The Unifrog platform
Over the last 12 years, the Unifrog platform has grown enormously from its starting point as a simple tool to help students pick their UK university courses and apprenticeships. It now helps young people from 4 years old up to explore their interests, record the great things they’ve done, compare every post-16 and post-18 course in the UK and every undergraduate programme taught in English in the world, find and organise work experience, and draft their application materials. The platform also helps teachers and career advisers to guide students every step of the way, makes it easy for parents to explore the platform via their own accounts, and helps employer and university recruitment teams to interact directly with students.
We have a long list of exciting projects for the platform, always aiming to get us closer to achieving our mission. We are looking for someone to join Unifrog’s team to help us continually improve the platform’s existing tools, and to also develop new ones.
What you’ll do
You’ll work on improving the platform itself, mainly how data feeds into our platform and makes it work behind the scenes, as well as maintaining and improving the processes that drive our development cycles.
Your responsibilities will include:

Dev cycle administration
-
Owning our dev cycle administration from beginning to end, across Productlane and Linear. This includes:
-
Managing inbound product requests that have been logged on our Productlane account;
-
Updating Linear with developments that we aim to work on, are working on, or have launched;
-
Communicating updates to the team, including writing and sharing changelog posts, and creating clear documentation for changes that have gone live.

Testing functionality for upcoming or newly released changes to the platform.
-
Liaising with the team members for whom new developments are most relevant, to ensure that they have fed into plans for upcoming changes, and are happy with changes that have gone live.

Troubleshooting platform functionality issues
Investigating then answering questions about platform functionality that are raised by our partner-facing teams.

Point person for two technical integrations
Becoming the point person for questions about the platform’s technical integrations, specifically SSO, and Wonde (MIS integration).

New data projects
Supporting projects that improve how data feeds into the Unifrog platform, for example, scoping the requirements for changes to our tool that allows teachers to make bulk updates to student information.
You’ll become an expert in:

How the Unifrog platform works behind the scenes, with a particular focus on how complex datasets feed into the platform and power our tools;

Technical tools that are vital for school partners (e.g. SSO and Wonde);
-
The needs of all our different user types, including students, teachers, school groups, universities, employers, and parents;
-
How to navigate the platform as a user of each type;
-
Finding opportunities to improve our platform, particularly when data processing is key to success.

How our development process works, our product tech stack, and what is needed to make sure it runs as efficiently and effectively as possible;
You’ll be part of the team that:

Collates feedback on the platform, deciding which changes to move ahead with, and how;
-
Translates user feedback into clear, actionable requirements;
-
Investigates potential bugs and comes up with suggested solutions;
-
Communicates platform changes to the Unifrog team;
-
Answers queries about the platform from colleagues.
Working together
You’ll regularly be working with:

The Platform and Data Manager, who will support you in your development administration and project responsibilities;

The Data team, of which you will be a part, alongside whom you will work to maximise the impact of your projects;

Unifrog’s two co-founders, who lead on the development of the Unifrog platform;
-
User-facing colleagues, to understand what our users are asking for, as well to let them know what things have changed on the platform.
You will be line-managed by the Platform and Data Manager.
Skills and characteristics
We are looking for someone who is:

A systems thinker: You enjoy finding ways to make processes work better and more efficiently. You would be able to quickly get comfortable using specialist tools like Linear and Productlane, and then use them to keep things organised.

Great attention to detail: You’re the type of person who notices the small things, and takes pride in being accurate and specific. You are assiduous whether you are double-checking a data upload, or writing a full and precise set of requirements for a development request.

Diligent: Our platform is complex and has many different sorts of users. You’re the type of person who enjoys getting to the bottom of issues, and meticulously testing things from all angles.

Analytical and proactive: You’re comfortable looking at data to solve problems, whether that’s figuring out why an integration failed or evaluating which areas of the platform receive the most feedback.

