1. Working closely with the Head of Creative Engagement to deliver HOME’s year-round Creative Engagement offer for young people, schools and communities.

2. Lead multiple Creative Engagement visual art projects, facilitating HOME Young Artists Studio, producing Horizons Festival, curating HOME’s Inspire Gallery and wider Creative Engagement Programme.

8. Develop opportunities and shape pathways to careers for young people and communities.

9. Maintain a working knowledge of and participate in regional and national engagement, creative health and visual art networks, to keep up to speed with developments within the sector.

10.  Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure work is effectively promoted. Regularly writing copy and providing content for social media and updating the website in order to raise the profile of HOME’s Creative Engagement work at a local and national level.

11. Work with HOME’s Development Team to identify and support fundraising and reporting when needed.

12. Develop and implement an effective monitoring and evaluation strategy for the programme and to provide written reports when required.

About the team

The Resilient Water Accelerator (RWA) is a non-profit subsidiary of WaterAid, launched by the former Prince of Wales in 2021. We catalyse capital by transforming investment landscapes and scaling financing solutions for water security and climate resilience — acting as both market shaper and deal driver, with specialist teams and partners in Nigeria (Lagos), Bangladesh, Morocco, Brazil and South Africa. This role reports to the Senior Director, Programmes & Investment Development.

About the role

As our Associate Director, Investment Development, you will design, structure and scale blended and private/commercial finance solutions for water and water-related investments — water for cities, water for industries and water for nature — and work closely with our CEO, Chief Investment Officer, in-country teams, investors, DFIs and programme partners to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Support the structuring of commercially viable investments in water-saving technologies and process improvements for the textiles wet-processing industry in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and scale this work to other garment clusters, countries and industries.
• Lead the provision of advisory services supporting the evaluation, negotiation and implementation of mini- and mega PPP/concession investments in water supply and sanitation in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Originate, structure and develop opportunities for private investment in water supply and sanitation across RWA's target expansion markets.
• Work with consortium partners in the FCDO-funded Just Transitions for Water Security (JTWS) programme to mobilise public and private finance for climate resilience interventions set out in National Adaptation Plans and other partner engagements.
• Support the scaling of finance mobilisation under the Water Forward initiative launched by the World Bank Group and eight partner multilateral development banks: Water for People, Water for Food and Water for the Planet.
• Lead the conceptualisation and scaling of innovative financing instruments — including blue and nature-linked outcomes-based bonds, blended finance facilities and guarantees — and newly structured services such as Wastewater as a Service, leasing models and vendor financing.

To be successful, you will need:

• A graduate degree in economics, business administration, finance, engineering or a related field — or a first degree in one of these fields combined with specialised experience in project development or within a financial institution.
• At least 10 years' professional experience, including substantial transactional experience gained with a developer, within a financial institution, or in transaction advisory.
• At least five years' experience in the financing of private sector infrastructure (project finance, PPPs) and/or the financing of corporate water stewardship investments.
• Ability to investigate complex problems and propose innovative financing solutions, adapting structures thoughtfully to a wide range of country contexts.
• Experience leading teams and managing consultants, developing collaborative relationships and mentoring others with a high degree of cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong presentation skills across audiences ranging from funders to in-country partners.
• A self-starter who manages projects and deliverables to a high standard, working to deadlines and under frequently changing circumstances.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience in blended finance, particularly successfully financed transactions incorporating viability gap financing or other concessional or grant components.
• Experience in climate finance, especially developing successfully funded proposals to the Green Climate Fund or other grant-making climate financiers.
• A recognised investment, finance or PPP qualification — for example CFA, FRM, CAIA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or CP3P.
• Experience in the water and sanitation sector, and/or foreign language skills relevant to RWA's current portfolio and target expansion markets.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities below reflect where the role will focus in its first year. Individual Giving is a growing team working to Agile principles, so priorities will develop over time. We would expect the postholder to support colleagues across Public Fundraising as needs change, and to shape their own areas of specialism as they grow in the role.

Campaign Delivery and Acquisition

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned individual giving acquisition campaigns, from brief and creative development through to build, launch, optimisation and evaluation.

