Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness services. We work to improve services through research, guidance and learning, and campaign for policy change that will ensure everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it. The Communications and Engagement team work across Homeless Link supporting teams to market their products and increase the impact of their work. Whether it is getting information to the member organisations about how to run a good day service, to Ministers on how homelessness services should be funded or to frontline workers advertising our training and conferences, we support Homeless Link’s staff to be as effective as possible.
One of the new Communications Officer posts will work specifically on our new National Workforce Programme, supporting our training, research and skills development work aiming to attract people to work in the homelessness sector. The second Communications Officer will work with our existing team across all channels to communicate with members and homelessness professionals, helping them to do their jobs more effectively, and marketing our products. The successful candidates will have at least 2 years experience of communication and/or marketing in a professional or semi-professional capacity, excellent communication skills, experience of creating website content, strong strategic and analytical skills and previous experience of using social media in a professional capacity. The Role

Key responsibilities

Track and report on key income metrics using GA4, GTM, and UTM tagging, with a focus on ROI, revenue per click, and conversion rates.
Set and report on KPI’s such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and impression share.
Analyse data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and deliver insights to inform wider marketing activity.
Test and refine messaging, ad formats, and landing pages through A/B and multivariate testing.
Contribute to oversight and performance of organic social media channels alongside the Supporter Marketing Manager, Supporter Experience Manager and Creative Communications Manager.
Work with designers and content creators to brief, review, and optimise assets (copy, creative, landing pages).
Collaborate with the Marketing, and wider Mary’s Meals teams to ensure campaigns support broader objectives.
Champion best practices in performance marketing across the organisation.

About Chapter One
Chapter One is a small but growing charity, working to ensure that every child has 1:1 reading support at the time they need it most.
Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports about 3,500 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 180 local and national businesses. The volunteer task is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.
We have set ourselves ambitious targets and want to support 3,900 children by 2026/27, so this role, with responsibility managing, stewarding and nurturing our existing corporate partners, will be crucial to ensuring that we have sufficient volunteers and support to achieve this target. 2026 has been designated by the Government as the National Year of Reading, so we have a great opportunity to capitalise on this and secure business commitment for our work!

About the role
Chapter One is seeking a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Officer to be an integral part of a team which aims to both maximise corporate income and deliver an excellent partner experience.
Reporting to our Corporate Partnerships Manager, but also working closely with our Business Development Manager, you’ll support them both to deliver our annual volunteer targets and maintain our strong partner retention rate (currently 84%). This will involve supporting the account management of a portfolio of existing partners and the responsibility to nurture relationships to increase partner investment in Chapter One over time. The role involves collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for volunteers and partners.
This is a new role within Chapter One and is an opportunity for an early career professional to learn about charity-business partnerships in a dynamic, small charity which is flexible and agile.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Stewardship
As determined by the Corporate Partnerships Manager, lead the account management of a selected portfolio of corporate partners, achieving annual retention and growth targets for these partnerships.
Focus, in all corporate partnership discussions, on maximising income and identifying opportunities to grow a partner’s support.
Plan and conduct a regular cycle of partnership meetings, including mid and end of year reviews, proactively seeking out new opportunities that will maximise income and retain and grow partner support.
Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to produce high quality written communications, reports and pitches as per the requirements of each partner, collaborating with the Data and Systems Officer and other teams as needed.
Advocate effectively, with passion and enthusiasm, for Chapter One’s programmes in a variety of internal and external settings.
Ensure, in conjunction with the HR and Finance Assistant, that partners are invoiced for their Chapter One donations accurately and in a timely manner.
Partner/Volunteer Onboarding and Experience
Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager, Head of Corporate Partnerships and Volunteer Support Team to ensure that partner and volunteer onboarding is a smooth and positive experience.
Lead volunteer recruitment meetings as requested by partners, including presenting the programme to prospective volunteers and creating excitement and interest.
Alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager, use internal systems to assign partner teams and volunteers to specific schools and ensure that their needs are met.
Build proactive, supportive relationships with Volunteer Coordinators across partner organisations, providing timely, high-quality data and insights, and delivering an excellent partner experience to foster long lasting relationships.
Working with Programme Manager team, Volunteer Support Team and IT team, to trouble shoot any issues arise.
Support the Programme Management team to liaise with partner contacts about the organisation of in-person school/office visits and virtual meet and greets.
Attend Chapter One’s internal Volunteer Experience group and Corporate Engagement Group.
Marketing and Communications
Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that companies and volunteers have access to an array of promotional assets and recruitment materials
Contribute content for the regular volunteer and corporate partner newsletters, including working with partners to gather volunteer testimonials and partner profiles
Encourage corporate partners and volunteers to promote Chapter One through their own social media and channels
Support the organisation of online and in person partner and volunteer recognition events
General
Oversee and maintain specific Account Management related processes, including stewardship plans, recording of activity on the Salesforce CRM and internal spreadsheets and platform databases
Regularly use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to analyse data and support decision-making
Conduct administrative duties as required to support the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Corporate Partnerships Manager

