About the Role

You will build strong relationships within the education sector, delivering engaging fundraising activities, talks, assemblies, and campaigns that inspire young people to support LNAA’s lifesaving work.

The role includes developing education‑focused fundraising initiatives, supporting major charity campaigns, and helping to create sustainable income streams through education and youth group fundraising. Working closely with fundraising, marketing, and clinical teams, you’ll help create compelling cases for support, identify new opportunities within the education sector, and ensure all activity is delivered to high safeguarding and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with schools or young people, strong communication skills, and a creative, organised approach to fundraising.

About the role
 
This role builds on work that we have been doing for decades to support and empower LGBT people who have experienced domestic abuse. Your work will enable LGBT people to feel supported, heard and empowered in the face of abuse and violence, and pave the way to a safer future for our community.
 
You will sit alongside our other advocates supporting LGBT people facing abuse or violence. You will work directly with LGBT victims/survivors of domestic abuse, offering them a space to talk and think through options, helping them plan what they want to do, and offering assistance in getting what they need from services. Your work will focus on needs specifically related experiences of abuse or violence, including issues such as wellbeing, support with the criminal and civil justice process, safety and access to other services to enable survivors to cope and recover. You will be empathetic and thoughtful in your approach to understanding your clients’ needs, while remaining boundaried and mindful of self-care.
 
You will work with mainstream services to ensure the voices and experiences of LGBT survivors are represented in order to make change for our community at a local and national level. You will also work closely with key partner organisations by attending meetings and have the opportunity to take part in external work to ensure a joined-up approach among services working with LGBT people facing abuse and violence.

You will be responsible for mentoring young people, delivering a programme in partnership with school leaders.

Students enrolled on the programme receive expert support from the University Access Officers, who guide pupils through their education options, university applications and student life topics such as navigating student finance. At different times, you’ll provide support to our varied campaigns—from aviation to community energy to traffic reduction to electrical repair—offering you the chance to engage with a lot of different people, in a range of ways.

We are looking for a Community Fundraising Coordinator to join the Mungo’s Community and Events team. This new post will play a vital role in managing, developing and growing community engagement, awareness and fundraising.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the community fundraising portfolio for St Mungo’s on a national scale. This will include working alongside community groups, clubs and associations, schools and faith groups as well as individual fundraisers. You will also lead on new projects attached to community fundraising which can increase our profile and income levels. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop our community fundraising programme, taking ownership and managing new community fundraising initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of a range of fundraising activities, whilst nurturing current supporter relationships and developing new fundraising opportunities and networks.
• Engage and build strong relationships with community fundraisers / organisations. Developing supporter engagement through regular check in’s, face to face meetings, presentations and attendance of events.
• Support the growth of our national fundraising activities, by recruiting supporters and building an on the ground fundraising volunteer team.

Where you’ll be working

In this role you will work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. Travel across London and regions in the South of England is also required.

This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for hybrid working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations. 

Due to the nature of the role, some evening and weekends will also be required to oversee relevant events. Out of hours work will be offered back in the form of time off in lieu.

While our Central Office is currently based in Tower Hill, London we plan to relocate in the summer of 2026 to a new space in Farringdon, London.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in community, corporate, or philanthropy fundraising. Experience in volunteering, social value or community engagement sectors would also be beneficial.

You will:

• Be comfortable managing income, working with a target driven approach while demonstrating success in growing income from supporters.
• Enjoy building strong, lasting relationships with supporters and volunteers, engaging with a variety of people, and working closely within the local community and seeking out opportunities to engage our fundraisers in St Mungo's work. 
• Be ready to take ownership of new and creative fundraising initiatives.

The Campaigns & Partnerships Communications Lead will play a central role in the planning, development, and delivery of AAUK’s communications campaigns and partnership-facing content.

The role will strengthen AAUK’s national voice by delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging campaign outputs across both national awareness activity and partnership-supported initiatives.

This is a communications and campaign delivery role, supporting partnership activity through creative content, campaign assets, and storytelling rather than income generation or fundraising delivery.

The role

The post holder will work alongside our Co-Executive Director, Head of Legal and Legal Administrator in developing and managing Foxglove’s legal work. You will develop and drive forward a significant number and range of cases, including the development of case theories, investigating and collecting evidence, drafting correspondence, evidence and submissions. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing external legal teams, in multiple jurisdictions. This will require you to have the comfort and ability to navigate diverse settings, while also having the insight to weigh up the benefits and challenges of pursuing cases in different jurisdictions. You will serve as an external representative for Foxglove’s work, writing and speaking on topics of relevance. You will also be a sparring partner for others in the team, bringing a creative mindset and political savviness. UK and international travel are required. Flexibility with working hours will sometimes be needed.

Length and Salary

The role is permanent. The annual salary is £88,400 per annum less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.

Our team works remotely, and this role can be based anywhere. We would prefer you to work within or close to UK office hours, but this is flexible. Our team travels every two months for team days and twice a year for team retreats. This role will include significant UK and international travel. The role As Interim Senior Admin Officer, you will play a central role in ensuring the organisation runs smoothly, safely and compliantly. You will take stock of existing systems, put clear processes in place and provide practical support to staff and trustees during a period of onboarding and recruitment.

You will also work closely with the Admin Officer and Receptionist, offering day-to-day guidance, support and coaching to help them deliver to a high standard.
