This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the realities facing young people in inner-city communities, and who is ready to lead a team that meets them where they are — every evening, every session, every conversation that counts.
Fight for Peace has spent over two decades using boxing and martial arts as a gateway to something bigger, education, employability, personal development, and a real shot at a different future for young people aged 7–25 in East London. As our Youth Work Manager, you'll be the person responsible for making sure the youth work at the heart of our Academy is outstanding.
You'll lead our youth workers, shape our programmes, and act as our primary safeguarding lead within primary interventions. This isn't a hands-off management role, you will be present in the Academy at least four evenings a week, visible to young people and staff alike, and actively involved in the delivery of life-changing work.

Fight for Peace is looking for an exceptional Facilities Manager to take full ownership of our Academy in Royal Docks, East London — a vibrant, purpose-built space where young people aged 7–25 come to box, train, learn, and grow.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk raising purchase orders. As our Facilities Manager, you'll be the person who makes the Academy hum, from keeping us legally compliant and structurally sound to leading capital projects, managing a network of contractors, and making sure every corner of the building reflects the ambition and energy of the community it serves.

What you'll be leading:
The Academy is a busy, multi-use space — and no two days are the same. You'll manage our cleaning team, oversee IT infrastructure, run our room hire offer, and work with the income generation team to grow commercial use of the space. Health and safety sits at the heart of this role — you'll be our lead on fire safety, EICR, legionella, asbestos, and everything in between, maintaining a compliance register that is always audit-ready.
Safeguarding is central to how we operate. You'll ensure the physical environment supports a safe and welcoming space for young people, and that every contractor who steps through our doors is properly vetted.

Role Overview

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.
You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships with mid and high-value supporters, providing tailored stewardship that motivates, inspires and maximises their long-term fundraising impact. About the role
This role sits at the heart of UK Community Foundations’ ambition to build a strong, confident and connected community foundation field across the UK. You will help grow the field by supporting shared learning, strengthening our collective infrastructure and helping people connect with each other in meaningful ways.
You will work across communities of practice, learning activity, digital spaces and shared resources. You will also curate the monthly newsletter and events bulletin, helping members stay connected to learning opportunities, insights and activity across the field. You will help gather insight, notice patterns and bring ideas together so that the community foundation movement can continue to learn, adapt and evolve.
You will also play an important role in supporting a high quality member experience. This includes being a first point of contact for member enquiries, helping ensure members receive clear, timely and welcoming responses, and supporting continuous improvement of our membership offer.

The Field Building team leads work on leadership development, international learning, sector standards and shared knowledge. This role connects across all of that work and gives you a broad view of how the field operates and where it is heading.

You will manage and curate the Member Hub (our online learning and networking community) so that it becomes a trusted, accessible and lively space for the network. This includes sourcing and sharing useful content, keeping resources up to date, highlighting emerging practice and making sure the Hub is easy to navigate.
You will be a first point of contact for member enquiries through the Hub, responding to questions, signposting support, and working with colleagues across UKCF to ensure members receive timely and helpful responses.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure content is timely, relevant and accessible to a wide range of users, and you will help track engagement so we can understand what members are using and where further support may be helpful.
Resource Library
You will take ownership of the resource library and keep it organised, dynamic and responsive to member needs. You will bring together tools and learning from across the sector, identify gaps and help ensure resources reflect emerging practice.
You will curate and summarise content so it is easy for members to find and use, and you will support benchmarking surveys and ad hoc requests for network wide data where needed.

You will support the delivery of learning days, webinars and the national conference. This includes planning, communication, logistics, content coordination and technical support to help events run smoothly and feel welcoming and accessible.
You will provide administrative and logistical support for in person and online events, including managing bookings, liaising with venues and suppliers, coordinating travel and catering, preparing materials, and communicating clearly with participants.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of UKCF’s biannual conference, leading on administrative and logistical coordination to ensure the event is well organised, well attended and delivered to a high standard.

Open Doors UK and Ireland raises awareness about the growing levels of persecution and enables people to join a huge underground global network which is keeping the church alive in the most dangerous and difficult contexts - despite the determined efforts of extremists to eradicate Christianity.

We are now seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead this work through a season of missional growth, opportunity and ambition. The CEO will be pivotal in raising the profile of the persecuted church, deepening connections with the church in the UK and Ireland and influencing Government to protect Christians around the world.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to join the Living Wage Foundation team as an Events Manager. You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting the team with innovative events to promote the Living Wage movement, support the existing employer network, increase public support for fair pay and encourage Living Wage accreditation.
You will be responsible for our annual Champion Awards ceremony and organising parliamentary events, roundtables and webinars for our network of employers and beyond, as well as providing strategic oversight of events at our annual Living Wage Week in November where we celebrate Living Wage Employers nationwide with multiple events.
The ideal candidate would be an organised events manager, with strong project management skills, the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders internally and externally and the skills to establish strong relationships. They would have experience running online and in-person events with clear objectives and connecting them to organisational strategy.
This post will be joining a Communications team that spans events, media, digital communications and research, with colleagues based across the UK with monthly in-person team meetings. About the Role
Join us as a National Programmes Administrator and help drive the smooth delivery of our Education, Training & Employment, Money Management and Client Involvement programmes. You’ll coordinate grants, placements, mentoring activities and digital learning resources, ensuring clients can access opportunities that build confidence and independence. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll manage programme data, produce clear impact reports, maintain efficient systems and research external support agencies to strengthen our national directory.

Key deliverables:
• Support with the administration of grants to clients