Straightforward communicator: At Unifrog we try to communicate as clearly and straightforwardly as possible, avoiding jargon as much as we can. You can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues and turn user feedback into clear requirements for our engineers.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounting, you will take ownership of producing accurate management and statutory accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and charity sector requirements.
This is a varied and impactful role, where you will lead on month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and cash management, while also driving continuous improvement in financial systems and controls. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll provide clear financial insight to support decision-making across the Federation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- An understanding of UK GAAP
- Experience with financial systems and ERP software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage) along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Ideally 2-3 years of post-graduation experience in an accounting role, preferably within a commercial environment
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent) either in progress or recently obtained
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with a strong academic record

What you’ll do
You will join an innovative intervention service delivered in partnership with the London Borough of Ealing. You will provide evidence-based interventions to children and young people with moderate mental health needs, using approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed and mentalization models. You will deliver individual and group work with young people and parents/carers, joint work with professionals, and have supervisory responsibilities for Wellbeing Practitioners.
You will also contribute to consultations and training for multi-agency professionals, supporting a collaborative approach to mental health in schools and the community.
What you’ll bring
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled mental health practitioner with a strong foundation in therapeutic interventions and a commitment to supporting children, young people, and families within community-based or school settings.
Essential skills and experience:
- Recognised qualification and experience in a core profession, including therapeutic work with children and adolescents.
- Experience in assessing and delivering interventions for children and young people in community or school settings, particularly complex cases.
- Knowledge and application of trauma-informed and neurodiversity-informed approaches, with a strong focus on safeguarding young people.
- Experience of working cross-culturally, with the ability to consider cultural factors in clinical practice.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision to Wellbeing Practitioners.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Key details
Hours: full-time (35 hours per week): usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Salary: £48,204 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.
Location: Greenford Service Centre (Oldfield Lane South, Ravenor Park, UB6 9LB), and occasionally at Anna Freud (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). 3-4 days per week working onsite at Greenford.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
A rare opportunity to lead communications and brand for one of the UK’s leading education trusts.
As Head of Communications and Brand at the Harris Federation, you will shape and protect our public profile, leading strategic communications, marketing and media activity across a network of 55 academies.
Reporting to the CEO, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, driving brand consistency, overseeing high impact campaigns, and leading digital, PR and internal communications to support pupil recruitment, staff attraction and organisational growth. You will also build and lead a high performing MarComms function and manage external agency partnerships.

- Develop and lead the Federation’s external communications and brand strategy at the highest level, ensuring coherence across all academies and central services.

Brand Leadership
- Own and embed the Federation’s brand identity, values, and visual standards across all academies and external channels.
- Own and embed brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels to ensure consistency.
External Campaigns & Growth Marketing
- Create comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the Federations aims and increase brand awareness.
- Own and develop high impact external campaigns to support pupil recruitment, reputation and trust building, staff recruitment (in collaboration with Talent Acquisition), and new academy expansions.
MarComms Directorate Leadership
- Build and lead a high performing Marketing & Communications Directorate.
- Set long-term capability requirements and lead workforce planning as the function scales.

In this role, you will take a leading position within a dynamic mental health crisis and early‑intervention service, managing a diverse caseload while providing skilled de‑escalation, robust risk assessment and coordinated multi‑agency support. You will guide and empower service users to engage with community services, while also offering day‑to‑day leadership to Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers and volunteers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality practice. You will support a team of highly skilled and dedicated clinicians, in the service delivery of a range of NICE guideline recommended therapy interventions, offered to our clients, who are survivors of torture and organised violence. About the role
This is a wide-ranging position, and your key areas of responsibility will include:
- To supporta multi-disciplinary team, including paid staff and volunteers from different professions and disciplines and provide professional and clinical supervision to qualified clinicians and trainees in the service including, clinical/counselling psychologists.
- This role may also include providing remote clinical supervision, support and advice as well as line management and guidance around risk and safeguarding to clinicians across our other centres as required.
- To ensure that Freedom from Torture's clinical model continues to be fully rolled out, with particular emphasis on survivor empowerment and evidence-based practice for addressing PTSD and other mental health impacts of torture.
- Championing people development as well as influence delivery of evidenced -based practice, clinical standards, quality initiatives and audit-based services.

