As an EPRM you will be a key contributor to the regional strategy working very much in a one team environment whilst giving you the space to grow and develop your skills. Your role as EPRM will see you work directly with young people and teachers in schools that take part in Young Enterprise programmes such as company programme, day programmes and digital programmes. You will also oversee regional relationships, at local authority level or equivalent.
The EPRM role involves being flexible to the needs of the region and your team and to provide regional leadership. Some of the duties include, which is not an exhaustive list
- Deliver and or support the delivery of Young Enterprise programmes and services in schools, colleges, universities, and youth centres
- Work as part of the regional team to proactively identify and generate sources of local income to support YE programmes.
- Manage and monitor KPIs and local contracts associated with the above tasks through the regional operations plan set out by the Regional Manager.
- Work with the local YE Volunteer Team (LVT), providing support, direction and opportunities to engage with local activity, which may include fundraising, volunteering on programmes and / or promoting our programmes to new school
- Work closely with Programmes & Services team to support the development and delivery of our full suite of programmes, while also developing your own knowledge and understanding of our full suite of programmes and services to promote to schools.

Role Summary
With Alcohol Change UK’s innovative Try Dry® app welcoming more users than ever before, we are excited to be developing our offer to Local Authorities which will benefit from receiving valuable local health data trends and insights taken from our app. This role will be instrumental in designing a refreshed product, recruiting new Local Authorities to join us and providing ongoing support to them to make a real difference to those drinking at risky levels in communities across the UK.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Development of a Try Dry local product

With the Senior Digital Programme Manager, take learnings from existing contracts with Local Authorities and develop a refreshed package of support to market to Local Authorities, enabling them to gain valuable insights into the drinking behaviours of people in their local area

Develop professional, standardised reports to be shared with those who have signed up

Develop a ‘package’ of benefits (access to local data, insights, tailored marketing materials, additional support) that makes signing up a more compelling offer

Working with our digital agency, recommend ongoing technical improvements to the app and reporting platform to improve user experience
Recruiting to a Try Dry Local ‘network’

Recruit new Local Authority members to our Try Dry ‘network’ – presenting regularly to Local Authority clients and demonstrating the benefits of membership through presentations and marketing calls

With support from other staff, develop wider marketing approaches across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media advertising

Attend conferences, events and trade shows to advertise as appropriate

Work with colleagues in our Consultancy and Training team to explore opportunities for cross promotion
Relationship Management

Provide ongoing support to Local Authority clients, acting as a first point of contact

Bookmark began life just over five years ago with a clear mission; they want every child to read. Currently more than one in four children are leaving primary school unable to read well. About the role
As the Senior Philanthropy Lead at Bookmark, you will work with the Head of Fundraising to manage and grow our philanthropy portfolio within the wider strategy. You will lead a team of three to deliver on the fundraising strategy, line managing both the Philanthropy Manager and Senior Fundraising Executive. Your role will involve proactively researching and identifying new potential Bookmark major donors and working with trustees, staff, and the Partnerships Board to build a robust pipeline of supporters and secure introductions.
You will own and build a portfolio of new major donors through the full donor cycle who give £25,000 or more, ensuring a first-class cultivation and stewardship journey. You will create compelling, relevant, and tailored funding proposals, reports, and collateral to inspire and inform donors, reflecting Bookmark's strong brand. You will lead on the Philanthropy events strategy and program, providing support to the Philanthropy Manager and wider team in delivering income-generating, cultivation, and stewardship events.
In addition, you will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to ensure opportunities to maximize income for the fundraising team. You will devise and deliver annual plans, together with associated budgets, in line with the charity's strategic objectives. You will use Salesforce to manage the accurate recording and forecasting of major donor income, enabling efficient reporting and KPI management.
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have a successful track record in high-value fundraising and acquisition, including a proven track record of securing five or six-figure gifts to meet or exceed targets. You must have experience line managing individuals, nurturing their development, and managing their performance to achieve results. Ideally, you will have experience developing and managing a calendar of successful charity events that meet fundraising targets and managing or working with a fundraising board or high-value committee. You should have the skills to influence, motivate and persuade people to donate and experience writing successful, inspiring, emotive, and technically accurate cases for support and proposals tailored to a major donor audience.
You should be experienced in growing and managing a pipeline, planning for your portfolio, and increasing income.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Fundraising Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Income and Partnerships Development team. This person will be reporting to the Head of Partnerships and will coordinate all fundraising activities and volunteers from our alumni, sponsor firms and SEO London supporters. This will be a hands-on role that includes project management, teamwork, reporting and a proactive approach to fundraising initiatives. Additionally, responsibilities include the preparation of cases for support for funding applications and providing guidance for proposal drafting. Furthermore, the role involves maintaining and reporting on funding requirements, encompassing impact reports, milestones, and renewals.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Further Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategies: Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to further develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies. Execute fundraising plans to achieve income targets and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Grant Writing and Proposal Development: Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, government organisations and other donor oganisations. Prepare grant expressions of interest, proposals and applications that effectively communicate the need for our work and SEO London’s mission, programmes, and impact.
- Fundraising Events Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, including F1 challenges, Royal Parks Half Marathon and any other fundraising activities. Oversee all aspects of event logistics, marketing, sponsorship, and volunteer coordination.
- Fundraising Volunteers Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of volunteer interactions and contributions using excel and other tools. Volunteers to include sponsor firm reps, alumni, our students and other SEO London supporters. Generate reports and analytics to track fundraising progress and campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all funder reporting obligations and milestones, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions of reports. Accurately recording and tracking donor contributions, pledges, and grants received.
- Marketing and communication: Work closely with the marketing and communication team to raise awareness of fundraising activities through campaigns on social media and other marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with programmes leads, finance team, marketing and alumni team, to engage firm volunteers, alumni, students and SEO London staff to have a big splash as to our fundraising activity.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, business administration, or a related field.
Candidates without a degree will be considered if they have at least 2 years relevant and relatable work experience in a similar role.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for applicants who have at least 2 years demonstrable experience in some of the following areas and will be willing to learn and develop others:
- Experience in fundraising, grant writing or related roles within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate and persuasive writing and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices, processes, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Passion for the SEO London’s mission and commitment to advancing change in the communities we serve.

