As Legacy Stewardship Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of a best‑in‑class stewardship programme, combining personalised one‑to‑one relationships with high‑quality multi‑channel communications. What you’ll do

About you
You’ll be an experienced, confident relationship manager with a strong background in charity fundraising—ideally in legacies or supporter stewardship. You’ll bring:

The Conference Manager (FTC) plays a significant part in delivering Hospice UK’s programme of conferences for our hospice membership. As a newly created position, you will take the lead on our one-day conferences while also supporting the delivery of our annual National Conference.
Our conferences are central to our strategic aim of bringing the sector together to share expertise, collaborate and celebrate innovation. Your work will ensure our conferences are delivered to a high standard and that hospice delegates have access to relevant and timely learning opportunities.

The Team
The Conference team is made up of the Senior Conference manager and the Programmes Team Administrator, with support from the Deputy Director of Programmes, Director of Programmes and subject matter experts across the organisation.
It is a mighty team of two, managing a portfolio of 5 in person conferences across the year, from our role focused one-day conferences of around 130 - 150 delegates to our annual National Conference, which welcomes over 1000 delegates.Our team works across the organisation and collaborates with lots of internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and be confident building relationships with a wider range of stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Proven experience of organising in person conferences, events or seminars (or similar complex activities) for around 130 people or more
- Ability to distil conversations, feedback and discussions into actionable insights that support effective planning.

The Operations and Development Manager is a senior leadership role at AALT, responsible for ensuring the organisation’s operational effectiveness, financial stability, and long-term sustainability.

This role is central to Greenpeace UK’s legacy programme, managing a varied caseload from straightforward estates to complex and high-value cases. As a newly created position, it brings legacy administration fully in-house and will play a key role in ensuring income is realised in full, accurately managed, and delivered in line with best practice.
As Legacy Case Manager, you will:
- Manage a caseload of residuary, pecuniary, life interest, discretionary, and high-value legacies, including contentious cases
- Lead on the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the legacy income budget and mid year forecasts, working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues to provide accurate, timely projections and variance analysis
- Work closely with internal teams and build effective external relationships with solicitors, executors and families to support positive outcomes
- Identify and resolve complex issues involving probate, trusts, tax, property, or litigation
- Represent Greenpeace UK externally with professionalism, fostering constructive relationships with pledgers, executors, solicitors, and sector peers

Essential skills and experience:
- Substantial experience in charity legacy and estate administration, both contentious and non-contentious
- Significant knowledge of probate, trusts, tax, and property issues relevant to legacy casework

Within the Fundraising and Audience Development team the post holder will work closely with peer managers on areas such as supporter journey planning, developing CRM integration with platforms such as MailChimp for integrated marketing opportunities, providing accurate and useful reporting and CRM dashboards, and processes for prospect research and pipeline management. This role has line management responsibility for the Fundraising and Engagement Administrator.
This role would suit someone who has experience of fundraising operations, supporter care or database functions within a fundraising team. About the Role
Too many young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) face a sharp drop in support as they transition into adulthood. This role sits within an ambitious new programme, Ending the Cliff Edge, designed to change that.
As Partnerships and Best Practice Lead, you will play a central role in building a national, cross-sector alliance of young people, families, practitioners, organisations and service providers. Together, this alliance will drive meaningful reform and create better pathways into adulthood for disabled young people.
This is an opportunity to help shape a new initiative from the ground up—spreading best practice, testing innovative approaches, and building strong evidence of what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a broad collaborative partnership of cross‑sector organisations, providers, and experts to achieve collective ambition of driving improvement in transitions support.
- Refine, capture and share best‑practice models for supporting disabled young people into adulthood, ensuring they are evidence‑informed and accessible.
- Support partner organisations to design, adapt and deliver pilots that test innovative approaches and generate strong evidence of impact.
- Expand Kids’ national reach by growing the number of young people supported through improved transitions pathways, and increasing the number of businesses and providers engaged.
- Act as the central link between Kids’ direct delivery and wider national partners, ensuring learning is shared widely and consistently.
- Represent Kids externally as a champion for high‑quality transitions support, contributing to sector learning, collaboration and thought leadership.
About You
You are a confident relationship builder with experience of working across sectors and bringing people together around a shared goal. You’re comfortable working in a developing programme environment, able to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and turn ideas into action.
You are motivated by improving outcomes for disabled young people and have a strong understanding of the barriers they face.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience of partnership development and cross-sector collaboration
- Experience identifying and sharing best practice, and translating learning into practical resources
- Ability to coordinate and support pilot projects, including stakeholder engagement and evaluation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of challenges faced by disabled young people transitioning to adulthood
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences

The role (what you’ll actually do)
As Head of Fundraising & Communications, you will:
