About the role:
The roles primary function is to lead the operational teams and lead on strategic development and growth across the region. The post holder will model the organisations values; people focus, can do, excellence and mutual respect.
The Deputy Director leads the strategic development and transformation of Family Action services across the Central region, and implements the organisation’s strategic plan and its 5 key objectives. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, partnership, service development, and system leadership across sectors. It requires inclusive leadership and the effective line management of Operational Managers and one Assistant Director.
The role has responsibility for service delivery, risk management, performance, quality and practice, safeguarding, income generation and budgets across the region. The post holder drives accountable leadership, innovation, co-creation, and continuous improvement across all the Central region. The Deputy Director will be an excellent communicator, highly resilient, and a decision maker, while always championing Family Action’s values in delivering inclusive, outcome-focused support for children, families, young people and adults.
Main Responsibilities:
· Be accountable for service delivery across the region, contractual performance, safeguarding, quality assurance, risk management, ensuring services meet regulatory standards, delivering positive outcomes and embedding equality, diversity and inclusion in everything we do.
· Lead senior stakeholder engagement and foster strong cross-sector partnerships across the geographic area.
· Line manage Operational Managers, and an Assistant Director, oversee budgets to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery. Champion the sharing of learning, development of staff and volunteers and best practice across services to support continuous improvement and innovation.
· Strategic and accountable leadership, leading the region by motivating and galvanizing the team to achieve innovation, growth and quality services maximising outcomes for the people we support
· Working alongside the Business Development & Corporate and Marketing team, drive the region’s income generation through generating and responding to new opportunities, and by leading innovative service design and modelling.
· Be part of a dynamic and supportive team of other regional and national Deputy Directors, sharing and influencing cross-organisational decision making, resource allocation, strategy and organizational development and leadership.

· Passionate about social justice and improving the life chances and supporting children, young people and adults who experience disadvantage.
· We are looking for someone who has senior level leadership and management experience and expertise in at least one of the settings in social care, health, young people and community sector. Creative Health Service Delivery Manager

The Role
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Digital Content & Communications Manager; a creative all-rounder who thrives on “doing,” not just talking strategy. You’ll have ownership of our digital content: crafting impactful videos, visuals, and copy for our social channels and websites, and creating engaging resources for marketing, learning and programme delivery. You’ll energise our digital platforms while continuously improving their effectiveness and reach.
This role is delivery-first: you’ll “own” the hands-on creation, scheduling, and optimisation of digital content. You’ll have input into what and when we share and will help shape digital plans, but the heart of the job is practical content production and sharing. Press and comms partnerships are supporting responsibilities, not the main focus.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Content Creation & Delivery (Primary)
- Design, produce, and post engaging multimedia assets (video, graphics, infographics, stories) for social media, and our websites.

2. Social Media & Community Building

3. Learning & Programme Resource Design

4. Marketing of Programmes
- Provide marketing support to the programmes team to help promote our programmes to schools and other charities primarily through developing marketing collateral and supporting outbound email campaigns

About Barnet African Caribbean Association
Barnet African Caribbean Association is a small but long-standing registered charity dedicated to supporting older. Many of our members live with long-term health conditions such as the effects of stroke or dementia.
We run a weekly day centre on Tuesdays, where we bring people together to enjoy a hot meal, social activities and companionship. Job title: Fundraising Manager
Reports to: Head of Fundraising

Objective:
2wish exists to provide support to anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under.
Aims:
- Ensure every Emergency Department has a suitable bereavement suite
- Ensure that bereavement boxes are available at each of these hospitals
- Ensure that immediate bereavement support is available for all affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
- Provide a professional counselling service and other therapies for those affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
- Provide support to individuals who witness the sudden death of a child or young person
- Provide support and training to professionals from any sector who may be affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
- To advocate and campaign on behalf of suddenly bereaved families
2wish Cymru and 2wish:
2wish has been established since 2012 and has grown from strength to strength. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.
We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under in Wales. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of the families, so they don't have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.
We were founded as a Welsh organisation. However, in January 2024 we expanded in to Phase 1 of England (Chesire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somserset) and in July 2025, we expanded in to Phase 2 (Merseyside, Devon and Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Context of role:
2wish support anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We provide immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong track record in fundraising. This is both a hands-on role and is pivotal to the ongoing success of our fundraising targets. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and being responsible for a small team of fundraisers, you will lead and motivate the team to reach their full potential.
Main duties:
Management & Service:
- To line manage the regional fundraising team
- To execute the organisation’s business plan
- To assist in the planning of any expansion into England, managing any staff recruited during the early days of growth
- To establish fundraising communities by recruiting volunteers, engage with corporate partners and develop and maintain relationships with volunteers.
- To monitor branding and to ensure a consistent approach regarding literature, publications, promotions, partnerships, and social media
- To perform daily leadership and management duties for the Fundraising Team
- To conduct weekly team meetings and assign achievable goals with the support of the Head of Fundraising

It is the nature of the work that tasks and responsibilities are in many circumstances unpredictable and varied. All employees are therefore expected to work in a flexible way and tasks, which are not specifically covered in their job description may have to be undertaken.

Salary: Starting salary of £32,000 per annum
Contract type: 12-month, full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Hours: Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, although alternative hours may be worked with line manager agreement. Work outside office hours may sometimes be necessary and will be compensated for by time off in lieu.
Annual leave: 28 days plus bank holidays. Annual leave steadily increases after five years of service. Annual leave and statutory holidays are calculated on a pro rata basis where applicable.
Pension: 2wish operate a contributory pension scheme. 2wish will auto-enrol you into the scheme in accordance with it's auto-enrolment obligations. About the role
You’ll be joining the partnerships team, which is a key role within the fundraising department and part of our wider Income Generation directorate. The Partnership Activation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a variety of Factory International’s Corporate Partners, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring optimal value through exceptional account management and delivery of all rights and benefits outlined in our partnership agreements. Responsibilities include managing multiple partnerships, coordinating events and activations, facilitating ticket bookings and creating tailored hospitality packages. Additionally, the role involves providing programme updates, conducting regular partnership meetings, and tracking and reporting on partnership progress. We’re a collaborative team, managing relationships with numerous internal and external stakeholders, so this dynamic role requires a team player who has a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.

The key responsibilities for the Partnership Activation Manager include;
- Deliver a range of corporate partnerships and associated activity in collaboration with Factory International teams

- Track, document and present partnership progress at internal and external meetings
- Provide expert stewardship to Partners, including senior stakeholders
- Support renewals by working with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities, track/report on activity, and develop opportunities to increase support
- Maintain accurate partnership records in CRM (Spektrix), including activity, ticket bookings and contacts
- Facilitate onboarding of new partners, ensuring processes and procedures are followed
- Support the planning and delivery of a year-round calendar of partnership events, working with the Partnership Activation Lead and wider team
- Manage ticketing, hospitality and event logistics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead on the delivery of activations such as pop-ups, campaigns, placements, volunteer opportunities and other partner event or activation formats
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of all partnership activity, including timely project management of all activities and communications
- Assist the Partnership Activation Lead with large-scale activations and supporting account management for multi-year, high-value partners (e.g. Aviva naming rights partnership)
- Contribute to departmental needs and events as required, including those led by other Partnership Managers and prospecting events
- Support process mapping and implementation of improved systems across the Partnerships team
