The role 

We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and people-focused Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to help deliver our growing corporate partnership and volunteering programme. 

You’ll plan and run volunteering days, support corporate partners, and make sure everything runs like clockwork — all while seeing the direct impact of your work in communities across the UK. This role combines hands-on event delivery with essential admin and coordination support for the team, giving you variety, responsibility, and real-world impact every day. 

What you’ll do 

• Plan and coordinate corporate volunteering days: logistics, permissions, risk assessments 

• Be the friendly face on the day — briefing and supporting volunteers to make sure everyone has a great experience 

• Keep accurate records, provide administrative support, create communications, and assist the team to maintain strong partner relationships 

• Collect feedback and help make every volunteering day bigger, better, and even more impactful

• Based in a London borough with a full UK driving licence

Role Overview: 

Responsible for co-ordinating and developing Enable’s Mental Health programmes, including but not limited to Active Wellbeing; both group and personalised one-to-one exercise support for people with a diagnosis of severe mental illness. 

The Health and Wellbeing Team are a passionate group of health professionals who empower people to make lasting changes to their health and wellbeing and improve their quality of life. We are experts at reducing health inequalities, real or perceived, and creating lasting changes. 

Main Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for coordinating aspects of Enable’s Mental Health programmes. This includes planning, delivery, identifying areas for development, promotion, and reporting. 
• Deliver one to one client and community assessments with adults with SMI. 
• Actively participate in staff meetings to share best practice and develop thinking, knowledge and learning. 
• Identify and build partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery and growth of the programmes.
• Working with Enable Marketing and Communications department to develop and deliver the marketing and communication plan. This will include press releases, social media activity, creating promotional literature. 
• Attend and coordinate community events to network, present and promote Mental Health and other local wellbeing opportunities.
• Monitor and document income and expenditure, working within the programme budget. Complete financial administration tasks such as creating purchase orders and invoices, according to Enable policy and procedure. 
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of your work. Provide written reports, summaries and presentations as required. Collect feedback and case studies to evaluate the impact of the programmes. 
• Assists in managing resources provided to support the departments work including staff, volunteers, materials, and equipment ensuring these are used and maintained effectively.

About the team:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Medair UK team as we are seeking a part-time Operations Support Officer to provide crucial support in a varied role. The post holder will be responsible for Medair UK’s financial and office administration, including maintenance of the organisation’s CRM database and some fundraising support. You will ensure the accurate processing and timely delivery of donor and financial information and acting as first point of contact for the organisation, you will be responding to supporter enquiries. Key Activities

      Donation Processing

• Responsible for the timely recording and processing of all incoming donations (including via our website, bank account, third party platforms and cheques) into the Medair UK CRM (Salesforce).
• Ensure all donors receive gift acknowledgements / thank you letters corresponding to each gift received.
• Maintain up-to-date records of donors, staff and other contacts in the Medair UK database.
• Process and record completed Gift Aid declarations and support in the regular reclaim of Gift Aid.

      Financial Administration

• Inputting of all financial data (income and expenditure) into Quick Books.
• Preparing and following up suppliers invoices for payment.
• Processing expenses claims.
• Managing the banking of income and supporter cheques.
• Support the Head of Operations to implement the month and year end reconciliation process for both Salesforce and Quick Books.

      Facilities & Office Management

• Act as first point of contact for the office and public enquiries, responding to incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Answer basic enquiries about Medair's work and distributing information to supporters and others as required.
• Manage and order office supplies, stationery and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment, administrating risk assessments, H&S and fire safety procedures.

      Information Technology

• Ensuring the maintenance of the IT system and handling minor in-house IT technical issues for staff and volunteers. 
• Liaising with the Global Support Office IT Helpdesk team to ensure the timely set up of IT for new staff and volunteers – i.e. setting up email addresses, and relevant permissions.
• Ensuring that IT permissions are current, and that these are amended as and when staff and volunteers leave.
• Assisting with continuous improvements in Medair UK’s use of IT.

​    Engagement Support

• Supporting fundraising activities with data segmentation and the production of standard and custom reports in Salesforce
• Supporting the production and automation of email newsletter and appeals via Campaign Monitor
• Setting up new Salesforce campaigns with tailored reports and dashboards to track donations.
• Producing digital surveys and web-forms as required.
• Providing support to Medair’s virtual events, including the technical administration of Zoom and pre and post event attendee administration.           

      HR Administration

• Organising and co-ordinating staff and volunteer inductions ensuring that the induction checklist is completed.

What you will be doing

As Senior Policy Officer, you will lead on or support a range of policy projects and activities to inform and influence the policy landscape in accordance with Academy priorities. This work may include leading on or supporting the following:

About the Giving Directorate and Net Zero Carbon Programme
The Church of England ministers to every community in England, and our mission and ministry is sustained and expanded through a culture of generous giving.

The Giving Directorate plays a vital role in equipping dioceses, parishes, and clergy with the tools and confidence to encourage generosity. Through strategic leadership, innovative resources, and collaborative partnerships, we aim to inspire giving that enables the Church to flourish in every community. We lead major funded projects that strengthen giving across the Church, ensuring that generosity is central to mission and ministry.

The growing department has four teams: Innovation & Insight (leading on innovations, the parish share project, data analysis and marketing); Parish Giving Scheme (giving mechanisms and technology); NZC Fundraising (including policy, philanthropy and gifts in wills) and Learning & Development (delivering training, mentoring, and equipping clergy and diocesan giving advisors, national and regional conferences, and developing online learning resources for parishes).

What you'll be doing

As the National Fundraising Policy and Compliance Lead you will be the strategic lead for ensuring a strong culture of fundraising compliance and best practice within the Church of England. You will work within the Net Zero Carbon Fundraising team, which co-ordinates the biggest national fundraising programme within the Church of England, to support them to raise significant funds for the Net Zero Carbon Programme in an ethical and compliant way. You will also work with the Giving Directorate to ensure compliance across all their activities. JOB PURPOSE

The Major Giving Manager – Trusts and Foundations will sit within the newly formed Major Giving team, playing a pivotal role in driving new business and helping to deliver £3.36m of income across major giving in the financial year 2025/26.

Reporting to the Major Giving Lead – Trusts & Foundations, this role will lead on new business development within the trusts and foundations portfolio, with a strong focus on identifying, cultivating, and securing support from new funders. The postholder will be expected to proactively generate and pursue opportunities, using creativity, insight, and strong relationship-building skills to grow a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.

This role will involve actively networking, attending events, initiating and developing relationships with prospective funders, and creating compelling, tailored proposals to secure significant new income. Alongside this primary focus on new business, the postholder will also contribute to the stewardship and growth of existing funders to maximise long-term value and impact.

Working collaboratively across the wider Major Giving team, the role will support cross-portfolio opportunities and integrated cultivation strategies, and where appropriate, flex to support engagement with individual donors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES New Business
