About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable individual with a background in welfare delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, analytically minded, and an effective communicator. As a Welfare Navigator, you will be on the front line of the organisation, providing essential support to beneficiaries through our helpline, email, and web chat services. You will advise members of the RAF family on the financial assistance and support services available through the RAF Benevolent Fund, guiding them on how to access these resources when needed.
The successful candidate will be proactive, with experience of working with people in a supportive capacity. They must be able to engage sensitively and professionally with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. A solid level of administrative experience is essential, ideally gained within a welfare or support-focused environment, along with confidence in using CRM IT systems.
The role will be office based at our London HQ, with a minimum of three days working in the office per week.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
This role provides specialist interventions to women living in refuge with multiple needs who have experienced domestic abuse and/or sexual violence. Holding a caseload across a number of refuges providing emotional and practical support and advocacy to the women accessing the refuge.
You will build strong partnerships with a range of statutory and community organisations, including mental health services, substance misuse teams, housing providers, healthcare professionals and voluntary agencies, to ensure women can access the support they need to recover and thrive. You will lead wellbeing-focused activities across refuge services, facilitate group programmes and community meetings, and support women to engage with services, appointments and opportunities that promote confidence, independence and social inclusion.
Using Hestia's trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach, you will provide personalised assessments, safety planning and strengths-based support for women with complex needs. You will deliver crisis interventions, support women to access therapeutic, financial and housing-related support, and help them develop move-on goals that enable long-term recovery and independence. You will maintain accurate case records, uphold confidentiality and GDPR requirements, and work closely with refuge teams to share knowledge and build confidence in supporting women with multiple support needs.

We are seeking a part-time Regional Officer for Safeguarding (ROS) to join our Connexional Safeguarding Team. In this role, you will take the lead on safeguarding matters within your designated area, providing expert advice, guidance, and oversight to ensure compliance with safeguarding policy, procedures, and relevant legislation.
You will manage safeguarding casework, undertake and support risk assessments (including those relating to DBS concerns), contribute to the delivery of safeguarding training, and advise churches and circuits on best practice. Working collaboratively with Regional Safeguarding Officers, District Chairs, and District Safeguarding Groups, you will help promote and strengthen effective safeguarding practice across the region.

This role sits within South East Regional Team, supporting adjoining areas across the London and South East Districts. The role will include coverage of Staines, Thames Valley, Teddington and Croydon, amongst others and requires travelling.

The opportunity
Working closely with the Director of Development, you'll lead the Major Gifts team, driving strategy and personally securing significant support from high-net-worth individuals. You'll develop and grow a portfolio of major, principal and transformational donors, creating compelling opportunities for investment that enable artists to take creative risks, new work to be commissioned and audiences around the world to experience extraordinary dance.
Alongside leading fundraising activity, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of philanthropy at Sadler's Wells, collaborating across the organisation, working alongside senior leadership, Trustees and influential supporters whilst helping build an ambitious culture of philanthropy.
We're looking for someone who:
Experience of international philanthropy, US fundraising or legacy giving would be welcomed but isn't essential.
