Earthwatch is recruiting a temporary Project Manager for twelve months within our Programmes team. This role requires a driven and well-organised individual to plan and deliver projects with a focus on urban nature, early career scientist engagement and community engagement activities.
You will be the central point of contact for multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will ideally have experience in working with local authorities, corporates, communities and/or schools. You will be required to travel to project sites across the UK to support with delivery of community and school events. You will be effective at planning and working to agreed / developing processes to deliver results, demonstrating collaborative working across different partners, internal teams and functions. You are able to set and communicate priorities effectively and deliver project objectives to time and budget.

About this role
We are looking for an ambitious, thoughtful, and relationship-focused Account Manager to become Unifrog’s Specialist Provision expert within the Account Management team.
You will own a national portfolio of specialist provision partners, including:
Special schools
SEND schools and colleges
Pupil Referral Units (PRUs)

What you’ll do
You will take ownership of specialist provision partnerships following onboarding, leading renewals, long-term engagement, and helping partners maximise the value of Unifrog.
Help specialist provision partners succeed
Deliver ongoing training and support to school leaders and staff, helping partners to develop their use of Unifrog over time.
Help partners embed Unifrog effectively with students across different needs and learning profiles.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner schools and trusts.
Increase engagement, usage, and measurable impact across the portfolio.
Own renewals and retention across the specialist provision portfolio.
Demonstrate value and impact to support strong long-term partnership outcomes.
Identify barriers to engagement and proactively develop solutions.
Work collaboratively with Area Managers to ensure smooth handovers into long-term partnership management.
Build Unifrog’s specialist provision strategy
Gather insights from specialist provision partners and identify opportunities to improve how Unifrog supports these settings throughout the partner journey, using your findings to shape onboarding approaches, training, messaging, and best practice guidance.
Identify how specialist provisions can benefit from wider Unifrog developments, including primary resources and future tools.
Act as the voice of specialist provision within Unifrog, championing the needs of these partners and working with Product, Marketing, Content, and other teams to ensure they are reflected in future developments.
Become a trusted internal expert on the specialist provision landscape.

Part-funded by a generous donation from Backstage Trust, this is a new and pivotal role designed to transform Theatre Centre's fundraising capacity by strengthening systems, increasing income diversity, and building long-term financial resilience. The postholder will play a key role in helping the organisation capitalise on its artistic impact and case for support, while building momentum towards its 75th anniversary in 2028.

Develop, optimise, and design compelling email journeys for our key services using our digital toolkit, including Ticket Tailor and EcoSend. Supervise our Communications freelancer (1 day per week) providing supportive oversight for social media content.
Individual Giving & Campaigns: Develop communications showcasing our real-world impact through collaborative storytelling to increase our visibility and strengthen audience engagement. Help grow our base of regular individual supporters to increase our unrestricted income. With the Fundraising Manager's support, you will lead digital individual giving campaigns, including the Big Give, to grow our regular supporter base and boost unrestricted income.
Climate Connect Platform Growth: Expand our digital organising platform into a sustainable paid service for partners, creating a long-term income stream. Design campaigns to increase platform uptake, engage with organisations and communities to actively use Climate Connect, ensuring a smooth user journey. Help gather impact case studies for future grant funding, and liaise with external developers to coordinate platform updates and improvements.

Plan your campaigns and activity effectively supporting the Retention Officers in this area. Ensure that your plans are clearly communicated across fundraising and to other key stakeholders as needed to make sure they are aware of and signed up to interdependence's and delivery dates.
With the support of your manager, drive your own personal development to perform, develop, learn and grow.
With the other manager and officers, deliver the agreed suite of journeys and campaigns aiming at targets and campaign objectives as agreed and defined by your Senior Manager
Ensure all journeys and campaigns are effectively planned following campaign management processes with agreed timelines, sign off, data selection, response handling and all other standard agreed processes.
The Candidate:
Demonstrable experience of delivering effective supporter journeys and campaigns within a mass fundraising or marketing environment.
Experience working in a large, complex organisation with multimillion pound income and expenditure budgets.
Proven experience managing multiple pieces of work concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience working with stakeholders at all levels, to ensure your projects achieve desired outcomes.
Proven experience of project managing mass communication campaigns and best practice working with agencies.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Secure high-profile support for the organisation by identifying, engaging, cultivating, and maintaining strong relationships with athletes, celebrities, content creators, and other public figures
Coordinate celebrity and influencer-led projects, including undertaking research, writing letters and scripts, and organising events, photo shoots, and audio and video projects
Develop creative concepts and talent-driven activations that engage audiences and advance PETA’s campaigns
Partner with content creators to produce content aligned with PETA’s campaigns
Collaborate with campaigns, media, and social media teams to maximise opportunities involving celebrity supporters