• Deliver lead generation activity across paid social, paid search and email, working with our digital consultants and agency partners on execution.

• Support the delivery of integrated campaigns where conversion takes place by telephone or mail, briefing our telemarketing partner, managing lead flow, and monitoring lead quality and volume.

• Deliver cash appeals across email, direct mail and digital, taking a named lead role on agreed appeals within the annual cycle.

• Test and optimise creative, audiences, landing pages and asks, maintaining a clear test log and sharing what we learn across the team.

• Monitor campaign performance against CPL, CPA, response rate and ROI targets, reporting on results and flagging where reallocating budget would improve returns.

• Contribute to the testing and rollout of new fundraising propositions as they emerge from our proposition development work.

• Track campaign spends against budget, raise purchase orders, and support reforecasting.

Supporter Journeys, Retention and Upgrade

• Design, build and implement the welcome journey for new regular givers, covering the welcome pack, thank-you contact and automated email sequence.

• Plan and deliver structured upgrade activity and other asks to regular giving and cash supporters, working with agency partners where telephone delivery is used.

• Contribute to reducing first-year attrition and increasing average gift value against agreed targets, reporting on retention by cohort and upgrade take-up and taking learnings forward.

• Work closely with the Team so that journeys are practical to deliver, with reactive supporter contact and fulfilment considered.

Cross-Sell and Collaboration

• Develop and deliver cross-sell activity that introduces supporters from one part of our fundraising to another, for example inviting campaigners, petition signers, community fundraisers and event participants to give regularly.

• Support legacy and in-memory promotion by embedding appropriate messaging within acquisition and supporter journey communications.

• Work with Agile principles in mind, planning and delivering collaboratively.

•  Provide cover and support for colleagues across Public Fundraising during periods of peak activity, absence or change, and deputise for the Individual Giving Manager where required.

Data, Compliance and Ways of Working

• Maintain accurate campaign and supporter records within our CRM system (Access CRM), and brief data selections and segmentation accurately.

• Hold a good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, as well as the Fundraising Code of Practice.

Skills and Competencies

Our ideal candidate would have the following:

• Demonstrable experience delivering direct marketing or individual giving campaigns end to end, within a charity, agency or comparable commercial environment.

• Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Business Suite and/or Google paid advertising, and in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.

• Experience planning, building or contributing to supporter journeys, welcome programmes or automated email sequences.

• Comfortable working with campaign data and reporting against metrics such as CPL, CPA, response rate and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and within Excel, and using results to make decisions.

• Strong written communication, with the ability to write and brief compelling fundraising copy that motivates and inspires.

• Experience briefing and working alongside agencies, consultants or external suppliers to deliver activity to deadlines.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities in a busy environment, with excellent attention to detail.

• A collaborative and innovative mindset with a desire to test, learn, and work cross-functionally.

• Comfortable in a changing environment where priorities shift, and willing to take on new areas as the team's needs and your own development require.

• A strong belief in the work we do at PCR, and a demonstrable desire to improve outcomes for patients through our work in fundraising.

Desirable:

• Experience of regular giving retention, upgrade or reactivation activity.

• Experience of telemarketing or direct mail campaigns, including briefing agencies and managing data selections.

• Experience working with a CRM system, particularly Access CRM, and with donation platforms such as Fundraise Up.

• Knowledge of WordPress website optimisation and landing page build, or a strong desire to learn.

• Experience working within Agile project management frameworks.

• Ability to utilise and integrate AI tools and workflows such as Microsoft Copilot including agents to improve effectiveness, efficiency and outcomes where appropriate.

The Environmental Justice Foundation (EJF) is seeking an experienced and creative communications professional to join our growing international team working to deliver conservation impact and protect the basic human right to a secure natural environment. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the implementation of EJF’s content and digital communications, ensuring our investigations and advocacy are presented with clarity and impact. This role manages colleagues in the communications team as well as working closely with campaigners, researchers, investigators, project leads and filmmakers across four continents.

Key responsibilities
1. Content strategy and production
● With senior team members, support the development of a comprehensive comms strategy prioritising campaign outcomes across EJF’s strategically important nations and regions.

