As part of the Creative team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to create excellent visual communications that support our core objectives of inspiring action and driving positive change for men. Working alongside a diverse and talented group of people, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to develop impactful branded content across digital and print that motivates our audiences to act.

We’re a busy, friendly team working in partnership with others to ensure our brand remains relevant, bold and innovative. In this varied and dynamic role, you’ll deliver high-quality in-house design across a wide range of projects, from digital campaigns and printed materials to packaging, merchandise and more. You’ll help shape briefs, build shared understanding of creative requirements and act as a Design Lead on key products, working closely with product owners and teams from concept through to delivery, with support from a Senior Designer.

You’ll develop fresh, engaging concepts that stay true to our brand, manage your workload and priorities, and deliver high‑quality creative both solo and as part of a team. You’ll provide creative guidance to colleagues and partners, help maintain a consistent visual identity, and build strong working relationships with external suppliers.

What we want from you

You’ll be an established Designer with demonstrable experience in the design industry and a strong portfolio that shows your ability to deliver high-quality print and digital work from concept through to completion. You’ll have relevant academic or professional qualifications, or equivalent practical experience, and a solid understanding of brand management and visual identity.

You’ll be comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, with extensive and up‑to‑date experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and some experience using Animate and After Effects or basic motion graphics skills. With the variety of projects we handle, you’ll be comfortable planning and prioritising your workload and meeting tight deadlines without losing sight of detail or quality.

You’ll bring enthusiasm, flexibility and a collaborative mindset, enjoying problem-solving and working with others to achieve shared goals. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll need to present ideas clearly, build trusted working relationships across teams and confidently brief and manage external agencies or suppliers. Experience advising on brand application will be a real advantage, as will a genuine passion for using creative work to make a positive difference.

How and where we work

Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.

Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

The project:

We provide one-to-one advocacy and specialist work including workshops and group activities delivered by Advance in partnership with voluntary organisations. This role plays a critical part in coordinating the group offering for women accessing our services, as well as providing administration support across the region.

In short you will:

• Be the first point of contact for clients coming to the Women’s Centre; offering a warm welcome and trauma informed approach

• Ensure the client waiting area is kept tidy with up-to-date information/leaflets and supplies of refreshments

• Facilitate direct group delivery and events at the Women’s Centre and regional venues

• Hold responsibility for the Minerva telephone number and email account in your region

• Assist in researching additional resources and events for service users; both within the Centre and across the region

• Contribute to creating and lead on updating the local Services Directory with details of local organisations, key contacts and details of services on offer, including eligibility criteria

• Assist the Service Manager in managing the smooth running of the Women’s Centre in your region, including managing the group workshops timetable, arranging meetings and booking external venues for client groups or training events

The London Diocesan Fund (LDF) is seeking an Area Giving and Finance Adviser (Stepney) to play a key role within the Area Finance team, based at Causton Street.

Job Summary

The purpose of the Area Giving and Finance Adviser role is to provide comprehensive finance support to churches within the Stepney Area, aiding them in the development of their ministries, manage Common Fund giving and to support the Area Bishop’s staff team in the management of resources including monitoring clergy post numbers, curate funding, and other financial matters. As part of a small team of Area Giving and Finance Advisers, the role involves offering training, resources, and advice on parish financial management and administration, and advice on various giving methods, including online and contactless options. Additionally, the role entails promoting generous giving through training initiatives, facilitating the award of grants and loans to churches from Area funds, and fostering effective communication and relationship-building between the Area team, Finance team, and parish officers.

Job responsibilities

Financial support 

• Enable churches to develop their respective ministries, manage their finances effectively, and meet their statutory responsibilities. 
• Provide finance and other appropriate training, support, resources and advice to the clergy, PCCs and parish officers. 
• Assist the Bishop, Archdeacons and Area Deans in managing Common Fund giving by the churches in the Area. 
• Facilitate and monitor the award of grants and loans to churches from Area funds. 
• Support the Area Bishop’s staff team and Area Council in monitoring the use of Area resources, including post numbers, curate funding and other matters. 

Giving 

• Supporting parishes to encourage a culture of generosity and giving.
• Promote generous giving through training, preaching and providing resources to clergy and parish officers. 
• Support the introduction of different methods of giving, including online, contactless, and Parish Giving Scheme. 

Relationship management

Support Services Officer – Rebuilding Futures Fund

Are you a motivated, forward-thinking person with the ability to provide high quality administrative support?

We are looking for a Support Services Officer to work alongside our nurse team to provide administrative support, with a particular focus on managing financial assistance delivered through the Rebuilding Futures Fund.

As a centre of expertise for after-care and support, we have established a successful Rebuilding Futures Fund (RFF), providing financial, practical and emotional support to people of all ages affected by meningitis across the UK.

About the Job

This role includes a wide range of administrative tasks – working with financial systems, maintaining accurate database records, coordinating the ordering of goods and services, and liaising with a variety of stakeholders. You will also communicate directly with individuals and families who have been impacted by meningitis. We are looking for someone who is organised, detail oriented, flexible, and able to demonstrate empathy and compassion for those we support.

Administration:

• Act as the primary point of contact for RFF-related work, both internally and externally, liaising with the nurse team regarding decisions and agreed actions.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Information and Support Team across all areas of service delivery.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the RFF, including creating and refining processes and procedures.
• Process all RFF applications, including conducting initial assessments.
• Coordinate the ongoing distribution and monitoring of financial awards.
• Support the marketing and promotion of the RFF, including maintaining website content and developing case studies.
• Prepare financial and activity reports in advance of monthly RFF panel meetings.

