In this exciting role, you’ll optimise and develop our supporter and member retention programmes. Reporting to the Head of Supporter Engagement, you’ll retain, reactivate and develop individual supporters and members, ensuring they have the best experience, maximising their lifetime value. You’ll work closely with the Acquisition Manager as required and will manage a team of five.
You’ll plan and execute individual giving campaigns, manage and develop our membership programme, and carry out legacy marketing, supporter stewardship both on and offline.
Do you have experience in developing and managing a range of direct marketing/fundraising channels and campaigns?
Are you highly numerate and able to set and manage business plans and budgets, and analyse and interpret campaign results?
Do you have experience of using CRM databases and using data to provide audience insight?
Have you got excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships?

About the role

Role Objective
To work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial interest in Kooth Digital Health’s services in the UK healthcare setting by supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, online and in-person events and customer database management.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Delivery:
- Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and logistics of various commercially focused campaigns ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones and metrics are achieved.
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, providing support in defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating campaign logistics.
- Aid in the management of content on our digital platforms, such as email, social media, and online advertising, by helping with scheduling, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
- Provide assistance in the implementation and management of email campaigns, ensuring proper organisation of workflows and automated drip campaigns, and helping with metric tracking to inform continuous improvement and conversion rate optimisation efforts.

Event Management:

Marketing Operations:
- Manage marketing automation platform to streamline and optimise lead nurturing, scoring and campaign execution.

- Develop and implement attribution models to track and analyse the contribution of various marketing channels to lead generation and conversion.
- Marketing Dashboards: Create and maintain marketing dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and support data driven decision making.
CRM and Database Management:
- Oversee the quality and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system (Hubspot).
- Work with APIs to integrate the CRM with other software solutions (Hubspot, Monday, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more) enhancing functionality and supporting cross-platform data exchange to map the entire customer journey.
- Integrate the CRM with email marketing to enable personalised and automated email nurture campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and recipient targeting.
Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience (Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience)
- Demonstrable experience in event management as well as evidence of collaborating with a range of internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, unique in-person experiences
- Proven track record in a previous digital marketing function with evidence of campaigns/collateral/content that you have created or contributed to and insight into their performance
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in managing customer relationship and content management systems, preferably HubSpot and WordPress
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing data analytics tools for digital marketing insights.
- Successful execution of multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in implementing CRO strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage end-to-end projects.

The Role:
Fundraising at Julian House is stepping into its next phase of growth, and we are looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Fundraising Manager to lead the team to new heights.
Fundraising generates vital income for the charity, helping us to provide life-changing and life-saving support for vulnerable people across the South West. We are looking for someone who can grow income across a range of streams in support of this mission, with a focus on regular giving, major donors, corporate partnerships, and legacies.
You will be leading a small team of committed, creative fundraisers, with the autonomy to establish new work streams from scratch and develop your team to help you deliver ambitious strategies and campaigns.
This is an exciting time to be joining Julian House, as the charity seeks to establish itself as a significant, force for tackling social exclusion across the South West. The Senior Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in this by developing new, high-impact relationships with individuals, businesses and trusts which generate meaningful income for the charity.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing our wide-ranging fundraising portfolio, working with your team to maintain our existing supporter base and recruit new supporters for Julian House from across the South West.

- Significant knowledge and experience of a wide range of fundraising; with a demonstrable track record of growing income in at least two of our fundraising growth areas: legacies, major donors, corporate partnerships or regular givers.
- Experience of leading and implementing strategies, including setting and overseeing strategic projects led by others.
- Experience of using CRM systems to their full potential, interpreting donor data, analysing findings and making decisions based on your analysis. Knowledge and experience of the Donorfy platform is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of the homelessness or social inclusion sectors would be desirable, but not essential.

