About the role
As a Health Analytics Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping how data and evidence are used to inform understanding, influence decision-making, and drive action on cardiovascular disease across the UK. Working within the Health Insights team in the Medical Directorate, you’ll ensure the British Heart Foundation (BHF) remains intelligence-led across its operations.
This is a senior analytical role where you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality population health and healthcare analytics, ensuring robust, evidence-based insights inform strategic priorities, policy development and organisational decision-making. About you
As our ideal candidate, you’ll have:
• A degree in a quantitative field such as medical statistics, epidemiology, health services research, biomedical research, or equivalent experience (postgraduate qualification desirable).
• Strong experience in a senior analytical role, ideally within a health-related environment, with expertise in population health, epidemiology, or healthcare analytics.
• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets, using a range of data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools.
• Strong experience delivering high-quality, public-facing analysis and translating complex statistical and scientific evidence into clear, accessible insights for varied audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including in external or media settings.
• Experience developing dashboards, models, and reporting tools to support decision-making and promote data-driven practices.
• Experience line managing or developing analysts, maintaining high analytical standards and supporting capability growth.
• You’ll bring strong technical expertise in tools such as R or Python, SQL, and visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, alongside advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• You’ll be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines, with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. A collaborative and proactive approach is essential, as is the confidence to challenge thinking and champion an evidence-based culture.

Open Door North East is seeking a compassionate, organised and practical Support Worker to join our Supported Accommodation team.
This role is based within ODNE‑managed homes, providing day‑to‑day housing‑related and practical support to people placed in our supported accommodation. Residents are living in rooms within ODNE properties and receive structured, relational support to help them stabilise, sustain their accommodation and move towards greater independence.
A core part of our work is the provision of ODNE‑managed supported accommodation. We currently manage 32 properties, providing safe, supported homes for newly recognised refugees and asylum seekers who are at risk of destitution or homelessness.

What the job involves
This is a brilliant opportunity to lead our Data and Evidence Team on an interim basis while the postholder is on parental leave. You’ll help us understand and use the evidence that shapes our work, from clinical and real-world data to screening, Black health equity and wider health improvement priorities.

About the Role
As Funding and Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in managing the full assessment lifecycle, from answering applicants' queries and presenting at funding webinars, to assessing applications through to completion. You will review funding applications, undertake due diligence and present clear, well-evidenced funding recommendations to inform decision-making.

The Role
As our Research Administrator, you'll be the person who helps keep our research programmes organised, efficient and moving forward.
Working closely with Project Managers and Programme Leads, you'll coordinate meetings, maintain project records, support budgets and payments, organise events and workshops, and ensure our systems and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
You'll also play an important role in supporting the involvement of people with lived experience of mental illness, helping to coordinate communications, contracts and payments while ensuring every interaction is professional, organised and welcoming.
No two days are the same. One day you might be organising a research workshop with leading academics, the next preparing project documentation, coordinating contributor payments or helping the team track progress across multiple programmes.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
This role provides specialist interventions to women living in refuge with multiple needs who have experienced domestic abuse and/or sexual violence. Holding a caseload across a number of refuges providing emotional and practical support and advocacy to the women accessing the refuge.
You will build strong partnerships with a range of statutory and community organisations, including mental health services, substance misuse teams, housing providers, healthcare professionals and voluntary agencies, to ensure women can access the support they need to recover and thrive. You will lead wellbeing-focused activities across refuge services, facilitate group programmes and community meetings, and support women to engage with services, appointments and opportunities that promote confidence, independence and social inclusion.
Using Hestia's trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach, you will provide personalised assessments, safety planning and strengths-based support for women with complex needs. You will deliver crisis interventions, support women to access therapeutic, financial and housing-related support, and help them develop move-on goals that enable long-term recovery and independence. You will maintain accurate case records, uphold confidentiality and GDPR requirements, and work closely with refuge teams to share knowledge and build confidence in supporting women with multiple support needs.
