Contract: 9-month FTC

We are pleased to be working with a lovely national learning disability charity, whose vision is to create a future where learning disabled people can live the best life possible. This exciting new role will act as a transformation catalyst, reimagining and re-purposing day opportunities across Flintshire and North Wales.
As the Project Development Lead, you’ll design and deliver innovative programmes that help people achieve “Gloriously Ordinary Lives”, building independence, confidence and pathways to meaningful employment. You’ll collaborate with commissioners, education partners and community organisations to develop a new autism service and create tailored, person-centred projects that empower individuals to reach their goals.
To be successful as Project Development Lead, you will need:

  • A proven experience delivering multiple projects successfully.
  • A person-centred, strength based approach with a passion for supporting learning disabled and autistic adults.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to engage confidently with families, employers and partners.
