The Digital Products Business Analyst is a key member of our Digital Products Team, created to elevate and optimise how Salesforce is used across the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). About the role and its purpose

Key tasks & responsibilities

Income generation

· Use your skills, creativity and experience to develop our income generation strategy

· Develop ideas for creative sponsorship and funding opportunities, putting together and submitting proposal and tender documents; identifying suitable partners; presenting proposals and closing deals

· Converting pilot and seed-funded contracts to longer-term sustainable contracts e.g. current Postcode Lottery agreement in the North-East converting to a long-term contract with North-East and North Cumbria ICB (more information to this can be given at interview stage)

Partnerships and Networks

Scope and purpose
 
To implement MEI’s business development strategy, helping us secure sustained income to deliver our priorities and fulfil our mission to improve lives through maths education. Funding opportunities and competitor environment

• Scope external funding opportunities, reviewing these against MEI’s mission, objectives and key criteria.

The Vacancy

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and proactive Partnerships Manager with a strong instinct for business development and a track record of turning opportunities into significant funding partnerships. You will be energised by identifying new prospects, opening doors and building relationships with trusts, foundations and corporate partners. Creative and strategic in your approach, you will be comfortable shaping compelling propositions and developing confident high seven figure funding asks that resonate with large philanthropic donors.

You will also be a mature, thoughtful and kind manager who can lead and develop a high performing team. We are looking for someone who can set ambitious targets, encourage initiative and create an environment where colleagues feel trusted, motivated and able to grow, while playing a central role in expanding and diversifying a major global funding portfolio.

JOB PURPOSE

The Partnerships Manager will be a key position within the fundraising team, managing key private donors and co-leading on developing and implementing a new business strategy focused on significantly increasing trust and foundation and corporate funders.

They will also be working with SLT members to put together strategic seven and eight figure grants and strategic plans to engage large global donors to support Start Network programming.

The Resource Mobilisation team works collaboratively with those in programmes to manage internal and external relationships, adopting a coordinated approach when it comes to donor management and reporting.

The Partnerships Manager, together with the Head of Resource Mobilisation, will set and deliver a strategy that maximises trust and foundation and corporate funding and set a clear path to bring in new donors and increase income substantially over the coming three years. Currently the funding portfolio you will be managing is over £30million from 13+ global donors. This means this role is personally responsible for engaging and retaining 60% of our donors. This role will set a strategy to increase income according to targets, maximise donors plus retain all key strategic donors through robust engagement plans. Beyond this, the person in post will line manage three with scope for growth in 2026. 

Additionally, across 2026-2028 and beyond they will lead on the development of an employee engagement offering with our corporates and corporate foundations in order to create a new avenue of unrestricted funding. 

Beyond this, we expect this role, to lead on behalf of the resource mobilization team key global events, particularly Skoll / Marmalade and Shift the Power. In collaboration with the Institutional Funding Manager they will also plan our activities London and NY Climate Weeks. They will set the plans and strategy for the organization to engage with these events and work with Directors, CEO, Heads of, and coordinate cross organisational plans for this together with our Head of Advocacy and Influence. 

Finally, this role will act as a key point of contact for the communications and advocacy teams and will need to make sure donor requirement and visibility will be taken into account across teams projects and strategies.

Increase new business from trusts and foundations and corporate funders

• Lead on the development of an innovative strategy together with the Head of Resource Mobilisation and Director of Business Development to identify and drive new business from trusts and foundations and corporates.
• Responsible for growing our funding from new geographical areas (focus on US and Asia) and sectors (Insurance) – and set a plan that will enable the diversification of our funding portfolio. 
• Oversee the development and implementation of an employee engagement offer in order to create a new avenue of unrestricted income and boost the interest of corporate donors.  
• Drive high quality prospecting of new potential funders across the organisation by working with and guiding heads of teams and the CEO strategically to engage with this task. 
• Oversee how the organisation engages strategically with large trusts and foundations and corporates (potential giving 7 and 8 figures).
• Co-lead on the planning of key global events with our external affairs team such as Climate Week (New York and London) and make sure we have a cross organisational strategic approach to these events.

Ensure high quality stewardship of current philanthropic donors

• Responsible for the overall stewardship of several high giving trusts and foundations (6, 7 & 8 figures).

Hours of work

What you’ll do

This role supports the delivery of the EMHP postgraduate programme, with a focus on teaching, facilitating practice tutor groups, supporting trainees and helping maintain a high-quality learning experience.

• In this role you will facilitate Practice Tutor Groups and skills-based sessions to support trainee development.
• Contribute to teaching and deliver sessions in liaison with module leads and admin colleagues.
• Mark assignments across modules in line with UCL requirements and agreed deadlines.
• As the Practice Tutor, you will provide personal tutoring and respond to trainee queries and concerns during the programme.
• Take part in programme meetings, training and development, and wider quality and safeguarding responsibilities.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional with a background in child mental health or related children’s services, who can support postgraduate trainees through teaching, skills development and tutoring, and who brings a strong commitment to inclusive practice, safeguarding and high-quality learning.

• A recognised qualification in a core mental health profession, or a qualification in working with children supported by additional child mental health training or experience.
• You will have knowledge and experience of delivering CBT or CBT-informed interventions for children, young people and families in a CAMHS and/or educational setting.
• Experience of facilitating small group learning, teaching or training adults in an inclusive way.
• As the ideal candidate, you will have experience of supervision, reflective practice or supporting staff, colleagues or students on a university course.
• You will be a strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills, with knowledge of safeguarding and a proactive, flexible approach to managing priorities.

Key details

Hours: Part-time, 7 hours per week. Candidates will need to be available to work on Wednesdays from 09:00 to 17:00, with occasional flexibility to work at other times as required.

Salary: £45,427 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme

Location: Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working), the delivery of teaching and Practice Tutor Groups facilitation by the post-holder is almost all face-to-face. For face-to-face work, the post-holders will be required to attend in person at our London office (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering the day-to-day operations of the Schools Consent Project across England and Wales. In particular, this involves booking and coordinating the delivery of workshops across all educational settings; acting as the first point of contact for legal queries, feedback and safeguarding issues from volunteers and service users; and fostering strong relationships with our schools and partner firms.

Our client is the UK's only theatre company and participatory arts charity focused on addiction. This charity develops, nurtures and produces new writing and performances connected to substance misuse, touring to off-West End venues, festivals, treatment facilities and other civic spaces. Senior Development Manager

Full time, 40 hours per week (open to part time, flexible working and job share)

£40,000–£45,000 per annum

This is a newly created role, which will help take the charity's fundraising to the next level. The new Senior Development Manager will grow existing income (trusts, foundations and statutory) and develop newer income streams (individual giving and corporate partnerships). Supported by the charity's Artistic Director/CEO and an expert Development Subcommittee, the Senior Development Manager will lead on the development and delivery of the fundraising strategy, securing five- and six-figure gifts and working towards an ambition to raise around £300,000 per year within the first two years. The role also includes oversight of regular supporter communications (including a monthly newsletter) and the use of tools such as Salesforce and Mailchimp, while keeping up to date with fundraising compliance, policy and sector trends.

To be successful, you will bring substantial experience of delivering significant fundraising targets, ideally in the arts or cultural, or social welfare sectors, and a strong track record of generating income from a mix of the income streams mentioned above.
