About the role
The Prospect Development Officer plays an integral role in enabling the fundraising ambitions of King’s College London, King’s Health Partners and King’s Maudsley Partnership. Reporting to the Prospect Development Manager, this post will support prospect management across all areas of high value fundraising, to ensure fundraisers are working with the best prospects and enabling them to generate income in the most effective way.

Our Maintenance Team is a vital part of the Asset Management function, working across multiple properties to ensure residents have safe, secure, and good‑quality homes. The team works closely with service staff to identify and complete repairs, carry out ad hoc cleaning and decoration, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and prepare empty properties for new residents.
We operate across Brighton, Guildford, East Sussex, and West Sussex, with our services centred around Foyers in Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings, Guildford, Horsham, Worthing, and Crawley. These sites provide 24‑hour supported housing for young people aged 16–25.
In addition, we manage a number of larger shared houses (typically accommodating 4–8 residents) through our Transitional Housing teams, supporting young people as they move towards independence.
This is an important central role, responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance across our property portfolio of approximately 600 bed units, alongside a number of service and office properties, to provide a positive experience for both residents and staff.
You will be accountable for raising and managing repair requests and void works, coordinating a skilled in‑house repairs team and external contractors, maintaining accurate records, producing performance data, and delivering high‑quality administrative and operational support. The role also plays a key part in supporting compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Program Manager
Prospectus is supporting an independent foundation seeking a Program Manager to support Senior Program Directors and the organisations governments partners in their efforts to deliver transformational, cross sectoral initiatives in sub-Saharan Africa.
Program Managers review and develop program-related materials that drive strategic priorities; monitor program achievement progress; manage local consultants and technical assistance providers; provide financial and workplan oversight of grants; track and document results across programs.
The foundation does not implement its own ‘projects’: they work directly with inspiring government leaders to deliver on their goals for their people, and the Program Manager will be expected to interface in a respectful, savvy, and non-prescriptive manner with government colleagues, while simultaneously providing the honest feedback of a true partner.

The Talent Set are partnering with an ambitious Health Charity to recruit a Philanthropy Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing fundraising team and play a key role in increasing major donor income during an exciting period of development and momentum. Working closely with senior leadership, trustees and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll develop compelling cases for support, create tailored donor journeys and secure five and six-figure gifts that help drive transformational impact.
What you’ll do:
· Manage and grow a portfolio of mid to high-value donors and prospects
· Secure five and six-figure gifts through strategic cultivation and stewardship
· Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities and future supporters
· Develop compelling proposals, presentations, applications and impact reports
· Work closely with senior stakeholders, including trustees and executive leaders
· Identify opportunities through networks, events and strategic relationships
· Use data and insight to inform decisions, maximise engagement and increase income
· Monitor budgets, income and pipeline performance accurately
· Line manage and develop a Philanthropy & Partnerships Assistant
About you
· Proven success securing major gifts of five figures and above
· Strong relationship management skills with high-value donors and senior stakeholders
· Experience developing donor pipelines and managing portfolios effectively
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Skilled in creating persuasive funding proposals and presentations
· Strategic, proactive and highly organised
· Confident working collaboratively across teams