Welsh Language Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Welsh language Coordinator to support early years, childcare and play work practitioners with Welsh language skills.  

Position: Welsh Language Coordinator

The Role

As Welsh Language Coordinator you will support early years, childcare and play work practitioners with Welsh language skills. Targets are agreed annually between the Welsh Government and charity partners. You will co-ordinate the charity’s Welsh language project, encourage Members to embark onto the online self-learning course, and provide ongoing support to practitioners on increasing their use of the Welsh language.

Main duties include supporting the wider organisation and our UK and international customers through:

• To establish and manage robust procedures and systems to support the co- ordination, delivery and monitoring of the Welsh Language project
• Identify settings and recruitment of practitioners for the delivery of training courses
• Promote the development of Welsh language skills by providing information on the online self-learning course, encouraging practitioners to sign up for the training
• Provide support to practitioners to ensure learning from the training is implemented in the workplace
• Development of resources to ensure training influences practice
• Delivery of live interaction sessions with practitioners and other partners
• Collection of data, monitoring and tracking the progress of participants
• Provide regular written reports identifying progress against targets
• Systematically gather and record sector intelligence and research
• Carry out visits within member settings in North Wales to identify settings which may want to transition to Bilingual or Welsh medium status.

About You

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:

• Effective communication skills - fluent in both English and Welsh

Young Scot is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial and delivery-focused leader to help shape and drive a step-change in how we generate income and build partnerships. 

This is a pivotal role at a defining moment for the organisation with the recent appointment of a new CEO, as well launching a new organisational strategic vision. About the role:

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up and see the direct impact of your work on people experiencing homelessness across London. As our first Philanthropy and Major Gifts Officer, you will work closely with the Assistant Director of Fundraising to bring our new strategy to life, shaping how we engage major donors and grow a powerful community of supporters who are motivated to stand alongside Single Homeless Project (SHP) and our clients. Every relationship you build and every gift you secure will help create real opportunities for our clients to move away from homelessness and towards safety, stability and independence.

We are looking to appoint a full-time Trust and Foundations Fundraising Lead (35 hours per week) to lead and develop Rainbow Trust’s trusts and foundations fundraising programme. We’re looking for a Training Project Lead to join our team on a 4-month contract. You’ll be leading on a project to improve our volunteer training programme, with a focus on supporting survivors of domestic abuse and incorporating a trauma-informed approach throughout the training package. 

The role

The Training Project Lead will be based in the service department, and you’ll be supported by the Head of Service Delivery. 

We’re open to applications from training professionals who are able to work remotely, and undertake some travel to our offices across England and Wales.

Training & Commercial Manager (Maternity Cover – 9 Months)

The Role

The Royal Statistical Society (RSS) is an internationally respected professional body with over 12,000 members, dedicated to advancing the use of statistics and data for the public good. Our commitment to training and professional development is central to our mission, helping individuals and organisations put data at the heart of understanding and decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced Training & Commercial Manager to oversee the operation, promotion and delivery of the Society’s flagship training and commercial activities during a maternity cover period.

You will lead the management of our entire training portfolio, ensuring high‑quality course delivery, coordinating and supporting trainers, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will ensure RSS training reflects current market demand, is well planned, financially robust and positioned for sustainable growth. Alongside training, you will oversee the Society’s smaller advertising income streams, including Significance magazine and the RSS jobs board, ensuring effective administration, customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

On a day‑to‑day basis, you will manage the full operational delivery of the training programme – coordinating logistics, maintaining clear communications with trainers and delegates, responding to enquiries, and overseeing the Moodle learning platform. You will manage key financial processes including invoicing, budgeting and reporting, and act as the central point of contact during live course delivery to ensure smooth and professional execution.

Finally, working closely with colleagues from across the organisation, you will develop effective marketing campaigns to promote training and commercial activity, drive bookings and achieve financial targets. You will also contribute to cross‑organisational projects, including the RSS website redevelopment, ensuring training and commercial activity is effectively integrated across the new site.

Your main responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of RSS training – planning, scheduling, coordinating and supporting every course.
• Liaise directly with trainers and clients to build relationships and deliver a polished, professional experience across virtual and in‑person formats.
• Implement engaging marketing campaigns to drive bookings, raise awareness and achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate financial records and processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Deliver continuous improvements across operational systems, including the RSS Moodle platform.
• Manage RSS advertising products, ensuring smooth customer journeys and successful promotional campaign delivery.
• Play a key role in the RSS website redevelopment, shaping how training and commercial activity appear and function online.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide insights and reporting to support business decisions and drive income growth.

Who are we looking for

• Previous experience managing a successful training or events business.
• A strong commercial focus with experience of working in revenue‑generating environments.
• Ability to engage across multiple stakeholders with strong relationship management and customer service skills
• Able to drive day to day logistics and ensure smooth, effective business operations.
• Experience of delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent prioritisation skills with an ability to juggle competing deadlines and activities.
• Comfort with CRM systems, financial processes and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, collaborative and solutions‑driven approach.

Contract Terms

• Competitive salary: £37,897 pro rata.
•  9-month maternity cover.
• 35 hours per week (flexible working available).
• Hybrid working with minimum two in‑office days (London office).
• 25 days’ annual leave pro rata + bank holidays + Christmas closure.
• Pension with up to 10% employer contribution.
• Occasional UK travel.
