As our People & Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of efficient and accurate HR and benefits administration. You will ensure that employee records, systems, and processes are maintained to a high standard, working with the team and other colleagues to deliver a positive employee experience.
You will have administrative experience and knowledge of HR systems or other similar systems. You will possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience of working in a Human Resources or similar role would be an advantage.
This role offers a mix of office-based and home working, with two days per week in the office and the remainder worked remotely, the office is close to King Cross and Euston stations. The URC offers a generous pension contribution, annual leave of 31 days per year plus bank holidays and development opportunities.

The Billing Coordinator (Legal Aid) is a collaborative role and part of the Billing Project, an initiative by the London Legal Support Trust (LLST) aimed at providing specialist support to the free advice sector in London.
Key purpose of the Billing Coordinator is to:
- Develop systems that ensure the smooth and efficient billing of legal aid for LRMN, Barking and Dagenham Citizens Advice and Cardinal Hume Centre.
- Provide a crucial coordination role within the organisations, supporting lawyers in ensuring files are billed promptly and accurately while maximising income from legal aid.
The Billing Coordinator will be employed by LRMN and work across three host organisations. You will collaborate with other coordinators in the sector, some of whom have participated in previous pilot projects. Peer-to-peer support will be available to the postholder, and specialist training will be provided to anyone looking to grow within the role.
Candidates must have strong IT and organisational skills with experience of working within a legal aid practice.
