Over the past year, we have undertaken significant learning, consultation and development work with women with lived experience, staff and external specialist support. The foundations are in place; this role will help us build on them and turn that learning into sustainable practice.
Working closely with women with lived experience, colleagues across Beyond the Streets and our Senior Leadership Team, you will help create meaningful, safe and flexible opportunities for women to influence our services, research, training, policy, communications and organisational decision-making.