About the role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager role is responsible for delivery across the breadth of the partnerships pipeline. An estimated 50% of the role will be devoted to new business development, including prospect identification, and shaping and delivering pitches and proposals to corporates and their foundations to meet fundraising targets. The remaining 50% of partnership work will be dedicated to delivering an excellent standard of partnership management to several longstanding existing supporters, working creatively to identify and develop opportunities to maximise their impact.
As our corporate supporters can be powerful partners in the delivery of our advocacy and communications goals you will be confident working with colleagues internally to translate campaign plans into engagement opportunities for private sector partners. You will also be able to co-ordinate colleagues to meet new business deadlines and to ensure agreed partnership deliverables are achieved.
This role sits within our Philanthropy and Partnerships team of five, who focus on income generation through grants, philanthropy, corporate partnerships and individual giving and fundraising. The post holder will work particularly closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, as well as equipping Directors and our CEO to engage corporate partners and prospects where appropriate. As a member of a comparatively small, highly ambitious team, there may, with time, be opportunities for the post holder to extend their experience beyond corporate partnerships, into other fundraising areas, should your skill set meet an identified need.
About you
You may be an established corporate fundraiser seeking a role where you can take on greater responsibility for managing your own pipeline of prospects and key partnerships. Equally you may come from outside the sector and be able to offer clearly transferable experience of securing and developing partnerships (especially those with a “purpose” focus).

Burnham and Weston Energy CIC is looking for a programme manager to nurture and grow our energy advice service.
The service is delivered by a small team of trained Home Energy Advisors who visit people in their homes to provide advice on how they can save money on their bills and make their homes warmer and healthier to live in. They also install small energy efficiency measures such as LED lights, draft proofing and radiator reflectors. Households are then referred on to further support to help them access welfare payments and grant funding for home upgrades including insulation, boiler replacement and energy efficient appliances.
The current team of 2 Home Energy Advisors have capacity to deliver around 700 home visits per year. We receive referrals from a range of local organisations. We employ a Programme Co-ordinator to manage and generate home visit referrals and bookings, provide follow up support, and manage events and communications.
From this foundation, our growth objectives for the Home Energy Savings service are to:
- Continue to raise awareness of the service amongst local organisations and the public, and increase the number of referrals and vulnerable householders who benefit.
- Grow the team of Home Energy Advisors as demand requires, to at least double the team by the end of 2025.
- Secure additional funding to support the service.
- Develop partnerships which broaden and deepen the ways we can help households, including unlocking funding and support for energy efficiency retrofit.
Role responsibilities

Manage, mentor and support our team of Home Energy Advisors and the Programme Co-ordinator, and oversee its growth.

Responsible for team safeguarding, H&S, mental health, team building, mentoring and training;
- Manage the delivery of our Home Energy Saving Service across North Somerset and the former districts of Sedgemoor and West Somerset and Taunton, seeking opportunities to strengthen and grow the service.
- Manage the delivery of grant funder requirements including ensuring KPIs are met, budgets managed and reports provided.
- Manage the delivery of our referral partnership contract with LEAP AgilityEco including ensuring KPIs and contractual requirement are met and that households referred to LEAP receive the best possible support.
- To secure and manage further funding partnerships (such as Redress or MCS funding),
- Responsible for ensuring company policies relating to the advice programme are kept up to date and consistent with requirements or partners. Responsible for ensuring working practice is in accordance with our policies and that risk assessments and management plans are in place and adhered to.
- Manage relationships with organisations referring households to the energy support programme and receiving onward referrals from us.
- Develop partnerships which broaden and deepen the ways we can help households.
- Develop our CRM and IT systems.
- Represent Burnham & Weston Energy at local events and forums, nurture and grow our networks and relationships with local stakeholders and deliver our comms via the website and social media channels.
Essential requiremnts:
- Experience of leading and managing home visit teams including safeguarding, H&S, mental health, risk assessment and management, team building, mentoring and training. Experience of managing front line service teams is more important to us than energy advice experience. We can organise mentoring support from other community energy enterprises who have developed and scaled up local energy advice services.
- Experience of overseeing complex case work.
- Experience of grant programme and service contract management including management of budgets, KPI delivery, reporting and meeting funder requirements.
- Experience of securing grant and service contract funding including applications, contract negotiation and ensuring funding requirements are in place.

Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) is a senior volunteer led industry initiative which has raised an incredible £9million to date. The Fundraising Systems & Data Analysis (FSDA) team of the Development and Outreach Department of Human Rights Watch (HRW) is seeking applicants for the position of Senior Manager, Analytics and Insight. The Senior Analytics and Insight Manager will be responsible for instilling a data-driven and data-informed culture to make evidence-based decisions, increase efficiencies, improve overall departmental return on investment (ROI), grow new fundraising streams, and achieve long-term profitability.
The Senior Analytics and Insight Manager will generate, improve, and analyze fundraising data, both quantitative and qualitative, from internal and external sources to produce strategic information that supports data-driven and informed decisions, tactics, and strategies that consistently maximize HRW fundraising results. This role will feed into both the quarterly reforecasts and annual budget data and supporting methodology and collaborating with the Finance team as needed for the Development department.
This full-time position will ideally be based in either the United States or Europe, preferably in one of the cities where HRW has an office and will report to the Managing Director of Fundraising Systems and Data Analysis based in London. The Senior Analytics and Insight Manager will manage at least one direct report.
The successful candidate may have the option to work remotely but is expected to work from the office 1-2 times a week. We aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible in both the recruitment for and onboarding of this position.
Responsibilities:
Product Management Oversight:
1. Provide strategic, tactical, and operational planning of all Business Intelligence (BI_ Systems and tools utilized by the Development Department;
2. Implement and build the BI structure of the Development Department, working closely with CRM (Salesforce) team and working with vendors as needed to understand the desired outcomes;
3. Partner with the Training & Support team to promote user adoption of BI reports by developing and implementing communication plans, training campaigns, and incentives to encourage staff engagement and utilization;
4. Ensure effective coordination and change management with Training & Support, CRM and Digital products, IT, and fundraising teams;
5. Act as the subject matter expert for all areas of fundraising reporting and respond to escalated queries and reporting discrepancies from Data Analysis Officer;
6. Develop project management processes to support the prioritization of all analysis, data selection, integration, and reporting requests, ensuring the briefing processes are understood and developing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework as needed; and
7. Support on Data Integrations and Application Interface Programs (APIs), including any Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes as needed, working with the Data Quality and Integrations Officer to develop these to meet “fit-for-purpose” requirement. Support both the CRM and Digital Product Managers as needed.
Data, Analysis and Reporting:
1. Support the development and implementation of the long-term data and insight strategy for HRW which improves data quality, deepens the department’s institutional memory, and aligns with the broader HRW data strategy;
2. Develop and present actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and business intelligence from analytical output to support strategic decisions for the Development team and on investments and benchmarking activities;
3. Deliver the data and insight strategy including activity reporting, financial forecasting, specialist report development, and ad hoc analysis projects and data selections, to increase understanding of activity, supporter and financial trends and making recommendations to leadership to deliver improvements;
4. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create data selections including recommendations on which are the best targets for direct marketing campaigns, create segments according to strategically determined criteria, data model, and develop testing plans to yield statistically significant results;
5. Work with the Fundraising Systems and Data Analysis Managing Director to build tools and reports that allow for both the forecast and budget revenue projections to be provided with ease. Create multi-year fundraising projections per main channel and audience using historical data, statistical modelling techniques, and new initiatives;
6. Collaborate with the Finance team around both the production and validation of financial reporting, including budgeting, reforecasting, and income reporting in general for the Development D Ensure that the Marketing coding / attribution processes are clearly documented and any exceptions tracked with the Revenue Operations teams;
7. Ensure that the expenditure budget for the Development Department is managed and reported on effectively, capturing the planned spending across the different teams within the department, including reporting on the actuals and investigating any variances with finance and the budget holders as needed; and
8. Ensure that the Leadership Gift data reporting can occur, through development of advanced visualizations including dashboards and ensure that hygiene initiatives are followed by supporting both the Data Quality and Integrations Officer and Relationship Manage Work with Finance on the monthly reconciliation processes.
Leadership, Training, & Support:
1. Lead improvement projects that shape the department’s effectiveness, efficiency and data-driven decision making;
2. Serve as subject matter expert to both the CRM and Digital Product Managers as they proactively assess users’ evolving system needs, priorities, capacity, and workflows, and ensure reporting needs are well articulated to inform future technology enhancements; and
3. Teach and mentor Data Analyst and Data Integrations staff to grow their capabilities within the fundraising CRM, data, and operations field.

