About the role:
The importance of this role is key as we rebalance our investment into digital channels to acquire new supporters. The person in this role needs to demonstrate hands-on digital expertise, measurable fundraising impact, strong analytical and project management skills, and compliance awareness. The predominant focus of the role will be investment in and growth of acquisition via digital channels but will also include acquisition via connected and addressable TV, and some offline channels – particularly to support acquisition in an emergency. This role focuses on planning, delivering, and evaluating fundraising activities (primarily, but not limited, to digital) that inspire donors, acquire new supporters, and maximise lifetime value.

Confident using CRM systems, fundraising platforms and analytics tools, you can translate performance data into actionable insights that improve results and maximise ROI. You are highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and compliance with GDPR and data protection best practice. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, you enjoy working across teams to deliver integrated campaigns and are always looking for opportunities to test, learn and innovate. Experience with website management, conversion optimisation, marketing automation, or mentoring colleagues would be an advantage, but above all, you are motivated by using your digital expertise to build stronger supporter relationships and deliver meaningful impact.