About you
This is an important role within Freedom from Torture. To be successful in this role you must have a high level of commitment to maintaining excellent standards of client care and service delivery. It is a key requirement that you must have knowledge of appropriate clinical standards and external regulatory bodies. You must also have sound financial awareness and experience of balancing the provision of quality care against budgetary parameters.
To be considered for this role you must fulfil the professional qualification section of the person specification. You must have professional experience of working with clients with complex PTSD and have post-qualification experience of using evidence-based trauma focused therapy models. It is essential that you have a clear understanding of the experience of refugees and people seeking asylum, both in terms of pre-flight experience and the experience of living in exile. In February this year, the Department for Education published a major white paper on SEND reform which will require NASS to both influence national policy on behalf of our members and children and young people, as well as support them to navigate the changes. As our next Chief Executive, you will:
- Strategy & Impact: Lead NASS through a period of policy and structural change, ensuring the organisation remains clear on purpose, responsive to members and influential in the SEND landscape.
- Governance & Finance: Work closely with the Board of Trustees to provide strong governance, prudent financial stewardship, robust risk management and clear strategic oversight.
- Operational Leadership: Provide confident leadership to a small, remote team, strengthening collaboration, accountability, resilience and a positive, high-trust culture.
- Income Generation: Oversee budgeting, planning and reporting while developing thoughtful opportunities to diversify income through membership, partnerships, events and related activity.
- Community & Partnerships: Build and sustain trusted relationships with government, parliament, regulators, sector bodies and member schools, ensuring NASS remains relevant and well connected.
- Member Services: Protect and enhance the practical offer to members, from briefings and special interest groups to conferences, webinars, training and peer-to-peer learning.
- Brand & Profile: Act as a credible public ambassador for NASS, helping to modernise communications and broaden the organisation’s voice beyond a founder-shaped model.
- Future Growth: Shape a distributed leadership profile and support a more varied, accessible and engaging approach to membership, advocacy and communications.
- A seasoned senior leader with experience in a charity, membership body, education or public sector setting, and a clear track record of leading through change.
- A strong strategic thinker, able to absorb complex information quickly and translate it into clear, practical direction.
- A confident communicator with the gravitas to represent NASS with members, staff, trustees, MPs, peers, media and national partners.
- A politically astute relationship-builder, comfortable navigating a complex and fast-moving external environment.
- Experienced in governance, with a sound understanding of working with boards or trustees and supporting effective decision-making.
- Numerate and commercially minded, with experience of budgets, financial planning, income generation or partnership development.
- Credible, approachable and resilient, with the emotional intelligence to lead well in a high-profile, remote and sometimes uncertain context.
- Direct SEND experience would be a significant advantage, alongside understanding of specialist education or similarly complex stakeholder environments.

About the Role
As Grants and Information Officer, you will play a central role in delivering our services. You will manage grant applications from initial assessment through to decision and award, contribute to committee processes, and support the wider operations of the charity.

Key Responsibilities
Casework
- Manage applications from initial assessment through to committee review
- Liaise with beneficiaries and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for committee meetings
- Signpost applicants to other appropriate sources of support
Finance
- Administer grants within agreed limits
- Arrange payments to beneficiaries and service providers
- Support audit processes
Grants Management System
- Maintain and update the grants database (Benefactor)
- Produce reports and review system content as required
Administration & Resources
- Update and maintain internal resources, including application forms, guidance, and standard communications
- Support website content updates
- Maintain standard operating procedures
- Provide general office administration support
Additional Duties
- Attend and support the AGM and other organisational meetings
- Represent the charity externally when required
- Support the CEO with fundraising strategy and policy development
- Undertake other duties as required in a small team environment
About You
You will be:
- Educated to degree level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced in working with databases and updating websites
- Familiar with fundraising applications and/or the charity sector (ideally benevolent funds or welfare services)
- Knowledgeable about the UK statutory benefits system
- Familiar with accounting software such as Xero or Dext (desirable)
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a small team
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

The Billing Coordinator (Legal Aid) is a collaborative role and part of the Billing Project, an initiative by the London Legal Support Trust (LLST) aimed at providing specialist support to the free advice sector in London.
Key purpose of the Billing Coordinator is to:
- Develop systems that ensure the smooth and efficient billing of legal aid for LRMN, Barking and Dagenham Citizens Advice and Cardinal Hume Centre.
- Provide a crucial coordination role within the organisations, supporting lawyers in ensuring files are billed promptly and accurately while maximising income from legal aid.
The Billing Coordinator will be employed by LRMN and work across three host organisations. You will collaborate with other coordinators in the sector, some of whom have participated in previous pilot projects. Peer-to-peer support will be available to the postholder, and specialist training will be provided to anyone looking to grow within the role.
Candidates must have strong IT and organisational skills with experience of working within a legal aid practice.