Research Initiatives Manager

The Research Initiatives Manager is a crucial role at the College, as you will work closely with senior clinicians to lead a series of projects and activities to feed into the development and delivery of child-health research initiatives. The initiatives include research awards, research events and research capacity and capability building, by embedding academic skills into the paediatric workforce and enabling academic research.
As Research Initiatives Manager, you will also lead on the RCPCH Genomics Programme which aims to develop and deliver a series of resources and activities related to the integration of genomics services into mainstream paediatrics.
Based within the Research and Evidence team, you will be the operational lead for relevant Committees and working groups, acting as a representative of the College to represent the views of paediatricians, whilst ensuring timely reporting of progress to Project Boards.
You will also build and develop relationships with external stakeholders and work with the Head of Grants and Partnerships to identify sources of funding to support future work within the Research and Evidence remit.
With a degree or equivalent experience with a research, health science, life sciences or genetics/genomics component, you should have a proven understanding of the national funding landscape and infrastructure for clinical research.
You should have experience of collaborative ways of working across multidisciplinary teams and programmes of work, along with demonstrable experience of producing high quality written reports, documentation and promotional information suitable for a range of audiences.
With excellent organisational skills and an ability to adopt an orderly and precise approach to work, paying careful attention to detail and the ability to follow standard procedures and ways of working, you should also have demonstrable programme management skills, and be capable of working autonomously and taking personal responsibility for your projects.
Knowledge of research methodology, including data analysis, along with a project management qualification and an understanding of genomic medicine would be desirable. An understanding of the education and training pathways of paediatric healthcare professionals as well as experience of events management, would also be desirable.
The RCPCH has more than 22,000 members and fellows and employs around 200 staff, most of whom work in our London office in Holborn. We have smaller offices in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

About the role
As Senior Campaigns and Public Affairs officer, you will be responsible for the shaping Crisis’ political influencing strategies for our national campaigns.
Through our research of what works both in the UK and internationally, and our work supporting thousands of people who are homeless or at risk each year, Crisis has developed the solutions needed from Westminster Government to reverse the rising levels of homelessness and we campaign to secure the policy changes needed. With the right political will and leadership, homelessness can be ended.
This role will oversee design and delivery of creative public affairs tactics that will inspire politicians to support our campaigns. This includes overseeing our work to provide the secretariat for the APPG for Ending Homelessness, managing our monitoring and stakeholder relationships and proactively identifying local and regional influencing opportunities.
The role sits within the Campaigns Team in the Policy and Social Change directorate, but you’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams across the organisation to identify influencing opportunities, ensure our campaigns and public affairs activity have maximum reach and ensure people with lived experience are at the heart of our political influencing activity.

About you
You will have significant experience of working with politicians in Parliament or Government and will have experience of designing and delivering political influencing strategies to secure policy change. To be successful in this role you will have solid understanding of Parliamentary process and have worked on a range of tactics to raise the profile of issues in Parliament, with excellent political judgement and intuition.
Effective communication and ability to manage a range of internal and external stakeholders will be vital in this role in order to work collaboratively to further our campaigning objectives. You will have good ability to understand policy solutions and how best to communicate them to a range of audiences. Line management experience is desirable, but more crucially you will have experience of motivating teams or individuals to deliver results.
Understanding or knowledge of homelessness or housing policy is desirable. You may have experience in; public affairs, policy, communications and public relations.

Key focus areas
