Age UK Westminster is seeking a Digital Inclusion Lead Coordinator to work with the Wellbeing Services Manager on the delivery of its Digital Inclusion service, supporting older people and those experiencing social isolation to develop the confidence, skills and access needed to participate fully in the digital world. The service supports vulnerable older adults, including people living with dementia, through one-to-one coaching, group sessions, equipment loans, and community-based support.
The postholder will work closely with team colleagues, coordinating service delivery across Westminster, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for clients, while overseeing volunteers who contribute to the project. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, external partners, and commissioners to ensure the service achieves its outcomes and demonstrates impact through effective monitoring and reporting.
Main Responsibilities
As a Digital Inclusion Coordinator, your role will be to:
• Manage a caseload of clients, including people living with dementia and complex needs.
• Deliver one-to-one digital coaching and support.
• Facilitate digital inclusion group sessions.
• Provide device setup, troubleshooting and digital skills training.
• Coordinate referrals to internal and external services.
• Recruit, induct, train, support and supervise volunteers contributing to the project.
• Coordinate volunteer assignments and monitor volunteer performance and wellbeing.

Service Delivery

Volunteer Coordination
· Recruit, induct, train, support and supervise volunteers involved in the Digital Inclusion project.
· Coordinate volunteer assignments and ensure effective matching of volunteers with clients and activities.
· Monitor volunteer performance and wellbeing, providing regular guidance, supervision and development opportunities.
· Ensure volunteers comply with organisational policies, safeguarding requirements, confidentiality standards and service procedures.
· Promote volunteer engagement and recognise volunteer contributions to the success of the project.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
· Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions, volunteer activity, outputs and outcomes on organisational databases.
· Monitor service performance against agreed targets and key performance indicators.
· Produce comprehensive quarterly monitoring and impact reports for commissioners and internal management purposes, highlighting achievements, outcomes, challenges, case studies and recommendations.
· Gather and analyse service-user feedback and outcome data to demonstrate service effectiveness and inform service improvements.

Partnership Working

POST OUTLINE
This is an impactful role working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Volunteer Manager is responsible for implementing a sustainable volunteer strategy, onboarding journey and programme across the charity. This varied role oversees the promotion of volunteering, internal and external relationship building, all stages of volunteer recruitment, HR checks and onboarding and the coordination of an effective volunteer mandatory training programme. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire a positive culture of volunteering within the organisation.
- Implement the Charities Volunteer Strategy and continually develop the volunteer onboarding journey and programme.
- Liaise with departments to establish volunteer support requirements and create volunteer role descriptions.
- Continually review the recruitment plan and pipeline, analysing existing data to understand patterns, ensuring volunteer diversity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual Giving

Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of individual giving efforts. Manage campaign setup, timelines, assets, and donor experience.

What the job involves
As Product and Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver technology that supports Prostate Cancer UK’s mission. You'll be responsible for shaping the direction of our internal products and systems, making sure they continue to meet the needs of colleagues across the organisation and provide long-term value. What we want from you
We're looking for someone with experience of managing digital products, technology delivery, or related projects, who can confidently balance day-to-day delivery with longer-term planning. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities and helping teams deliver valuable outcomes. Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly within the charity sector, would be an advantage.
You'll have a strong understanding of how technology products and services are developed and delivered, including experience of Agile ways of working and the software development lifecycle. You'll be able to work effectively with technical specialists, understanding the opportunities and constraints involved in developing, integrating and supporting systems, while helping non-technical colleagues make informed judgements.
Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including external suppliers and partners, will help you succeed in this role.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. We expect the three Programme Officers to work together closely to ensure consistency of delivery across our work, to share learning and to develop a community of practice.
You will work closely with the Directors responsible for each programme, alongside our Events and Operations Officers, who work across all programmes, to ensure our programmes are planned and delivered to a high standard.
The role of the Programme Officer has three core areas of responsibility:
1. Programme Planning and Project Management

Coordinate regular, high-quality programmatic communications (e.g. programme blasts or event invites) to keep participants informed and engaged throughout the year. You may author these, or work with others to ensure they are circulated in a timely manner.

About You
You are an organised and digitally aware communications professional. You can take complex subjects and communicate about them in simple and effective ways that speak to specific audiences. You understand the importance of reporting on website and social media performance to understand USPG’s audience and to adjust and improve. You are comfortable working in a small and creative team and are confident speaking to the wider organisation. You can juggle numerous projects and deadlines at one time.
You will demonstrate considerable cross-cultural awareness and an ability to communicate in a way that is sensitive and appropriate. You demonstrate an aptitude for collaborative teamwork and the ability to work independently on your initiative. It is expected that the postholder will be inspired by the work of USPG and in agreement with its Christian ethos and that they will be comfortable writing in a way which reflects this.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated fundraiser who loves great storytelling, values brilliant supporter experiences and wants their work to have a clear, visible impact every single day.
In this role, you’ll primarily shape and deliver engaging Individual Giving campaigns across print and digital channels, using insight and creativity to strengthen retention, increase engagement and grow income. You’ll also support community fundraising and stewardship activity, including writing segmented email copy that helps supporters feel valued, informed and inspired to stay connected. Working across these areas, you’ll help build repeated donor interactions and ensure excellent stewardship drives both income and loyalty.
This role offers a Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days minimum onsite (Offices in London, Manchester & North East); hence, applicants in different UK locations are encouraged to apply.

You’ll bring experience of how to manage and deliver fundraising marketing campaigns that strengthen supporter engagement, retention and income. You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing your own time and projects across competing priorities, and motivated by improving performance through thoughtful planning, strong execution and close attention to detail. You’ll know how to create compelling supporter journeys, including segmented email communications, and you’ll understand how excellent stewardship builds repeat donor interactions, deeper commitment and long-term loyalty. Above all, you’ll be proactive, collaborative and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a charity that is values-led, ambitious and committed to helping people realise their potential, including your own.

Essential skills and experience
· Solid experience delivering Individual Giving fundraising activity, with a strong understanding of how supporters engage across email, print and digital channels
· Experience creating compelling supporter communications, including segmented email copy
· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and projects effectively across multiple priorities
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into action
· Experience working with a CRM system such as Raiser’s Edge/NXT or similar
· Experience using bulk email software
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Proven ability to work towards targets in a results-driven environment
Desirable skills and experience
· Experience of community fundraising or supporter stewardship activity
· Experience of briefing and managing external suppliers
· Experience of Social media engagement

Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. Appalled by the scenes playing out across the capital, a group of people came together to tackle the challenge head on. Led by Cardinal Basil Hume and Mark McGreevy OBE, in 1989 Depaul UK was born.
What began as a single housing project in North London soon expanded across London, Greater Manchester and the North East of England. Today, Depaul UK provides accommodation, prevention and support services to thousands of marginalised young people across the UK each year.
