What you’ll do: 

• Produce high-quality creative design across print and digital channels, including publications, reports, campaigns, presentations, social media, web and email, events and promotional materials.

• Support the Brand team in protecting, developing and strengthening the RCR brand and visual identity.
• Provide practical design and brand guidance to colleagues, helping ensure consistent and effective application of our brand across the organisation.

• Manage artwork and print production when required, working with external suppliers to ensure quality, value for money and timely delivery.

What you’ll need: 

• Experience working within an in-house brand, marketing or communications team or creative agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across print and digital media.
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong creative thinking and an excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytelling.

Finance Officer (Income)

Are you an experienced Finance Officer with strong income reconciliation skills and experience working with CRM or membership systems?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional membership organisation for a Finance Officer to join their collaborative finance team during an exciting period of systems transformation. The Role

This position is predominantly focused on income accounting (70%), with a smaller purchase ledger/accounts payable element (30%).
Working closely with the Finance Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume income transactions, reconciling data across finance and CRM systems, investigating anomalies and supporting the organisation through a major CRM migration project. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who is confident working independently, interrogating data, investigating discrepancies and identifying practical solutions.

We're now looking for an exceptional Patient Empowerment Coordinator to lead the delivery of our exciting new Empowering Choices programme, funded by Macmillan Cancer Support.

This innovative project has been designed alongside people affected by brain tumours to ensure nobody faces their diagnosis alone. You'll help people in Yorkshire feel informed, confident and empowered throughout their journey by providing practical support, developing new resources, strengthening partnerships with NHS teams and creating opportunities for people to learn from others with lived experience.

About Woman's Trust

The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. About the role

The Head of Fundraising and Development role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape Woman’s Trust’s income strategy, develop new partnerships and play a central role in the organisation’s next phase of growth.

We are seeking an established income-generation leader who combines strategic and commercial judgement with a willingness to remain hands-on. The successful candidate will have a strong record of securing significant income, identifying new opportunities and building effective relationships with funders, commissioners and partners. They will also be a constructive and positive senior colleague: someone who works collaboratively, communicates clearly, takes ownership and contributes actively to the success of the wider organisation.

The role will oversee the development and implementation of the fundraising strategy and funding pipeline. Additionally, it will ensure the maintenance and growth of excellent relationships with both existing and prospective funders, including the stewardship of grants and timely reporting. Responsibilities will also include reviewing, updating, and developing service budgets, as well as overseeing or coordinating the submission of high-quality bids, funding approaches, and events.

As a member of the senior leadership team, this post will work cross-departmentally and will contribute to the overall strategy of Woman’s Trust, working closely with the CEO and the Board of Trustees. • Process donations and maintain accurate supporter records using databases (e.g. Raiser’s Edge)
• Support donor communications, reporting and stewardship activity
• Assist with general fundraising administration and team support

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• A clear and confident communicator, able to respond sensitively to supporters
• Proactive and positive, with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable using systems and handling information (training provided)
• Motivated to build a career in fundraising

Central London | £32,721 per Annum | Full-time (35 hours per week) | 1 YR Fix Term Contract
