The Centre for Progressive Change is looking for a Safe Sick Pay Campaign Director that will be part of the newly formed Executive Team. This is an exciting time to be joining the campaign, as we capitalise on our successes so far and plan for our next big policy gain - increasing the rate of Statutory Sick Pay.
This role will be in charge of the Safe Sick Pay campaign including the strategy to see an increase in the rate of Statutory Sick Pay, fundraising to implement the strategy, hiring campaign team members, supporting the team to implement the strategy, holding the key stakeholder relationships, driving the campaign, and delivering parts of the campaign where needed.
As a member of the Executive Team, they will be part of the team responsible for the strategy, structure, team, culture and finances of the organisation.

Newham Music is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead the organisation through its next phase of development. The CEO will provide overall strategic, operational and cultural leadership, working closely with the Board of Trustees and senior team to ensure that Newham Music continues to deliver excellent work, strong partnerships, sound governance and long-term organisational resilience.
This is a substantial and visible leadership role. A central part of the role will be to lead Newham Music within a multi-income model. The successful candidate will need to show confidence in managing a mixed financial ecology that includes public grant funding, earned income, fundraising, sponsorship and wider partnership investment. They will be expected not only to protect existing income but to grow and diversify it.
This is a role for a leader who can think strategically, act decisively, build strong relationships and lead with credibility across multiple settings. The right candidate will understand how to balance ambition with judgement, public purpose with financial realism, and artistic and educational values with strong organisational performance.
We recognise that relatively few candidates will have direct senior experience of both the Music Hub model and the Arts Council England NPO framework. We do not require it. What we are looking for is the curiosity and capacity to understand both frameworks quickly, the leadership experience to operate confidently within them, and the credibility to represent Newham Music effectively to ACE, DfE, schools, funders and communities.
If you have senior leadership experience in the charity, arts or publicly funded sector, within a mission-led organisation with a mixed income model and strong governance requirements, you have the foundations for this role. As the Operations and Grants Officer, you report to the Director of Finance and Operations and provide administrative support across the organisation. You will schedule meetings, manage calendars, coordinate travel, maintain software subscriptions, and support the Board of Trustees and Leadership Team. You will help plan and deliver key events, while working with external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery within budget. You will support with recruitment and onboarding processes. You will also support with grants administration, including gathering and checking due‑diligence materials, preparing approval packs, tracking deadlines, maintaining grant documentation, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of grant making systems and processes.

This exciting role will help shape the practical details of how Quakers in London (QiL) will work, managing one of the charities - London Quakers Property Trust - during its last months before it is formally merged with other Quaker charities, and helping ensure the success of QiL.

Responsibilities of our Senior Corporate Partnerships Communications Officer:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering strategic communications opportunities that magnify Cats Protection’s objectives and goals through our Corporate Partnerships.
The role will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to build innovative and impactful communication strategies and marketing plans for current and new partners, as well as generate creative ideas for prospects.
About the Research and Engagement team:
We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate.
The Research and Engagement team sits within Philanthropy and Partnerships and brings together prospect research, communications and events to ensure a coordinated, insight-led and supporter-centred approach supporting fundraisers to grow pipelines, build meaningful relationships, and maximise long-term income for Cats Protection.
What we are looking for in our Senior Corporate Partnerships Communications Officer:
Significant corporate partnership account management experience with particular expertise in the creation and delivery of partner marketing communications
Extensive experience of developing strong relationships with supporters/ clients/colleagues
Experience of developing bespoke propositions/presentations/proposals
Experience of working with marketing teams to develop marcomms campaigns
Significant charity experience

We are seeking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer who is passionate about this mission and who can provide the leadership that will drive us forward in our work to be a Missionary Diocese.
The Chief Operating Officer provides strategic and operational leadership across the Archdiocese. You will hold responsibility for ensuring that Archdiocesan operations support the mission of the Church, are financially sustainable, and are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in safeguarding and enhancing the Archdiocese’s Mission and the supporting physical estate for current and future generations.

The successful candidates will bring significant experience within fundraising, advancement or related strategic leadership roles, alongside the judgement, credibility and intellectual flexibility to operate effectively across a wide range of client contexts. You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted partnerships that lead naturally to meaningful work and long-term impact. You will combine strategic insight with a practical, grounded approach, communicating complex ideas with clarity and confidence while remaining collaborative, curious and values-led in the way you work. Above all, you will be motivated by the opportunity to help ambitious organisations achieve meaningful change, while contributing actively to a purpose-driven, employee-owned firm committed to advancing great ambitions.
This role is available full-time, but we welcome applications from those who would prefer to work part-time – at a minimum of 0.6FTE based on the requirements of the role. Our most senior Consulting Partners are currently paid from £100k to £125k, dependent on experience and potential for high performance.
