of the senior management team
• Deputise for the Executive Director when required, representing the organisation internally and externally
• Act as the primary point of contact for IIC’s Regional Groups and network of Affiliated Professional Associations, fostering strong, collaborative relationships

• Monitor and evaluate programme impact and performance, using insights to inform future activities.

Communications 

• Work closely with the IIC team and communications colleagues to promote programmes and membership globally
• Help strengthen IIC’s profile as a leading international voice in conservation
• Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all programme and membership activity

Our Youth Advisory group places decision-making in the hands of local young people, and we aim to increase our participatory grant making over the coming year, engaging a wider group of residents. In 2026, we will be launching new funds supporting women and girls’ initiatives, young care leavers, and tackling digital inequality.   

We are looking for a committed individual with knowledge of the local area to join the Grants and Programmes Team. The Grants and Projects administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful distribution of grants to voluntary and community sector groups and our events convening residents, donors and grantholders.

The ideal candidate will be highly efficient with experience of working in a busy environment, have excellent customer service and IT skills combined with a proactive, problem-solving approach. No previous grant-making experience is required, and full training in our systems and database will be provided. You will be joining a small, committed team and undertaking a wide variety of tasks. You should be a team player with energy and enthusiasm as well as an understanding and passion for the local community.

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our friendly Service Desk as part of the fantastic IT team. In this crucial role you’ll help respond to our staff and volunteers to resolve various 1st and 2nd line IT issues.

Contract terms:

£27,000 - £28,500 per annum, plus benefits

5-month fixed term contract

Full time hours are 35 hours per week, but we are passionate about flexible working, talk to us about your preferences

In-person working: Meeting in person and working collaboratively are things we value. We work in person around 2 days per month.

​What you'll do:

​Provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff and volunteers

Respond to support requests via our service desk, as well as face to face, over email and by telephone

Manage incidents and requests through to resolution

Escalate issues to third parties where required

Provide support for a range of software platforms and equipment

Assist with new starter account creation

Participate in the out of hours on call rota

What you’ll bring:

​Demonstrable experience of 1st and 2nd line IT support in a service desk environment

Experience providing support for both applications and hardware

Experiencing owning and managing support requests through to resolution

Great customer service skills

Experience working within SLAs

Experience supporting volunteers is desirable

Role Overview:

This position involves leading impactful fundraising events and forging strong community and corporate partnerships to support the organisation’s mission and drive income growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate fundraising events such as Sleep Easy, Golf Day, dinners, and supporter gatherings.
• Manage all event elements, including budgeting, risk assessments, logistics, promotion, and execution.
• Track fundraising expenditure, ensuring all funds raised and donations are accurately recorded against set budgets.
• Support challenge event participants to maximise their fundraising efforts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses, organisations, schools, churches, and community groups to enhance engagement and income.
• Steward existing supporters and cultivate new relationships through innovative fundraising ideas and strategic collaborations.
• Negotiate donations, prizes, and volunteer opportunities, including gifts in kind.
• Research and approach prospective partners for community fundraising initiatives and partnership opportunities.
• Deliver engaging presentations to diverse community audiences to promote fundraising activities.
• Champion supporter engagement through timely recognition and transparent communication of impact.
• Represent the organisation at external events, promoting its mission and building networks.
• Collaborate on campaign development to maximise fundraising effectiveness, maintaining accurate supporter and financial data, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.

Person Specification:

• Experience of planning and delivering successful fundraising events.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, and track ROI and expenditure effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good written communication skills and ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Knowledge of fundraising principles, charity regulations, and data management systems (CRM experience is a plus).
• A proactive, collaborative approach with creative problem-solving ability.
• Full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.
