About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced insight professional to join the Data & Insight Team, who will lead on our insight work, delivered through meaningful data analysis, reporting and research activities.
This is a hands-on technical role, so we’re looking for someone with significant experience building and maintaining datasets, using analytical tools and modern data platforms, and can deliver meaningful analysis in a charity context. Purpose of the role:
The Business Development Consultant will be central to increasing the number and quality of businesses working with Unseen to tackle modern slavery. The role involves representing Unseen at events, leading pitches and presentations, developing compelling proposals, and supporting contract negotiations to secure new business and meet revenue targets. This includes warm-calling prospective partners and leading on email outreach campaigns to build a strong, well-qualified pipeline. Success in this role will depend on the individual being highly proactive in uncovering, creating, and driving new opportunities forward.
We are looking for the successful person to ideally commence this role from beginning October 2026.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a globally respected charity at an exciting point in its evolution, taking ownership of core finance operations whilst helping strengthen the financial foundations of an organisation that empowers millions of young people across the world.
Joining during a period of positive organisational change, the Finance Manager will play a key role in a finance function that is evolving beyond traditional reporting to provide greater insight and support across the organisation and its global network of Award Operators. Working closely with the Head of Finance and Business Information, you'll have genuine ownership of the month-end process, lead a small finance team and drive continuous improvements, while also having opportunities to contribute to wider organisational initiatives that directly support young people around the world.
