About the role
The Wear it Pink Manager plays a vital role in the successful planning and delivery of our biggest and most established mass participation event – Wear it Pink.
We have ambitious plans for this sector leading product and we need the right person leading the team. We need someone who’s really able to make things happen. Driving the product forward, be creative and engage the entire organisation – all with supporters sitting at the heart of their thinking.
Leading a team of two and a wider matrix team of cross organisation colleagues, you will ensure that we have the processes in place to enable the product to run effectively and efficiently. You’ll design a supporter journey that feels personal, inspiring and which leads to in-year support as well as repeat participation. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager who will be responsible for generating registrations for the campaign.

About you
An experienced product officer or manager, you’ll be an expert in designing processes and supporter journeys for fundraising products with a keen eye for detail, processes and a creative flair. You’ll have experience working with external agencies to deliver effective and engaging campaigns, and you’ll feel confident in ensuring the charity’s best interests are always at the heart of their work.

Brief role description
The Management Accountant plays a key role in supporting the Director of Finance and Resources and Head of Finance by preparing management reports, undertaking financial analysis and ensuring accurate reconciliations, audits and compliance with policies. The successful candidate will have experience producing monthly management accounts, a good understanding of VAT and strong IT skills, including proficiency to Microsoft Office. An Arabic speaking Outreach worker required for the North West of Westminster. A second Outreach worker required for the North East of Westminster, with Bengali language desirable but not essential. The roles will include developing an understanding of the local area including services and facilities. You will also need to pro-actively engage with vulnerable and isolated families and carry out home visits, as required. The role will include developing good relationships with health visitors and liaising with other agencies regarding the needs of parents and carers.
We are looking for someone who has experience of community and outreach work with diverse communities in an inner-city environment. This will include experience of a wide range of methods/techniques to reach out and engage with isolated individuals/communities and assessing family needs. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with the ability to empathise with parents and carers are required. A non-judgmental approach is essential. The ability to network is also important.

About the role:

Key responsibilities:
Maintaining and improving EJF's global financial policies, systems, controls and processes, ensuring they are applied consistently in every country where EJF operates.
Managing six finance staff working in the UK and overseas.
Ensuring the production of accurate, accessible and insightful monthly and annual global financial reporting for internal and external audiences.
Providing strategic financial forecasts, insights and advice to the CEO, Senior Management Team and Trustees to inform planning and decision-making.
Preparing budgets for funding proposals and ensuring accurate and timely financial projections of spend against grants and reporting to funders.
Leading the annual organisational budget process, including multi-year financial plans.
Mentoring team leads on financial budgeting, tracking and expenditure oversight.
Monitoring and ensuring value for money in expenditure, identifying and removing inefficiencies and waste.
