Your role

As a Philanthropy Manager, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:

• Growing and managing a portfolio of up to 70-90 major donors, to solicit and close five, six and seven figure gifts
• Building compelling cases for support that inspire and align with donors’ interests and identified needs
• Developing and hosting a small number of engagement, prospecting, and recognition events
• Providing excellent customer service and stewardship

About you

We’re looking for someone who loves meeting people and has a natural aptitude for selling and prospecting. You’ll thrive on developing relationships, inspiring others in the work of the RNLI. Your great communication skills will allow you to flex your style to a wider range of audiences, whether colleagues, senior stakeholders, donors or prospects. You’ll be self-motivated working as part of a remote team and be comfortable working outside regular office hours and travelling occasionally within the rest of the UK and Ireland as the job demands.

To be considered as a Philanthropy Manager, you will need:

• Ideally you will be able to have easy access to your key geographical areas highlighted above
• Relevant or transferable experience of account managing and developing and maintaining excellent relationships with individuals. You excel at Customer Service.
• Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external, securing and managing meetings with senior stakeholders, flexing style to the audience.
• Excellent numerical skills and ability to prepare financial information, and ability to discuss and present complex information, and the ability to communicate with passion and authority

Your role

Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialised nursing care and support for young people aged 13–24 with cancer. Every day, seven young people in the UK hear the words “you have cancer”, and Teenage Cancer Trust ensures they do not face it alone.

The charity funds specialist nurses and youth support teams in hospitals across the UK and provides vital emotional, practical and psychological support for young people and their families during and after treatment.

Regional fundraising is a core income stream for Teenage Cancer Trust, generating income through a combination of community and corporate fundraising. Supporters are often personally connected to the cause, including young people, families and communities directly impacted by cancer, making this a highly rewarding fundraising environment.

Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (West Scotland) to grow and develop income across the West of Scotland. With an individual income target of c.£130k and a combined Scotland regional target of c.£260k across East and West Scotland, this role will play a key part in strengthening existing relationships while identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities across a region with significant growth potential.

Reporting to the Regional Fundraising Area Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term supporter relationships and developing strategic area plans to maximise fundraising opportunities. You will also work closely with frontline nursing teams, volunteers and colleagues across the organisation, ensuring supporters experience the impact of their fundraising while helping identify new opportunities across both community and corporate audiences.

As Senior Relationship Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of community and corporate supporters across West Scotland
• Deliver an individual income target of c.£130k across community and corporate fundraising
• Develop strategic area plans to drive sustainable income growth
• Build, steward and retain high-value supporter relationships
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers, supporting their development
• Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities across community and corporate audiences
• Work closely with frontline teams to share powerful supporter stories and demonstrate impact
• Monitor income performance, manage pipelines and proactively mitigate risk
• Build strong relationships with volunteers, corporate partners and local communities
• Represent Teenage Cancer Trust across the region, building networks and raising awareness

Essential skills and experience:

• Experience of community, corporate or regional fundraising
• Proven ability to build and grow long-term supporter relationships
• Track record of delivering income against fundraising targets
• Excellent relationship-building, networking and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coach, mentor or support the development of colleagues
• Confident developing fundraising plans and identifying new income opportunities
• Good financial planning, pipeline management and reporting skills
• Excellent communication, influencing and storytelling skills

You’ll need access to a vehicle as there is a requirement to be able to travel across the region to attend meetings, events and training.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Knowledge of managing high-value or complex supporter relationships
• Exposure to both community and corporate fundraising
• Experience working with volunteers and close-to-cause supporters
• Knowledge of the West Scotland fundraising landscape, ideally Glasgow

The National Sales Support Manager will provide consistent, high impact support across Scope’s Retail Operation, focusing on engagement, training, onboarding and the delivery of national commercial initiatives.

In this role, you’ll

· Deliver training to shop teams and managers, supporting new initiatives (including eBay Live) and building capability through structured programmes.

· Provide onboarding for new managers and ongoing support for colleagues stepping into new or evolving roles, particularly during periods of change.

· Lead national commercial initiatives and use data-driven insights to improve shop performance through targeted support

· Plan and deliver focused interventions in priority shops, addressing challenges and embedding sustainable improvements.

· Support recruitment activity, including first-round interviews, where required.

· Collaborate closely with Area Managers and Retail Support teams, planning activity at a national level to maximise impact, and sharing best practice across shops.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and inspirational individual to lead our Patient Support service across Scotland & Northern Ireland. Data Management Officer
Salary: £17.90p/h (£35,000 per annum)
Location: Hybrid (Perth/Aberdeen) or Home-Based

Prospectus are excited to be supporting our client in their search for a Data Management Officer to join them on a temporary basis to help them through a period of change. SCAA plays a vital role in delivering pre-hospital emergency care across Scotland, and the Data Management Officer will play a crucial role in helping to ensure their supporter data, systems and insights are delivering maximum impact. This position offers £17.90 per hour, and is a full-time, temporary position for up to 6 months.

You will be an experienced Data Management Officer, combining technical expertise with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for using data to support charitable impact. You’ll be confident managing and developing CRM systems – ideally DonorFlex – ensuring data accuracy, integrity and accessibility. You’ll bring experience managing large datasets, with the ability to use data visualisation tools, and a solid understanding of fundraising data and compliance. You will be confident building relationships with key stakeholders and producing high-quality reporting that supports informed decision making. You’ll also be confident mapping and formalising processes to ensure the continuity, integrity and relevance of the data being processed and stored. You'll be the go-to person for CRM support, data governance and process improvement, helping colleagues use data effectively while ensuring compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the charity's CRM system, ensuring data quality, integrity and effective system performance through data cleansing, imports, integrations and process improvements.
• Maintain data structures, workflows, documentation and governance processes to support efficient and compliant operations.
• Provide CRM support and training to colleagues, working with software providers and third parties to resolve issues and optimise system use.
• Manage fundraising and lottery data imports, ensuring accurate income recording and reconciliation.
• Deliver audience selections, reports and dashboards to support fundraising, marketing, KPI tracking and organisational decision-making.
• Analyse supporter and campaign data to identify opportunities for donor acquisition, retention and growth.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, supporter preferences, Gift Aid requirements and data-related financial reporting.
• Work closely with Fundraising, Marketing and Finance teams to support audience segmentation, campaign performance and reporting.

• Provide ongoing guidance and support to CRM users across the organisation, promoting best practice in data management.
• Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and reporting, contributing to wider data and insights projects.
