Role Overview

As a Hr Admin, you will be a frontline advocate for fair and inclusive employee relations (ER) practices at QuilomboUK. You’ll manage ER cases, guide managers through complex performance and disciplinary matters, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture through proactive strategies. Your work will ensure HR policies and processes align with our mission, legal standards, and social justice values. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about resolving conflicts equitably and fostering an environment where everyone thrives.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations (ER) Case Management

• Handle end-to-end ER cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, absence management, and performance issues, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.

• Advise managers on ER processes, providing coaching on conflict resolution, documentation, and equitable decision-making.

• Document case outcomes meticulously and identify trends to recommend preventative measures.

Investigations & Compliance

• Support complex workplace investigations, gathering evidence, interviewing stakeholders, and drafting reports in collaboration with the Manager: Hr Admin.

• Ensure all ER outcomes comply with UK employment law, organisational policies, and QuilomboUK’s D&I principles.

• Mitigate organisational risk by maintaining accurate records and escalating high-risk issues promptly.

Workplace Culture & Engagement

• Design proactive ER initiatives (e.g., manager training on bias-free feedback, mediation programs) to promote a positive, inclusive culture.

• Partner with the People & Culture team to embed restorative practices and psychological safety in conflict resolution.

• Contribute to engagement surveys and action plans to address systemic employee well-being issues.

Policy Development & Implementation

• Collaborate with the Manager: Hr Admin to design, update, and implement HR policies that reflect QuilomboUK’s values, culture, and legal obligations.

• Communicate policies clearly to employees and managers, ensuring accessibility and understanding across all levels.

• Monitor policy effectiveness and propose adjustments to align with evolving organisational and social justice goals.

D&I Integration

• Apply a D&I lens to all ER processes, ensuring marginalised voices are heard and outcomes address systemic inequities.

• Advocate for inclusive practices in performance management, such as culturally sensitive feedback frameworks.

• Support initiatives that advance QuilomboUK’s external social justice partnerships and internal equity goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 -  2+ years in HR or employee relations, with hands-on experience managing disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases. Exposure to mission-driven or D&I-focused organisations is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices.

  • Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy, discretion, and cultural competence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for policy drafting and stakeholder guidance.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and case management tools.

• Knowledge: Understanding D&I frameworks, restorative justice principles, and trauma-informed HR practices.

Position Overview

As our Google Ad Grants Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding the reach of Solution Community's mission through strategic management of our Google Ad Grants account. Leveraging up to $10,000 per month in Google Search advertising, you will help connect volunteers, nonprofit partners, donors, philanthropists, and changemakers with our global community and initiatives.

What Will You Do?

• Manage Google Ad Grants Campaigns: Create, monitor, and optimize search campaigns utilizing our $10,000/month Google Ad Grants budget.
• Increase Mission Visibility: Develop keyword strategies and compelling ad copy that drive awareness, engagement, volunteer recruitment, nonprofit partnerships, and donor interest.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor campaign metrics including impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and quality scores to maximize impact and maintain grant compliance.
• Ensure Grant Compliance: Maintain adherence to Google Ad Grants policies and best practices to keep the account active and performing effectively.
• Conduct Keyword Research: Identify high-impact search opportunities that align with our mission, programs, and global initiatives.
• Analyze and Report Results: Track performance and provide recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and organizational reach.

As our Web & Digital Lead, you will look after our website and online presence to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays updated.

You will manage our Wix site, keep our shop and event listings running seamlessly, and upload new content and zines so our community can easily connect with our work.

This is a volunteer position. Your work in our purpose-driven collective will have a direct role in shaping the visual language of a justice-centred environmental movement.

What will you be responsible for?

1. Manage, update, and maintain the Wild We Stand website.

2. Set up and look after shop pages, digital downloads, and event ticketing.

3. Upload new graphics, zine PDFs, and content updates provided by the Visual and Editorial leads.

4. Fix any website glitches or tech issues to keep things running smoothly.

5. Commitment to a decolonised imagination that connects conservation to the intersections of wildlife and oppression.

6. An unwavering drive to confront the consequences of capitalism and systems of power with the urgency required for genuine change and justice.

What are we looking for?

1. Practical experience building and managing sites on Wix (or similar).

2. Comfort setting up simple online store features, digital downloads, and ticket links.

What Will You Do?

As Lead Grants and Foundations, you will:

• Fundraising strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding foundation, corporate, and government grant prospects.

• Grant writing and management: Oversee the entire grants lifecycle, from researching funding opportunities and writing compelling proposals to managing awards, ensuring compliance, and submitting reports.

• Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of grants professionals, such as grants managers and coordinators, to meet or exceed annual funding goals.

• Relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with foundation program officers and other institutional funders. Serve as the primary point of contact for major funders.

• Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with finance, programs, and leadership to develop grant budgets, gather data for proposals, and ensure funded projects are implemented successfully.

• Compliance and reporting: Ensure the organization adheres to all grant requirements, including financial and programmatic reporting, and prepares for audits.

• Financial oversight: Manage the grant budget and expenditure tracking, and provide financial reports to both funders and internal leadership

Wild We Stand is a fully volunteer-led collective and this is a volunteer opportunity. We are a flat collective where everyone belongs, a co-creation space where we get excited about your work, support your ideas, and want you to thrive with genuine freedom. Time Commitment: We’re looking for long-term collective members and partners. We’re flexible on time commitment but it would be ideal if you were excited and available to dedicate 5+ hours per week to Wild We Stand.

