About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional People Advisor to join our People and Culture team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with advanced HR advisory duties including case management, training delivery and deputising for the Head of People and Culture. This role may suit an experienced People Administrator looking for career advancement, or an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new opportunity.

About you
We are looking for a proactive and visible finance professional who is able to engage and build relationships across the organisation as a pivotal member within a values-led high performing organisation. About the role
The role will involve the management of the day-to-day financial activities, VAT, gift aid, payroll and the monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and statutory accounts preparation. The job holder will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Finance Officer and volunteers within the team. There will be a requirement to work closely with the income generating staff, budget holders, auditors, banks and credit card providers on a regular basis. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Finance Officer and Finance volunteer.

We are looking for a dedicated Advocacy Campaigns Manager to join Action Against Hunger UK's Advocacy Department. About the role
We’re looking for a Social Care Support Coordinator with experience of person-centred, low level social care support to service users, to join our vibrant and fast paced, fully remote, Central Support team. This team provides an an additional point of entry to Young Lives vs Cancer’s services, alongside the local social work teams based in hospitals.
This mixed team of staff and volunteers delivers UK-wide timely and compassionate digital and phone-based support to young people with cancer, and families of children with cancer. You will also be the first point of contact for phone, email and web-chat enquiries from people and organisations in their wider support network. In addition, you will hold your own caseload of young people and families who you will provide regular telephone check-in support.
This role is a 28-hour-per-week post, and the successful candidate must be available to work on Tuesday, Wednesday & Fridays. Final working-day patterns will be discussed at interview, but all hours must fall within our core hours of 09:00–17:00.
This post also includes a flex-up component, which allows the team to respond to increased demand or cover absence. It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to take on additional hours (up to a maximum of 35 hours per week), as required by business need. Additional hours will be paid at a day rate, and your availability will be discussed with you at the time.
The Central Support and Social Care team is fully remote and home-based; all work will be completed at a distance. Laptop and phone will be provided

What will I be doing?

About the role
Our Welfare Officers provide direct and impactful welfare support to RAF personnel and their immediate family. As a trusted and confidential source of support, you will assist our service users with challenges they are facing, from mental ill-health, difficult relationships, domestic abuse, financial and cost-of-living concerns, resettlement, housing, childcare, equality issues, bereavement, military discharge or deployment and many more - no day will be the same, as such this is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the Welfare sector.

Our service is transitioning to become more accessible and inclusive, digital technology plays a key role in this, as such you will use digital technologies to complement and enhance processes and service user experience.
You will play an active role within the community, promoting the service through the delivery of presentations and representing the service at public engagement events. You will also work closely with RAF welfare teams, local authorities, health, education, civilian agencies, charities and other military organisations to ensure the best outcome for the service user.

About the role
As the Senior digital insight analyst, you’ll lead on our digital analytics to ensure we have high quality, reliable insight that drives better user experience across all our digital products and improves our digital performance.
You’ll take ownership of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) , ensuring our tracking and reporting is accurate, insightful, and aligned with our broader data strategy. What You’ll Be Doing
As our Individual Giving Assistant – Supporter Retention & Development, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our fundraising campaigns and projects, helping to retain and maximise the lifetime value of our supporters. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our donors, providing exceptional supporter care and ensuring every supporter feels valued. Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding to supporter enquiries by phone and email, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and with care
- Thanking donors and personalising communications to build strong relationships
- Accurately recording and processing donations, including “in memory” gifts, and updating supporter records on our database
- Supporting the delivery of fundraising campaigns, including creating timing plans, checking data, and monitoring stock levels
- Managing invoices and supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Working with colleagues and volunteers to deliver the best possible supporter experience
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an enthusiastic team player with:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support the team as needed
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience with customer databases is desirable)

Previous experience in customer or supporter service, office administration, or the charity sector is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.

About the Role
As Programme Coordinator for Money Heroes, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship primary programme, helping children develop financial capability.
You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and Money Heroes team to:
- Coordinate teacher training events and programme delivery
- Support marketing, promotion, and social media campaigns
- Coordinate content development and website updates
- Help monitor and evaluate programme impact
- Provide high-level customer service to teachers, educators, and YE colleagues

- Support the delivery of the Money Heroes teacher training and mentoring offer, helping educators feel confident and well supported.
- Keep track of programme activities using databases and spreadsheets, including teacher and parent sign-ups and training or mentoring events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and Programme Manager to support the growth and visibility of the programme, including contributing to marketing communications and coordinating activity to maintain engagement.
A few practical things
- This is a hybrid role based in London or Oxford, with a minimum of 8 office days per month
- The contract runs until December 2027