About the team

The Philanthropy Team raises income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 15 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c.£11 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years. The team is led by two Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships. 

The Philanthropy Team works with major donors, corporates and grant making trusts, as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure we make a compelling case to generate new financial commitments and wider support for our work. The team also deliver a high-quality engagement programme of volunteering and pro bono for Impetus’s corporate supporters.

About this role

The Development Director (Philanthropy) provides strategic leadership across Impetus’ philanthropy and stewardship portfolio, with responsibility for relationship management, renewal, growth and selected new business activity. The postholder will work with high-value funders, including corporate partners, trusts and foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.

In 25/26, the Philanthropy and Partnerships team generated £11m in philanthropic income, alongside £2.8m in pro bono contributions. The Development Director will play a key role in delivering Impetus’ growth ambitions, supporting the increase in philanthropic income to £14m by 2029. 

Working closely with the Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships, the role will translate the fundraising strategy into clear stewardship, renewal, relationship-growth and selected new business plans, ensuring strong donor retention, high-quality engagement and sustainable growth in high-value income.

Working closely with the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships, the postholder will oversee the donor lifecycle across the philanthropy portfolio, with particular focus on strategic stewardship, renewal, relationship growth and the effective transition of selected prospects into long-term donor relationships. They will personally lead and support significant six and seven-figure donor relationships and selected funding opportunities, while working with colleagues to ensure the philanthropy pipeline, stewardship plans and account management disciplines are strong.

Working collaboratively across the Philanthropy and Partnerships team and with colleagues across the organisation, the Development Director will ensure a joined-up approach to donor stewardship, renewal, relationship growth and selected donor acquisition, maximising income, partnership value and long-term impact within the agreed fundraising strategy.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management & Growth

• Own and oversee strategically significant donor and partner relationships at six and seven-figure levels, ensuring high levels of retention, satisfaction, trust, income growth and long-term value.
• Set and embed best practice stewardship standards, ensuring donors receive timely, consistent, high-quality and relevant engagement and communications throughout their relationship with Impetus.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth transition between new business, and long-term stewardship.
• Ensure account plans for priority donors and partners include clear renewal and growth pathways; engagement and risk-management plans.
• Act as senior relationship owner where required, modelling strong stewardship and coaching the Head of Philanthropy and other colleagues to navigate complex or sensitive relationships.

New Business: Pipeline & Conversion 

• Personally lead on select six and seven-figure level priority prospects and strategic funding opportunities, managing the full fundraising cycle from qualification to close.
• Work with trustees, senior volunteers and networks to support warm introductions, relationship development and follow-up, in line with agreed new business and stewardship priorities.
• Work with colleagues to translate Impetus’ impact, evidence base and venture philanthropy model into compelling propositions for donors, prospects and priority audiences.

Performance and KPI Reporting

• Accountable for ensuring effective implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of fundraising performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting disciplines.

About the role

EJF's Ocean team investigates and documents illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing and the human rights abuses that so often go with it - forced labour and trafficking, physical violence, and deaths at sea. Working alongside local partners, fishing communities and crew, our investigators gather first-hand testimony, vessel and ownership data, satellite tracking analysis, supply chain data and film in ports and fishing grounds across the planet, building evidence that stands up to legal, political and media scrutiny.

This role exists to turn this evidence into action. As Senior Oceans Campaigner you will deliver the advocacy and campaign strategy for the Ocean programme: understanding the specific changes we are seeking, identifying the decision-makers who can deliver them, and designing the sequence of pressure, persuasion and partnership that moves them. You will turn investigations into campaign propositions and drive delivery from launch through to the moment a regulation is tightened, a licence revoked or a supply chain cleaned up.

You will do this across several audiences at once: governments in market, coastal and flag states, parliamentarians and regulators, international fora, and the seafood industry. Current priorities include a push for full transparency in the global fishing industry through our Global Charter for Fisheries Transparency; robust import controls and carding regimes in major seafood markets; ratification and enforcement of key labour rights conventions; an end to abusive trans-shipment at sea; beneficial ownership disclosure; and accountability for distant-water fleets operating in the waters of low-income coastal states.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver powerful advocacy and campaign plans for EJF's ocean priorities, setting clear objectives, targets, tactics and timelines for each

• Work with investigations, policy, film and communications colleagues to translate new evidence into campaign propositions, defining the ask, the audience and the timeline

• Map decision-makers, influencers and opposition across target governments, institutions and companies

• Identify and act on political openings, such as legislative reviews and treaty negotiations

• Prepare briefings, position papers and policy asks tailored to key audiences and lead meetings with senior decision-makers

• Press retailers, importers, processors and certification bodies to act on the abuses our investigations uncover, through direct engagement and public pressure as appropriate

• Work with the communications team to support the launch of films, reports and investigations for maximum political impact

This is a busy, hands-on role at the heart of YMCA South Midlands. You'll be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes: making sure our offices are organised, our systems work, our staff & visitors have what they need and problems are dealt with quickly and effectively.

No two days will be the same. One minute you might be sorting an IT issue or organising equipment for a new starter, the next you'll be coordinating a contractor, improving an office process, supporting a staff event or making sure our reception and shared spaces are running brilliantly.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play a key role in keeping YMCA South Midlands organised, efficient and running smoothly, including:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of our offices, ensuring they are organised, professional, welcoming and operating efficiently.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The People and Culture (P&C) Director works in a highly matrixed environment with staff from several functions across the global organisation. The postholder manages the HR team in IRC UK and is accountable for effective HR service delivery, HR compliance and continuous improvement within the scope of the People & Culture department, localising the IRC’s global people strategy. This position plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture that aligns with IRC’s values, through exceptional communication skills.

The role jointly reports into the UK Executive Director and Regional Director, P&C Europe – with additional reporting accountabilities to the UK Board’s People and Culture Committee. Working within global frameworks set by Global People & Culture, the role localises the implementation of People & Culture priorities and drives UK-specific change initiatives within IRC UK’s culture and regulatory environment.

As a member of the UK Senior Management Team (SMT), the role is jointly accountable for the delivery of IRC UK’s Strategic Plan, and has responsibility for the effective delivery of P&C priorities. The Director has a keen focus on building leadership competencies and organisational effectiveness.

Success in this role requires the ability to build strong relationships, influence decisions, and navigate multiple stakeholder perspectives to deliver effective people solutions within a matrix environment where accountability is shared.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. P&C Leadership (Advisory, Implementation, and Partnering) (25%)

• As a member of the UK Senior Management Team, assume collective accountability for the effective delivery of IRC UK’s Strategic Plan.

• Serve as an advisor and thought partner to the Executive Director and fellow SMT members on the UK application of IRC’s Global P&C strategy, and lead on strengthening IRC UK’s kind, inclusive and high-performing organisational culture.

• Support talent dialogues, performance conversations, and career development planning for IRC UK staff, embedding a culture of continuous learning.

2. Manage HR Service Delivery and Core Operations (~40%)

• Manage end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle; recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, performance and leave management, offboarding, and HR information systems, maintaining high-quality, context-specific P&C practices aligned with organisational standards.

• Provide leadership on UK employment law and regulation to the UK HR team, ensuring the HR team supports supervisors of UK staff in the management of their teams in a supportive and compliant way.

• Provide high quality HR partnership to the Refugee, Asylum and Integration (RAI) UK Director and team to support programme needs and donor requirements.

• Advise supervisors on appropriate disciplinary actions, coordinating with Global Employee Relations and Legal on complex or escalated disciplinary proceedings, to ensure fairness and compliance with employment law.

• Responsible for P&C reporting for the UK Board of Trustees and People & Culture Committee, and for the annual production of IRC UK's Gender Pay Gap and Ethnicity Pay Gap reports, in line with IRC's global P&C reporting standards and applicable UK statutory requirements.

• Support any organisational restructure requirements, including active management of any necessary staff consultation and resulting redundancy processes, by providing expert guidance to management and affected staff throughout the process.

• Track UK P&C objectives set by Global P&C and contribute HR input - organisational structure, position scoping, staffing analysis - to proposal design and grant review processes.

