As the Community Partners Engagement Project Manager, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of the Neighbourhood Projects, working closely with – and line‑managing – the Community Partners Engagement Coordinator. You will share strategic oversight with the Change4Life Programme Manager and Change4Life Service Manager and play a key role in shaping high‑quality, outcome‑focused interventions that deliver positive, measurable changes for children, young people and their families. Your skills

About the role
This new role is to manage the bursary and welfare services of Marine Society. This requires an in depth understanding of seafarer’s needs and the training and certification they require to progress in their careers, both at sea and ashore. The manager will also oversee wider aspects of careers information and guidance and assisting with fundraising activity
Responsibilities
· Assess and process all bursary applications, including Slater Scholarships, Worcester, Hanway and Green Skills bursaries against clearly defined eligibility criteria
· Authorise the award of financial bursaries and approve beneficiary claims and expenses
· Maximise the use bursary funding and ensure successful outcomes for beneficiaries
· Identify new bursary funding opportunities and devise bids in collaboration with the fundraising team
· Manage the bursary and Coming Ashore programme restricted funds. Monitor and report on expenditure and activity
· Manage the operation of the Coming Ashore mentoring programme and ensure its sustainability
· Produce statistical reports and analysis pertaining to bursaries and welfare services for internal and external stakeholders.
· Put in place and maintain online and physical resources that provide seafarers with information, advice and guidance and supports maritime career development.
· To lead the annual Matrix accreditation process
· Work with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure the effective marketing of bursary and welfare provision through a range of media and ensure the website remains up to date and relevant to seafarer needs.

The Purpose of the Role
The Senior Integration Officer will provide team leadership for longer-term integration casework for refugee households—including both adults and children—resettling in Hampshire under the UK Government Resettlement Programme. This includes the Afghan Resettlement Programme (ARP), the United Kingdom Resettlement Scheme (UKRS), Community Sponsorship, and other eligible schemes. The role focuses on households in their second year onwards of engagement with the service (following completion of the initial resettlement period).
The Senior Integration Officer line manages two Integration Officers and holds a 50% capacity caseload (including complex integration cases), providing reflective supervision, case direction and oversight of safeguarding cases. The postholder will maintain oversight of case management standards, support planning and Outcomes Star use, data quality, and performance reporting in line with contractual requirements.
Key Working Relationships
This position will work closely with all staff involved in the delivery of the Hampshire Resettlement and Integration Support Service. This will include the Programme Manager (Resettlement and Integration), Senior Resettlement Officer, Integration Officers, Bilingual Integration Officer, Bilingual Resettlement Officers, Refugee Employability Caseworker, ESOL Coordinator and Senior Community and Engagement Officer.
Externally, the position will build and maintain strong working relationships with our partners, Citizens Advice Rushmoor, statutory services, commissioned providers, and voluntary and community sector partners across Hampshire. The Senior Integration Officer will represent the service at multi-agency forums, strengthening referral and escalation pathways (including for safeguarding and complex needs), and will work with partners to highlight systemic and individual barriers to independence and longer-term integration outcomes for resettled households.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support to Households (50% caseload capacity)
Hold a 50% capacity caseload, including complex or high-need integration cases, providing direct one-to-one support and modelling best practice.
Provide tailored strengths -based casework support to refugee households in years 2 onwards, supporting progression towards independence and reduced reliance on intensive services.
Where applicable, provide bilingual support and where not possible work effectively with interpreters to ensure clear, accurate and culturally appropriate communication.
Deliver and/or lead group-based integration sessions and workshops that support access to information, peer learning and opportunities related to longer-term settlement in the UK.
Lead on partnership development and maintenance (including with Citizens Advice Rushmoor and other local partners), strengthening referral and signposting pathways and coordinating access to services and resources that enable clients to meet their short- and long-term goals.
Support the completion and regular review of individual Support Plans using the Outcomes Star tool, with a focus on progression, goal-setting and exit planning.
Advocate, verbally and in written form, on behalf of clients with service providers and statutory agencies, and support escalation and problem-solving where required.
Team support and quality assurance (40%)
Line manage two Integration Officers, including setting objectives, providing regular reflective supervision, supporting wellbeing and professional development, and completing performance review processes.
Provide case management support and oversight, including reviewing Individual Support Plans/Outcomes Star use, ensuring timely case notes, and embedding strengths-based, trauma-informed practice.

OUR VISION FOR THE PARISH NURSING SERVICE
While Herefordshire is a beautiful rural county, this charm hides some serious issues. National measures of poverty tend to focus on large cities, such that the specific challenges of rural or country town life—like high housing costs, transport, difficulty accessing community healthcare provision and social isolation — can often fall under the radar.
Poverty means more than lack of money although this often sits at the heart of other manifestations. Addressing matters of health and access to health and social services can, and should, be understood as another form of poverty alleviation which can have tangible benefits for the elderly, carers and young families on low incomes. Furthermore, poverty in psycho-spiritual care and dignity, particularly related to death and dying are significant issues in our rural setting.
Recognising the needs described above, the Hereford Cathedral Almshouses Charity has embarked on a strategy committed to alleviating such poverty. In an effort to provide groundbreaking pastoral, social and practical support for our communities, the trustees, in conjunction with the Chapter of Hereford Cathedral would like to appoint a Parish Nurse. ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Parish Nurse will play a vital role in helping to achieve holistic pastoral care by supporting and building relationships with the residents of the Almshouses in Hereford and Ledbury, and being appropriately available to support the community associated with Hereford Cathedral which has a growing number of elderly people and young families.
Responsible to the Dean of Hereford and linked with Parish Nursing Ministries UK (PNMUK), the Parish Nurse is to provide nursing support to recipients, regardless of their faith position. This support will integrate spiritual, physical, psychological, emotional and social health to the residents of our Almshouses in Hereford and Ledbury, and the wider cathedral community. Supported by the Steering Group, the Parish Nurse will be accountable to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), the Chapter of Hereford Cathedral, the Hereford Cathedral Almshouses Charity, and a spiritual supervisor who will be determined in due course.

We are looking for someone to join our local, independent, carer-led charity, someone with their own personal story of caring having helped a family member, partner, or friend because they find everyday life challenging on their own due to illness, disability, mental health needs, substance misuse, or age-related conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to draw on their lived experience, alongside their professional skills and knowledge, to support and help others.
An unpaid carer is someone who regularly helps a family member, partner, or friend because they find everyday life challenging on their own due to illness, disability, mental health needs, substance misuse, or age-related. This might include helping with personal care, medication, appointments, household tasks, or offering emotional support. Unpaid carers can be adults or young people, often balancing caring alongside school, work, or family life. Caring for someone can feel like “just helping out,” but recognising this role can unlock vital advice, support, and services.
The postholder will collaborate extensively with our funding partner, South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, as well as other charity delivery partners to improve the identification of, and support for, unpaid family and friend Carers of adults with mental health needs. The work may also involve identifying children and young people in caring roles and brokering access to our Young Carers Support team.
As well as leading a small, part-time team of Carer Peer Support Workers, you will work alongside them, providing front-line, individual and group dedicated support (practical, social and clinical interventions). As well as coordinating services to assist Carers with their own wellbeing needs, you will enable Carers to provide well-informed care for their friends and family. You also will be our representative for the MH Trusts’ Triangle of Care Steering Group.