Location Policy: Fully Globally Remote. Must be available for 1-2 hours of meetings weekly within core UK hours to collaborate with the team.

What is the role?

As our Movement & Strategy Director, you will be the first new addition to our leadership team, and directly work alongside our co-founders to create narrative strategy and translate concepts into clear movement direction.

You will help us design strategy and structure to help grow the collective. We are just starting our journey or assessing membership models, grants, and creating project timelines to host more & bigger events and build a sustainable pathway to pay our collective members and founder.

This is a volunteer position. Your work in our purpose-driven collective will have a direct role in shaping the visual language of a justice-centred environmental movement.

What will you be responsible for?

1. Partner directly with our co-founders to finalise and launch our Manifesto, create our Narrative Strategy, co-design campaign concepts and strategic hooks

2. Help to build and launch a community membership model to generate revenue for bigger events, project budgets, and collective pay

3. Map out project timelines and strategic roadmaps to turn ideas into structured, executable campaign timelines

4. Identify and help to submit applications for grassroots micro-grants, council climate funds, and community pots

5. Commitment to a decolonised imagination that connects conservation to the intersections of wildlife and oppression

6. An unwavering drive to confront the consequences of capitalism and systems of power with the urgency required for genuine change and justice

What are we looking for?

1. Proven experience growing or co-leading a collective, non-profit, grassroots movement, or community initiative

2. Background or experience in narrative strategy, movement communications, campaign messaging, in related spaces (conservation, environment, culture, social justice, community)

3. A strategic mindset, excited to ideate, build and create

4. Ability to bring strategic timelines and structure while preserving our grassroots ethos

5. Self-directed initiative to take big concepts and turn them into clear, structured project plans

6. A collaborative, non-hierarchical mindset that thrives in a flat collective structure

About the role: 
 
We are looking for people to help at our Christmas 'Merry Moments' events taking place across November and December 2026. These event will be for disabled children, young people and their families to come along and and enjoy a fun filled sensory extravaganza. And we need extra peopel to support our team to make it all work. We will be running at least 3 Merry Moments events 2 in Windsor and 1 in Wokingham.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Volunteer to join our new community interest company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, as well as the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market. We are also looking for someone who has a genuine interest in counselling, therapy or mental health.

About Iceni Partnership 

The Iceni Partnership is a registered charity and social enterprise dedicated to promoting the economic, social, and environmental well-being of Swaffham and its surrounding villages. It acts as a focal point for community development by managing vital local assets and coordinating services to improve the area's overall quality of life.

The charity's primary aims and core activities are centred around Managing Community Facilities: The Iceni Partnership manages and operates the Swaffham Community Centre and the Assembly Rooms. These venues host a wide range of social groups, adult learning courses, and provide office space for vital support organisations, together with our Community Fridge that promotes saving food waste going to landfill. 

We need your expertise to ensure we remain financially sustainable, and legally and statutory compliant, so we can keep the Iceni Partnership Charity making a difference in the local community. 

The Role 
We are seeking a dual-hatted Company Secretary and Finance Director to ensure our operations are legally compliant, financially sound, and well-governed. You will work closely with our management team to ensure we have the solid infrastructure needed to maximize our social impact. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Finance Director 

As our financial lead, you will provide strategic oversight and guidance to fellow trustees and our team. Key responsibilities include: 

• Strategic Oversight: Advising the board on financial strategy, reserves, and long-term sustainability. 

• Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and annual accounts. 

• Governance: Ensuring robust financial controls are in place and that we remain compliant with Charity Commission guidelines. 

Company Secretary 

• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the charity submits its annual returns, reports, and accounts on time. Acting as the "guardian of governance" to ensure the board complies with its governing document (Articles of Association) and charity law.

• Record Keeping: Maintaining statutory registers, updating trustee details. 

About You: 

You do not need to have previous charity board experience; we welcome fresh perspectives. We are looking for someone with: 

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or corporate governance, ideally with charity sector knowledge. 

• You hold a relevant qualification in accountancy or possess equivalent demonstrable experience. 

• You understand the Companies Act 2006, Charity Governance Code, and charity law. 

• Proven history of adhering to regulatory frameworks 

• You are enthusiastic about our mission and eager to contribute your skills to help a small charity thrive.

Who are we? 

At Chapter2, a Reading-based charity that mentors fatherless boys through a network of 1:1 male volunteers. Our mentoring is long-term and activity based in order to develop meaningful trusted relationships that can have a positive impact on a boy's life. 

What sort of person are we looking for? 

If you are a man living within a 45-minute drive of Reading, Berkshire, then we’d love to hear from you. We recruit, train and match men with boys aged 8 - 16 that do not have a healthy male role model. Our mentoring is activity-based, and we match mentees with a mentor based on their shared interests. You will be committed to walking alongside your mentee for a minimum of 2 years; meeting him for 1-2 hours a week/fortnightly. Most of the mentoring is doing normal activities a father might do with his son ie go for a bike ride, kick a football around, take a walk, etc. We also offer montly group activities that you and your mentee can access for free. In the past these have included paintball, laser tag, bushcraft, footgolf, beach day, go karting, rock climbing, etc. 

What do we offer you? 

You will receive high-quality training at the beginning of your mentoring journey, as well weekly check-ins from your mentor manager, who will support you throughout your time as a mentor.  Additional training is also provided throughout your mentoring journey. Most activities mentors do with their mentees is free, but we do cover some expenses if an activity has an associated cost.