Each year, almost 1,000 people take part in a Youth Adventure Challenge Event. We are looking for a dynamic Events Fundraising Officer to help recruit and support our fundraisers, assist with the organisation of events and help us to develop this significant income stream.
Working alongside the Challenge Events Manager, the Events Fundraising Officer is instrumental in every step of delivering well-managed, fun and safe events for our corporate partners and event participants, as well as ensuring the fundraising success of each event.
Excellent communication and people skills will be essential as you will play a key role in building up relationships with the clients, the participants and their supporters. Furthermore, you will be involved in the whole process of event organisation, including developing the event, preparing the resources, helping with logistics, maintaining accurate records, reporting and banking and thanking.
The Fundraising Officer must be self-motivated, well organised, able to multi-task, a strong administrator, a fantastic team player, have excellent inter-personal skills and enjoy being outdoors. Paid or voluntary experience in a fundraising environment is essential. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to take the next step in their career, with plenty of scope to develop your skills and experience within a supportive team. Whilst the role is home-based you must live in the South West to ensure easy access for in-person meetings.

At the Youth Adventure Trust, we use outdoor adventure to empower vulnerable young people from Swindon, Wiltshire and Somerset to fulfil their potential and lead positive lives in the future. We work with them to build resilience, develop confidence and learn skills that will last a lifetime, helping them to face the challenges in their lives. Legacy Stewardship Manager
Home based, remote working

The Legacy Stewardship Manager will plan and deliver RNID’s legacy stewardship programme to bring about growth in future legacy income. It will be responsible for planning and creating high quality legacy communications and experiences which make supporters feel inspired and valued so that we convert and retain them over the long-term.
It will use a combination of relationship fundraising techniques and mass fundraising activities. In person events will play a pivotal role, as well as communications and journeys across both digital and print channels.It will also support and enable colleagues to confidently engage in legacy fundraising activities.
This role is critical in growing future legacy income for RNID, which currently represents 72% of RNID’s income.It is a new role, responsible for ensuring supporters are cultivated and stewarded to deepen their legacy support over the long-term.
This role is a new addition to the Legacy Fundraising Team of four, reporting into the Head of Legacies and working closely with the Legacy Marketing Manager and the Legacy Fundraising Officer. We are part of a fundraising team of 20.
You’re an experienced legacy fundraiser with legacy marketing knowledge as well as strong supporter care and supporter relationship management skills. You’re able to deliver a busy and varied programme of operational activity. You’re comfortable working at a fast pace on multiple activities simultaneously.You’ve personally planned and delivered multiple in person events for legacy supporters.You’re organised and an excellent project manager, able to plan and manage activities at once to agreed deadlines and budgets. You work well collaborating with others and are able to influence internal stakeholders at all levels. You’re ready to apply your skills and experience to grow RNID’s legacy stewardship programme to its full potential.
You will be responsible for:
· Managing and deliveringa multifaceted legacy stewardship programme across digital and postal channels as well as in person activities.
· Personally managing a small portfolio of one to one supporter relationships
· Planning and delivering a programme of in person legacy events
· Coordinating and delivering excellent quality legacy supporter care across RNID
· Project managing all activities and working closely with colleagues to create legacy stewardship communications, journeys and collateral.
· Educating and training colleagues across RNID to confidently support legacy fundraising activities.
· Monitoring and reporting on budget and non-financial performance of all stewardship activities
