The Floating Support Worker will complete risk and needs assessments, develop safety and support plans, and provide ongoing support to survivors of domestic abuse whose level of risk has reduced to medium risk following specialist intervention. The postholder will hold a caseload of survivors requiring practical, emotional and advocacy support to help them increase their safety, access appropriate services, regain independence and work towards their longer-term goals.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised and self-motivated as well as being passionate about ending gender-based violence. You have a “can-do‟ approach and will show demonstrable commitment to Solace’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer.

We require an individual with experience of inspecting properties, devising schedules of works and co-ordinating property works to work as part of our busy Property Services Team based in Stockport.
The Property Refurbishment Co-ordinator will contribute to the effective maintenance of company property assets and co-ordinate a variety of property related works including urgent repair works, reconfiguration works and refurbishment projects. The Property Refurbishment Co-ordinator will attend properties post works to sign off on quality.

Help at Home is Age UK Sutton’s social enterprise service, which provides personalised practical and emotional support to older people, enabling them to retain independence and quality of life. The service includes shopping, cleaning, light meal preparation, admin support, companionship and other household tasks. The service does not offer any CQC regulated care.
A unique selling point is that we carefully match customers to workers, and guarantee the same worker each visit. This leads to strong relationships, better quality ongoing support and job satisfaction for our support workers, as well as confidence to customers and their families that workers know their clients. Support workers often identify small changes in wellbeing, health and behaviour that can enable early intervention for common issues.

This is a new senior role, which will support and enable our Psychosocial Services for families at Shooting Star Children’s Hospices. We are looking for an arts therapist, psychotherapist, paediatric clinical psychologist or counsellor with management and service development experience in areas of quality and education.
About the role
This role will focus on ensuring our care is a safe as it can be, and the best that children and families can receive. The PSOQE Lead will help us to continue to develop our governance, our psychosocial education pathway and wellbeing support for our people. The role includes day-to-day clinical oversight of the teams, and of families in crisis.
Where service need allows, the PSOQE will have a small clinical caseload, proportionate to the post holder's professional background and area of expertise, ensuring continued clinical credibility, visibility and direct engagement with families.
The PSOQE Lead will be part of our Psychosocial Leadership Team and will act as a deputy to the Head of Psychosocial Services.

They will bring expertise in trauma, bereavement, safeguarding, mental health risk and service development, and be able to strengthen practice, quality, education and outcomes through collaborative, inclusive and evidence-informed leadership.
This is a post based at both hospice sites in Hampton and Guildford.

The role covers both our Step Down provision—designed for individuals discharged from hospital under the Discharge to Assess model—and our service at Mawle Court, which provides temporary accommodation and support for people with complex needs, including those preparing for more independent living or in need of emergency provision. Working as part of a small, dynamic, and enthusiastic team, you will be responsible for delivering a safe and supportive environment across both services. You will lead on the case management of clients with complex needs, working collaboratively with partner agencies to develop and implement holistic, individualised support and move-on plans. Main Areas of Responsibility:
To proactively and dynamically assess, monitor, manage and respond to risk for individuals and in the service.