• Lead the delivery of regular staff engagement surveys, analysing data and proposing leadership actions in response.

3. Workplace Culture (~15%)

• Promote employee experience, engagement, and inclusion, and oversee the integration of IRC's Values (the ‘IRC Way’), People Manager Standards, and Employee Success Factors across the employee lifecycle.

• Implement safeguarding standards set by the global Safeguarding function across hiring and onboarding, and ensure the IRC Way and reporting channels are visible in all IRC UK locations.

• Serve as a local advocate for Employee Wellbeing, Employee Engagement, and Safeguarding priorities set by global functions, and role model safe, inclusive, and caring leadership standards.

• Operate and promote collaboration in a highly matrixed environment where several units intersect and work together to reach joint decisions.

4. Trade Union Relationship (~20%)

• Working with the UK Executive Director, maintain the relationship with UK Trade Union (Unite) representatives, and negotiate and consult via the quarterly Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC), driving progress on policy and annual salary review negotiations.

• Develop and manage union engagement and communication plans that support open, honest, and productive dialogue across the office.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Fundraising Qualification, Chartered Institute of Fundraising, or equivalent

We are looking for a compassionate, confident and experienced Liaison and Diversion Team Lead to provide day-to-day leadership for our Liaison and Diversion outreach team in Surrey.

Working in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, you will support the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective services for vulnerable people who have come into contact with the criminal justice system. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining operational leadership, staff supervision, partnership working and a reduced caseload of complex and high-risk clients.

You will lead and support a team of practitioners, help manage service performance and quality, and work closely with health, social care, criminal justice and voluntary sector partners to improve outcomes for people experiencing mental health difficulties, substance misuse, homelessness, learning disabilities, neurodiversity and other complex needs.

Key responsibilities:

Leadership and Operational Management

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the Liaison and Diversion team.
• Support the recruitment, induction and development of staff and volunteers.
• Conduct regular supervision, appraisal and performance reviews for team members.
• Support staff wellbeing and promote a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe working environment.
• Provide management cover and deputise for the Catalyst Senior Manager when required.
• Lead team meetings and case discussions.
• Support the implementation of organisational policies, procedures and best practice guidance.
• Monitor staffing capacity and workload allocation to ensure safe and effective service delivery.

Clinical and Case Management

• Hold a complex caseload requiring enhanced intervention, multi-agency coordination and risk management.
• Support staff in managing complex cases involving mental health difficulties, substance misuse, homelessness, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, safeguarding concerns and social vulnerability.
• Formulate support and risk management plans.
• Ensure safeguarding concerns are identified, escalated and managed in accordance with local safeguarding procedures.
• Support clients to access appropriate health, mental health, housing, welfare, treatment, recovery and community support services.
• Promote recovery-focused and trauma-informed practice across the service.
• Ensure service users are supported to engage effectively with criminal justice processes and community services

Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Police, Courts, Probation, Youth Justice Services, NHS organisations, Local Authorities and voluntary sector partners.
• Represent Catalyst and the Liaison and Diversion Service at internal and external meetings.
• Promote integrated working across health, criminal justice and community services.
• Support the development of pathways that improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
• Facilitate joint working and information sharing arrangements in accordance with GDPR and information governance requirements.
• Act as a key contact for partner agencies and support the resolution of operational challenges

Service Development and Quality Improvement

• Support the Catalyst and SABP Service Managers in developing and improving service delivery.
• Contribute to service reviews and quality improvement projects.
• Identify gaps in local provision and support the development of new partnerships and initiatives.
• Promote innovation and evidence-based practice across the service.
• Participate in contract monitoring and performance reporting processes.
• Support the development of community resources that enhance recovery, diversion and social inclusion

Performance and Governance

• Monitor service activity and outcomes to ensure contractual and organisational requirements are achieved.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of client information on case management systems
• Carrying out service audits, and following thought to ensure all requirements are met.
• Maintain compliance with information governance, confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection requirements.
• Prepare reports, performance information and outcome data as required.
• Ensure all team members maintain accurate case records and complete mandatory training requirements.
• Contribute to risk management and incident reporting processes