Managerial Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership, motivation, and mentorship to the Data Analysis, Quality and Integrations team, setting clear expectations, performance objectives, and providing regular and constructive feedback;

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience working in fundraising data analysis or business data analysis is required. Knowledge and experience in nonprofit fundraising and marketing, preferably in a global INGO context with country-specific fundraising operations, is highly desirable.
Related Skills and Knowledge:
1. Fluency in fundraising practices, terminology, technologies, channels, and compliance, and the ability to translate easily between fundraising end users and technology providers is required.
2. A critical thinker with the confidence to transform data and information into structured systems and reports is required.
3. Record of generating buy-in from, and exceeding expectations of, internal and external stakeholders is required.
4. Hands-on experience with data analysis, quality, cleansing, extracting, and validation (ETL) processes and tools is required.
5. Fluency in SQL or similar database query language is required. Experience with unstructured data is a plus.
6. Knowledge of both using and configuring Application Program Interfaces (APIs) to perform data integrations between multiple systems is required.
7. Strong understanding of Business Intelligence platforms, report and dashboard construction and data modelling and segmentation within the fundraising data context (Power BI or Tableau is Desirable) is required.
8. Hands on experience with working with INGO CRM systems is required. Salesforce experience is desirable.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to present complex issues in a clear, concise and persuasive manner to business and technical professionals, and to staff for whom English is not their first language is required.
10. Ability to work collaboratively and build trust with diverse stakeholders globally, including staff for whom English is not their first language, is required.
11. Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising processes, strategies, and best practices is required.
12. Experience in vendor management is desirable.
13. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills is required.
14. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and teams is required.
15. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities is required.
16. Demonstrated experience managing teams ensuring motivation and high-performance levels is required.
17. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
18. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, is required.
Salary and Benefits: HRW seeks exceptional applicants and offers competitive compensation and employer-paid benefits. If this position were to be based in the United States, the salary range would be USD 88,000-96,000. Salary ranges outside of the United States vary based on location.

Weston Hospicecare is seeking a passionate and experienced fundraiser to lead our Individual Giving programmes. The Individual Giving & Lottery Manager will play a crucial role in maximising funding for Weston Hospicecare through individual giving, inspiring new donors and maximising opportunities with existing ones. You will lead on all campaigns and appeals and bring the incredible work of Weston Hospicecare to life using your fantastic story telling skills and using research and analysis to drive decision making.
We are seeking someone who can also maximise income through our mature lottery, working closely with our third-party Lottery company, and bring their existing skill set to this exciting area of growth. Experience in this area is welcome, as is someone who would relish the opportunity to expand upon their individual giving expertise and utilise their existing analytical skills to develop our lottery strategy.
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who will:
· Lead the team in driving new funding approaches for individuals, building the financial resilience of the Hospice.
· Maximise opportunities for individual supporters across the individual giving portfolio. Identify areas for growth and achieve new income across all income streams and enjoy building and deepening engagement with existing supporters.
· Achieve results through persuasive and compelling appeals and campaigns.
· Amplify project impact and deliver exceptional donor care through inspiring communications, bringing to life the extraordinary work of Weston Hospicecare.
· Demonstrate a successful track record in securing funds from individuals and knowledge of the broader fundraising landscape.
· Enjoy analysing and interpreting complex information to inform decision making and drive results.
· Work with an ambitious, positive, and creative approach, with experience in working collaboratively organisation wide.
· Amplify the work of the team through line management, sharing of ideas, knowledge, and best practice.
