We are seeking two diligent cleaners to clean our offices, toilets, kitchen/break rooms, residential and all general areas in our premises at Clapham Junction.
The hours of work are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 4:00am to 8:00am.
As well as having proven experience of cleaning in an office or industrial environment, you will be familiar with Health and Safety procedures relating to cleaning, including COSHH regulations and manual handling. Basic literacy and computer skills are essential in this cleaner role, to complete timesheets, report maintenance and similar communications.
Successful applicants for the Cleaner post will be required to wear personal protective equipment as supplied and to undertake a DBS check.

- Starting salary: £31,639 p.a. rising to £33,334 p.a. pro rata in annual increments (equivalent to £17.95 per hour)

Dementia UK’s Mass Participation team is growing! We are looking for a Challenge Events Assistant to join us for an 8-month fixed term contract to support the delivery of additional own place runners as a result of the 2027 Double TCS London Marathon.
Working closely with our Challenge Events Executives and Assistants, you will primarily support the day-to-day delivery of our London Marathon activity. You’ll be a key point of contact for supporters, communicating regularly by phone, email and SMS, providing excellent stewardship and helping with the administration and logistics of the 2027 Double TCS London Marathon. You’ll also support with activity across the wider Challenge Events program.
Whilst the Mass Participation team come to our head office in Aldgate, London twice a week, we have flexible working arrangements for this role, so you can choose to be remote or hybrid. Some flexibility will be needed to travel to the office nearer the time of the 2027 London Marathon and to attend the event to support event logistics.

What’s the job?
The Trading Support Assistant role is a full time, permanent post within the Trading Support Department. Your purpose will be to provide administrative support to the central billing team, working across several different teams, and getting relevant information from suppliers where required. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the trading support team and review product lines, inputting and checking information across multiple systems. As a Mental Health Support Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth process for people contacting Hertfordshire Mind Network (HMN) from initial contact to service provision and provide advice, information and emotional support to service users.
About Us
Hertfordshire Mind Network is the largest charitable provider of mental health services in Hertfordshire, in terms of the number of people supported and range of services offered. We have a presence in all of the county's 10 districts, with established Wellbeing Centres across the county. Our services are available to all residents in Hertfordshire over the age of 18, and we offer dedicated services and outreach for 5-18-year-olds. - To be the first point of contact and provide advice and information to HMN callers via telephone, email and in person
- To provide emotional support to people contacting HMN by telephone or in person who are experiencing emotional distress and to ensure smooth referrals into the Daylight service for clients who are in crisis and require short-term crisis resolution

- To complete an initial assessment of Service Users’ needs, presenting issues and risks, making onward referrals to statutory and other voluntary support agencies as appropriate for people to access specialist support
- An understanding of how to deal with people who have experienced trauma.
- Inputting all client based work onto the CMS; maintaining accurate and up to date case files and reporting.
- To facilitate the successful running of ICCM’s health and well being activities as required.
- To promote the wider work of ICCM, facilitating pathways to support where needed.
- To be aware of and maintain best practice in safeguarding.
- To commit to continuous professional development and keep up to date with best practise in the sector.
- To attend relevant training, conferences and seminars locally, regionally and nationally as directed by line manager.
- To participate and engage in supervision and appraisal provided by the manager
- To work as an accountable member of the staff team, working within the charity’s policies and procedures
- It is the nature of the work at ICCM that tasks and responsibilities are in many circumstances unpredictable and varied. All staff are therefore expected to work in a flexible way, when the occasion arises, when tasks not specifically covered in their job have to be undertaken.

Reporting to the Director of Ministry and People, the Head of People will lead the delivery of an inclusive People and HR service that supports the Diocese in fulfilling its mission through effective people practices.
Working closely with the Head of Vocations and Formation, the Head of People will provide professional leadership across employment, organisational development and workforce support for diocesan employees, while ensuring effective and appropriate advice and support is given to clergy, volunteers and parishes, recognising the differing legal, canonical and governance arrangements that apply across each setting.
Working collaboratively with ministry colleagues, Bishops and Archdeacons as well as senior leaders within the Diocesan Board of Finance, the successful candiate will strongly contribute to the wellbeing, development and effectiveness of all those who serve the Diocese of Salisbury.
You will be someone who:
- Has significant experience in a senior HR or People Management role.
- Is confident working as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Has a thorough knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice.
- Has experience managing complex ER matters and can support workforce planning.
- Has the ability to align with and support the mission, ministry and values of the Church of England.
