The NIAS Creative Campus Events & Digital Administrative Assistant will support the smooth operation, promotion, and growth of the Creative Campus venue.

Collaboration with the Communications Department ensures language is trauma-informed and safeguarding-aware. Sensitive issues are handled ethically, reducing the risk of re-traumatisation and creating a digital environment where survivors feel seen, respected and safe.
Cross-department collaboration ensures campaigns, policy work, education programmes and fundraising initiatives are amplified effectively. This leads to increased attendance at training, stronger campaign mobilisation, greater public engagement and enhanced funding — all of which contribute to tangible protection and support for vulnerable girls and young women.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Volunteer Events Coordinator to manage activity experiences awarded to campaign winners and support the development of new partnerships.
This is a key operational role ensuring experiences run smoothly from planning through to completion, while also helping to secure activity sponsors for monthly charitable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage activity bookings for campaign winners through partner providers
Liaise directly with creators and winners to arrange meet and greet experiences
Collect availability from winners for experiences booked on their behalf
Confirm bookings, manage logistics, and communicate details clearly to all parties
Send reminders and follow ups to ensure experiences proceed as planned
Support post event engagement, including encouraging appropriate social sharing
Build and maintain strong relationships with activity providers
Proactively identify, approach, and secure activity providers willing to sponsor experiences for monthly charitable prize draws (ideally one per month)

This is a founding leadership role — you will help define the brand, tone, and public presence of MINDSET from the ground up.
What You’ll Lead
As our Head of Marketing & Communications, you will:
Shape and lead MINDSET’s national marketing and communications strategy
Build a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms
Manage and grow our social media presence with purpose and clarity
Create compelling content that inspires men, volunteers, and supporters
Oversee messaging for campaigns, programmes, events, and recruitment
Support fundraising and partnership communications
Guide a small team of volunteers (designers, social media leads, content creators) as the charity grows
Ensure everything we publish reflects our mission, values, and tone
This role is remote, flexible, and ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in just a few hours each week.

Our website editor volunteers promote the activities of our local volunteer groups and teams by helping keep their websites relevant, up to date and engaging for members of the public. Local websites are one of the places members of the public will look to find out more about Cats Protection. A positive local profile can help raise funds, promote adopting a cat, promote neutering and make sure as many people as possible learn about great cat welfare.

Who We Are
SUNSHINE is a brand‑new, grassroots, 100% volunteer‑powered charity on a mission to brighten the lives of people experiencing loneliness and social isolation. We’re small, passionate, and building something hopeful from the ground up. We’re awaiting our charity number — but our purpose is already alive and growing.
Now we need someone who can help us turn that purpose into a strong, sustainable, well‑run organisation.
Your Role: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
This is not just a role — it’s a partnership.
As our COO, you will be the No. 2 in the charity, working closely with our Founder & CEO to shape, manage and grow SUNSHINE during its most exciting and fragile early stages.
You will help transform a hopeful idea into a fully functioning, impactful charity.
You will:
Support the CEO in the day‑to‑day running and strategic development of the charity
Oversee operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely and with heart
Help build our internal structures, systems and processes from scratch
Support the Heads of Departments (Volunteering, Services, Marketing, etc.) to deliver their work effectively
Ensure good governance, compliance and best practice as we grow
Champion a positive, caring, sunshine‑filled organisational culture
Be a key decision‑maker, helping guide the charity through its early growth
Bring stability, clarity and leadership to a fast‑moving, hopeful start‑up environment
Your leadership will help us become a charity that people trust, love and feel safe turning to.
