Duties and responsibilities:
The purpose of the Programme Officer role is to support the successful delivery of the In2STEM Programme. You will be responsible for recruitment, managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts), and managing relationships with supporters and funders. You will also support the planning, delivery and evaluation of programme activities including training and inductions, placements, online workshops, competitions and celebration events.
Your specific duties will include:
Programme Delivery
- Managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts) from application stage to successful completion of the programme, including recruitment, matching, onboarding, troubleshooting throughout the programme and evaluation.
- Creating and developing engaging communication materials about the programme including video presentations, posters/flyers, case studies and website text and images.
- Monitoring student and volunteer (work experience host) applications to ensure targets and milestones are met.
- Maintaining up to date records via the programme database and ensuring data protection.
- Managing relationships with existing donors and supporters and networking to develop new relationships with prospective donors and supporters.

One in 20 adults in the UK has never learnt to read at all, but it is never too late to learn. Read Easy UK is a volunteer organisation that delivers one-to-one reading coaching to adults aged from 18-88 through a network of affiliated, locally run volunteer groups.
With its free, flexible, confidential approach, Read Easy encourages many people who are too embarrassed to join a class to come forward for one-to-one support. Each new reader is provided with their own personal Reading Coach, so that they can learn in private and at their own pace. Responsible for the planning, selection, budget and delivery of Army Cadet participation in national level ceremonial events including Festival of Remembrance, the Cenotaph Parade, national ceremonies, and state occasions.
This position is a permanent full time post (40 hours per week) which will be primarily office based in the successful candidate’s home region, however we would prefer a candidate to be located in the Aldershot area. In addition, the post holder will have to be prepared to travel. The starting salary for the post will be £34,190.73 per annum.

ISIRV has reached an exciting stage of development and we are now looking for an experienced, qualified Finance Manager (CCAB or equivalent), to guide and support the Society through this next phase of growth. Key responsibilities
Working alongside ISIRV’s Treasurer, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the Society’s strategic and operational budgeting, financial planning, monitoring and control. How we work
The BHMA operates as a remote team however the hub is in the Bath/Bristol area with our AGM & a conference to be held near Bristol in 2024. We have 2-3 evening Zoom meetings per month and our remote administrator works mornings.

Responsibilities of our CRM Project Manager:
The CRM Project Manager will work closely with the wider CRM Project team and will be responsible for providing comprehensive project management for the delivery of a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
