The Church of England's Net Zero Carbon Programme is working to reach net zero carbon across the energy used to heat, light, and power all of its buildings, including 16,000 churches, 42 cathedrals and over 4500 schools.
As Comms Lead for the Net Zero Carbon Programme, you will deliver the programme's communications strategy, working with colleagues and stakeholders across the Church to tell stories of progress and inspire action.
As well as copywriting skills, you will have an excellent eye for design and branding and will need experience in commissioning and managing external freelancers and agencies and maintaining budgets. You'll create engaging content across a wide range of channels, from blogs, reports to videos, campaigns and social media.

In this role you will:

Role summary
The Communications & Marketing Manager will manage the Ben Kinsella Trust's day-to-day communications, marketing and campaigning activity, helping to raise awareness of our work, engage key audiences and support the charity's objectives.
This is a hands-on role that combines communications, digital marketing, CRM management, data insight and project management. The postholder will plan, create and deliver content across the charity's channels, including email marketing, websites, social media and paid advertising, using data, testing and performance insight to continually improve engagement and impact.

It is an integral part of Sound Minds’ Canerows programme; a user led service working to improve the lives of people who are overcoming mental health challenges.
Mental Health Peer Support gives emotional support and promotes access to information and practical advice to people experiencing mental health difficulties.
As a Peer Support Worker, you will draw on your own direct lived experience of mental health difficulties to support other people through time-limited 1-2-1 sessions. Peer Support Workers at Sound Minds work collaboratively with the Sound Minds team and our partners at South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust. They offer educational, emotional and practical support towards goals that are defined by the client.
Peer Support Workers are supported through peer support training and regular supervision. Personal lived experience of mental ill health is essential for this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Communications and Marketing Manager with excellent organisational
skills to develop, implement and manage effective communication strategies for a charity based in the
healthcare sector, with a national and local reach across the UK and Ireland.
You’ll have demonstrable experience in planning and implementing different communications strategies

We have an exciting 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity as a Community Fundraising & Engagement Officer at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association, you will help shape and grow support across Northern Ireland for people affected by motor neurone disease by helping to generate vital income that enables us to deliver our mission.

Introduction to the role
As an Associate Product Manager at Full Fact, you will be part of a team that helps tackle the spread of misleading, dangerous claims and hold those responsible to account.
You will be responsible for engaging and growing Full Fact’s audiences through website and email channels. Working collaboratively with colleagues across different teams, the successful candidate will be a self-starter, taking a data-driven approach to develop creative strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and user journeys.

Job Definition
Website
Assist with the delivery of Full Fact’s website product roadmap in. Tasks include: frontend redesign and functionality, CMS development.
Contribute to prioritisation of backlog based on user needs and analytics.
Manage and optimise engagement tools such as popups and email sign up journeys.
Manage the MailChimp platform.
Provide technical support for team members in building Full Fact’s weekly email newsletter.
Develop and optimise automated email journeys when required.
Analytics
Monitor and develop KPIs across email and website.
Run A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement when relevant.
Produce insights to inform product decisions.
Work with analytics tools (mostly Google suite) to improve tracking and reporting
Search Engine Marketing
Maintain and optimise the Google Ads Grants programme when capacity allows.
Support content teams to optimise SEM strategies including exploring GEO strategies where relevant.
What we are looking for from you

Understanding of public debate in the UK and sensitivity to the political context we work in.
Essential skills & experience
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Be highly organised with the ability to manage own workload
Able to work collaboratively with technical and content teams
Understanding information environment in which Full Fact operates
Sensitivity to the need for political impartiality in relation to Full Fact's work
Experience of delivering website improvements to enhance user experience
Experience managing CMS platforms
Experience managing email communication platforms (e.g. MailChimp)
Experience of utilising website analytics to inform website development
Proficient in Excel, data analysis and reporting
Understanding of SEM strategies and best practice
Desirable experience
Experience of working in the media and journalism landscape
Experience of Agile working
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or related tools
Experience conducting A/B or multivariate testing
What we offer
Starting salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

How the application process will work

The first round interviews will be a phone (not video) interview, lasting no more than half an hour, at a time that’s convenient for you. We will record it so at least two people can review each interview to decide who we invite back for the second round. The recordings will be deleted at the end of the process.
The second interview will be with the full panel by video and last no more than an hour. We’ll tell you everything you need to know to prepare, including anything we’d recommend reading in advance.

Our client is a music focused charity, headed by a leading UK music figure and they are looking for an Operations Officer to join a small, passionate team working towards a meaningful mission: helping ensure every child has access to music and creative opportunities.
This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys balancing administration, organisation, governance support and digital systems. No two days are quite the same. You might spend one morning coordinating a Board meeting and preparing papers, then move on to improving internal processes, supporting communications activity or helping keep key organisational records up to date.
What You'll Be Doing
Governance & Executive Support
Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers and minute taking.
Supporting the CEO and leadership team with diary management and scheduling.
Maintaining organised and compliant filing systems in line with GDPR and charity requirements.
Managing approval processes and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Operations & Administration
Maintaining and improving digital filing systems and internal processes.
Keeping databases and contact records accurate and up to date.

Finance & Reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records, receipts and approval documentation.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Interested in digital platforms and comfortable supporting social media activity when needed.

Experience within the charity sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
