Role Overview: 

The HR Lead will be responsible for embedding a consistent, robust, and proactive compliance culture across the HR team. This will ensure all HR practices, policies, and processes meet legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards, while also being practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives whilst also providing hands-on support to the wider HR function on complex employee relations matters, organisation change, and operational HR activities.

Strengthen Employee Relations Compliance:

• Ensure consistent and compliant handling of disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations.

• Use HR systems to support compliance tracking (e.g. mandatory training, right to work, certifications).
• Improve reporting on compliance metrics and risks by creating HR dashboards to report to service leads through to board.

Good Law project’s (GLP) legal team has a busy workload advising GLP as a party, funder and campaigner in respect of the broad range of legal proceedings in which it is involved, as well as acting on the record in a subset of those proceedings.  The current team includes four senior solicitors, two subject matter experts and a trainee. Good Law Project is a not-for-profit campaign organisation which uses the law to hold power to account and fight for a fairer, greener future. Purpose of the Job

Physical health and mental health are inextricably linked. The purpose of this role is to support people who have significant mental health issues and those from diverse ethnic backgrounds who may face barriers in accessing physical health checks. The role will provide longer term support in some cases, so people can address some of the barriers which might be in the way for them to consider their physical health positively. The roles will provide a service across Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow.

The role will be delivered within Primary Care and therefore you will be expected to build relationships within those settings and with community VCSE organisations to ensure that the service supports people within their own communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Get to know and build relationships with staff within Primary Care to enable a supportive and productive referral route into and out of the service.
• Work within communities and Primary Care to find out what services are available for people to access.
• Build relationships with staff in Primary Care, VCSE organisations, local communities that don’t access services and local community health teams.
• Build relationships with those who are accessing the service and work in a person-centred way to find out their needs. Particularly working to engage people from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
• Build an accessible route into the service for people which will lead to an increase in physical health checks and longer-term support if needed.

Role Responsibilities 

Supporter Development team 

• Support the Individual Giving Managers and Legacy Giving Manager with day-to-day communications with our donor base, including timely database administration to capture communication preferences and personal details. 

• Support the Database team with data and financial processes, including recording and batching donations, generating reports, contributing to supporter journeys and reconciling income. 

• Liaise with design and print suppliers to source quotes and deliver appeals and other campaigns. 

• Support the Supporter Development team in-person in the office, with the processing of direct marketing appeal responses, including banking of donations and sending thank you letters.

• Work with the Individual Giving Managers to implement supporter journeys to encourage further support to the organisation. 

• Support the Individual Giving Managers in building emails using the charity’s email marketing platform. 

Philanthropy team

• Use a CRM database to effectively administer and manage event and community enquiries and activities. 

• Work with the Events and Community team to send out literature and parcels to community groups and event participants in an efficient and timely manner. 

• Support with logistics for virtual and in-person events as required. 

• Work with suppliers to order new fundraising materials. Be responsible for managing and replenishing fundraising merchandise and stock.

• Provide general administration support across the fundraising team as required.

As a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs, we provide counselling, group therapy, advocacy, prevention education, and professional training. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Children and Young People (CYP) Lead to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
 

Reporting to the CYP Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to CYP counsellors and therapists. You will help ensure that services for children and young people are consistently safe, effective, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred.
 

This is a varied and impactful role that combines clinical leadership, safeguarding oversight, service development, and line management. It offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to shaping, strengthening, and expanding high-quality CYP services.
 

What You’ll Do

• Support the CYP Clinical Lead with assessments, allocations and case distribution across CYP pathways
• Provide clinical guidance and day-to-day support to CYP counsellors and therapists
• Line manage allocated CYP staff and contribute to recruitment, induction and staff development
• Oversee group work programmes, including family support groups
• Undertake the role of Designated Safeguarding Officer for the CYP team
• Deputise as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead as part of the rota when required
• Provide guidance on complex safeguarding concerns and ensure appropriate escalation
• Contribute to service improvement, contract delivery and performance monitoring
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies and partners
• Deputise for the CYP Clinical Lead where required

About You

• Degree-level qualification in counselling or psychotherapy (or equivalent experience)
  Professional membership with an accredited counselling/psychotherapy body
  Minimum of 200 hours post-qualification supervised client work
  At least 3 years’ experience working with children and young people affected by rape and sexual violence
  Experience leading or supporting a team
  Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation (children and adults)
  Completed Level 3 safeguarding training
  Experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector
  Understanding of trauma-informed, survivor-centred and feminist practice
  Experience working with diverse communities
  Ability to use data and outcomes to support service improvement
• Experience working with marginalised or under-served communities
  Knowledge of housing, welfare benefits or related legislationn

Action on Disability (AoD), founded in 1979, is one of London’s leading Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs). Guided by the Social Model of Disability, we work to remove barriers and promote equality, inclusion and choice for all Disabled people.

The Part-Time Manager for Our Place and Our Voice leads AoD’s work on co-production, peer support, campaigning and community engagement. The role coordinates peer-led programmes, develops accessible training and events, and builds partnerships that promote inclusion and representation. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, the postholder ensures that AoD’s values of co-production and Disabled leadership are embedded throughout the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead, plan and coordinate AoD’s Our Place and Our Voice programmes, including co-production, peer support and community engagement initiatives.

2. Develop and deliver accessible training, workshops and events that build confidence, skills and leadership among Disabled people.

3. Recruit, supervise and support volunteers, peer facilitators and freelancers to deliver activities safely and effectively.

4. Build and maintain positive partnerships with local authorities, VCSE organisations, health services and community networks to promote the voice of Disabled people.

5. Promote co-production practice across AoD’s services, working with other managers to embed user involvement in service design and review.

6. Ensure all activities are inclusive, accessible and aligned with the Social Model of Disability.

You will ensure that adult and young carers, as well as their wider families, have access to a range of emotional and practical support tailored to their specific needs.

• Sector Knowledge: An understanding of working within the substance misuse field and the associated health and social issues.

• Experience: Preferably, experience working with both adults and children/young people.

• Qualifications: A professional qualification in health & social care, youth or community work, and/or direct experience delivering family-focused interventions.
